Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a door contact as a bridging contact with a housing and with at least two arranged in the housing electrical contact elements, wherein at least two of the contact elements can be bridged by a first door wing assignable contact bridge to close an electrical circuit.
Such bridging contacts are used on doors to lock the door, e.g. an elevator door to be able to monitor safely. Thus, e.g. certain devices are activated only when the door is closed and thus when the door contact or closed circuit is bridged, e.g. an elevator will be set in motion. The contact is in this case usually arranged adjacent to the door and fastened to the door frame or a wall region arranged next to the door, the contact bridge being arranged on the door and being movable therewith.
Accordingly, in the case of double-leaf doors, it is necessary for monitoring the closed position of the door to associate each door leaf with a door contact on the door frame or on an adjacent wall area. For certain applications, it is then necessary to short-circuit the two door contacts by means of a wire bridge over the respective contact elements. Furthermore, the two door contacts must each be aligned with respect to the corresponding bridging contacts, so that the pins of the bridging contacts come exactly with the corresponding contact elements to the plant and tilting of the contact elements, slipping of the pins of the contact elements or other malfunctions are avoided. The effort in the production, but especially in the assembly of conventional door contacts is thus relatively high.
The invention has for its object to provide a door contact that is easy to manufacture and easy to install.
The object is achieved by a door contact, wherein in the housing at least one further contact element arrangement is provided with at least one pair of electrical contact elements, which can be bridged by a further contact bridge which can be assigned to a further door leaf, wherein both contact element arrangements are arranged such that they can be bridged by arranged on different doors of a multi-leaf door contact bridges. To monitor the closed position of a multi-leaf door thus only a single door contact between the two leaves is to be mounted in its closed position. Furthermore, it is also no longer necessary to align two independent door contacts to the respective contact bridges, since at the same time aligning the contact elements of both contact element arrangements to the corresponding contact bridges by the inventive arrangement of the different contact bridges associated contact elements in a housing in the orientation of the housing , If it is further necessary to bridge the contact bridges associated with the different contact elements with each other, so these work can be done before the installation of the door contact, as in the housing, the two contact bridges associated contact elements are already united. If necessary, the bridging can already be done at the factory. The installation effort of the door contact according to the invention is thus considerably simplified.
The door contact according to the invention can be used both with sliding doors and swing doors with a corresponding arrangement of the contact elements. Under a door are here too Flaps or other plate-shaped closure members for opening understood.
Is the door contact according to the invention for monitoring the closed position of a double-leaf sliding door such. provided a two-leaf elevator door, the contact elements bridged by the two independent contact bridges are preferably arranged on opposite sides of the housing and can be bridged by contact bridges which can be brought in from opposite directions. The door contact thus has a relative to the sliding direction of the doors perpendicular symmetry plane.
In two-leaf swing doors, the contact elements can be arranged side by side or in the same direction oriented parallel to each other, so that both arranged on the pivot wings contact bridges swung in the same direction on the door contact with the associated contact elements to the system can be brought.
Of course, the contact element arrangement of the door contact according to the invention can also have other geometries and be adapted to other closed positions of the multi-leaf, in particular double-leaf, door. For example, the contact elements or the longitudinal axes of the spring elements can include an angle of, for example, 90 ° when the door leaves enclose such an angle when the door is closed. If the contact bridge disposed on the doors forms an angle with respect to the associated door leaf, then the longitudinal extent of the contact elements or of the spring elements can also have a different angle to the pre-insertion direction of the door leaf.
The contact elements are preferably spring-mounted, for which purpose leaf springs, helical or spiral springs or preferably truncated cones are used, wherein the helical or spiral springs or truncated cones under train, preferably under pressure can be loaded. The spring elements, in particular the truncated cone springs can be part of the respective circuit.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the contact elements of the first contact element arrangement are electrically conductively connected or connected to the contact elements of the second contact element arrangement. For this purpose, an area of the housing for receiving or carrying a bridging member may be formed, optionally by arranging an optionally removable housing portion or a removable partition member which may be equipped with predetermined breaking points or detachable mounting portions, wherein the bridging member with example as a wire or as a platelet-shaped component Contact poles or may be carried out in any other suitable manner. The housing portion accommodating the bridging member may be designed in such a way that the bridging member can be fastened non-positively and / or positively to the housing. As a result, all contact elements of the door contact at the same potential are at the same time bridging the contact element arrangements by the contact bridges provided on the doors, the two o.g. Contact elements of the first and second arrangement can be connected to live electrical leads.
To construct this arrangement, the contact elements can each be associated with electrical discharge elements for contacting electrical lines, wherein at least one of the discharge elements with contact elements of the first and second arrangements can be connected to one another in a current-carrying manner. For this purpose, these two Ableitelemente are preferably arranged closely adjacent in the housing, for example, with a distance of less than 5 mm, for example, only 2 to 3 mm, the distance is still sufficient to keep air or leakage currents to a predetermined and still acceptable level , It is understood that the respective level of the creepage and / or air flows is measured under previously defined conditions, with the test conditions chosen freely or a conventional standard provided that they are sufficiently defined to give reproducible results.
According to a further embodiment, the door contact may be formed such that the contact elements of the first and the second arrangement of contact elements, which are each bridged by a door-side contact bridge, are separated from each other. The two contact element arrangements can thus be at different potential when the door is closed, so that independent control functions can be realized.
Characterized in that the contact elements of the first and second contact element arrangements can be bridged when required by a suitable bridging member can be selected between two different circuit variants of the door contact without having to replace the door contact. The door contact is for this purpose preferably carried out such that for installation of the bridging member only the cover of the door contact is to be dismantled in order to use the bridging member as intended in the door contact can. In this embodiment, such door contacts are to be understood in which electrically non-connected contact elements of different contact element arrangements are interchangeable and can be replaced with already connected to a bridging member contact elements, the bridging member can contact the contact elements respectively associated diverting.
If the two opposing contact element arrangements are separated from one another, then in each case a current path leads via an electrical line to one of the contact elements and via the arranged on a door contact bridge to the second contact element to the corresponding electrical outlet.
Preferably, on the way of the current-carrying connection between the two current-carrying connectable or connected contact element assemblies (or their Ableitelementen) means for reducing creepage and / or air currents provided. These means may act to extend the current path along the connecting line of the two contact element arrangements, these means being bridged by a bridging member in an electrically conductive manner. As a means for extending the flow path may be provided a partition wall or an interruption bar which may be attached to the housing or integrally formed and which extends over the line connecting the two contact element arrangements and their Ableitelemente, whereby a possible path of leakage currents is extended. The mechanical removal of the partition wall or the interruption web, the arrangement of a bridging member between the adjacent Ableitelementen can be facilitated. For this purpose, corresponding predetermined breaking points can be provided on the partition wall or the interruption web, it can also be selected only the wall thickness of these areas, so that the partition or the web can be canceled by means of pliers or the like, without the adjacent areas of the housing to damage.
To extend the path of the current-carrying connection between the adjacent Ableitelementen also one or more groove-shaped recesses or undercuts may be provided in the housing or potential wells that derive leakage currents.
In order to be able to use the door contact according to the invention optionally in different circuit arrangements, ie optionally with or without bridging elements, the inlet openings for the electrical supply and discharge lines in the housing can be at least partially provided with cover elements formed and removable on a housing area. The cover elements may be formed, for example, on the base part of the housing or on the cover closing the housing. The cover can be integrally formed only on one side or with predetermined breaking points on the housing so that they easily by means such a pair of pliers are break off.

FIG. 3 ,
The
Characterized in that the
In order to be able to lead electrical lines to the diverting
In the simplest case, the housing 1 is therefore designed mirror-symmetrically along both main axes extending parallel to the housing plane. The housing can also be designed only symmetrically to a main axis, wherein the contact elements of the various contact element arrangements are arranged in accordance with the purpose mounted door contact in pairs or in total at a height. The contact elements can in this case under the action of the doors provided on the contact bridges in opposite directions or e.g. when used in swing doors in the same direction to be movable to allow movement of the contact elements while contacting through the contact bridge.
According to the embodiment shown, the housing is designed such that between at least two contact elements of the two opposite contact element arrangements, a current-conducting bridging member can be arranged. The bridging can take place here via the
