Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Plattenwärmetauscher (1) für wärmeaustauschende Medien in getrennten Kreisläufen, bestehend aus ineinandergestapelten und metallisch verbundenen, Öffnungen (15 - 18) besitzenden, einzelnen Wärmetauscherplatten (2), die ein Paket bilden, das vertikal von mittels der Öffnungen (15 - 18) gebildeten Strömungskanälen (4) für den Zu - und Ablauf des Heiz - oder Kühlmediums (K) und von Strömungskanälen (4) für das / die andere/n Medium / Medien durchbrochen ist, die voneinander getrennt sind und von denen ausgehend sich das Heiz- oder Kühlmedium (K) und das / die andere/n Medium / Medien in von je zwei Wärmetauscherplatten (2) gebildeten Kanälen (5) ausbreitet, wovon wenigstens einige einen Inneneinsatz (6) aufweisen.
Um die Haltbarkeit des Plattenwärmetauschers im Inneren zu verbessern, ohne den Druckverlust des durch die Kanäle strömenden Mediums wesentlich zu erhöhen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß der Inneneinsatz (6) eine Zusatzplatte ist, die Führungskanäle (8) mit mindestens einem Ein - und einem Austritt (9; 10) besitzt, die von einem Strömungskanal (4) des einen Mediums zum anderen Strömungskanal (4) desselben Mediums hinführen, wobei die von Führungskanälen (8) freien Abschnitte (11) der Zusatzplatte (6) mit der einen angrenzenden Wärmetauscherplatte (2) und die Führungskanäle (8) mit der anderen angrenzenden Wärmetauscherplatte (2) desselben Kanals (5) metallisch verbunden sind.

In order to improve the durability of the plate heat exchanger inside without significantly increasing the pressure loss of the medium flowing through the channels, the invention provides that the inner insert (6) is an additional plate, the guide channels (8) with at least one inlet and one outlet (9; 10) which lead from one flow channel (4) of one medium to the other flow channel (4) of the same medium, the sections (11) of the additional plate (6) free of guide channels (8) with the one adjacent heat exchanger plate ( 2) and the guide channels (8) with the other adjacent heat exchanger plate (2) of the same channel (5) are metallically connected.
