Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kreuzspulen (4) in der Wicklungsart "wilde Wicklung".
Die Arbeitsstellen (1) eines Kreuzspulautomaten weisen dabei jeweils eine Spuleinrichtung mit einer axial verschiebbar gelagerten Fadenführungstrommel (3) zum reibschlüssigen Antreiben sowie einen Spulenrahmen (5) zum drehbaren Haltern der Kreuzspule (4) auf.
Des weiteren ist eine Bildstöreinrichtung (22) vorgesehen, die, durch definiertes Einstellen des Auflagedruckes der Kreuzspule (4) auf der Fadenführungstrommel (3), eine Schlupfregelung ermöglicht.

Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß im Bereich von Bildwicklungszonen zwischen der Fadenführungstrommel (3) und dem Spulenrahmen (5) Relativbewegungen eingeleitet werden, die einer durch die Bildstörung bedingten Hubveränderung bei der Fadenchangierung entgegenwirken.
