Claims (16)
- Leuchtmittel, insbesondere für eine Signalleuchte, mit wenigstens einer LED (13), die auf einer LED-Leiterplatte (12) angebracht ist und mit einem Sockel (24), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sockelgehäuse (2) aus Kunststoff gefertigt und das Sockelgehäuse (2) von wenigstens zwei Kontaktelementen (6) durchsetzt ist.
- Leuchtmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktelemente (6) eine Bodenplatte (3) des Sockelgehäuses (2) durchsetzen.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schneid- und/oder Rastelemente (24) zur Fixierung der Kontaktelemente (6) im Sockelgehäuse (2) vorgesehen sind.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Quer zur LED-Leiterplatte stehende Basisplatte (9) vorgesehen ist, die mit der LED-Leiterplatte (12) verbunden und an die Kontaktelemente (6, 7) des Sockels (25) angeschlossen ist.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steck-, Löt- und/oder Pressverbindung zur Verbindung der Kontaktelemente (6) mit der Basisplatte (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Sockel (25) und/oder auf der Basisplatte (9) elektronische Bauelemente angeordnet sind.
- Leuchtmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere LED-Leiterplatten (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine lotfreie Verbindung zwischen der Basisplatte (9) und der LED-Leiterplatte (12) vorgesehen ist.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Befestigungselemente für weitere Komponenten in das Sockelgehäuse (2) eingeformt sind.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente als Rastelemente (10) ausgebildet sind.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine transparente Kalotte (14) für das Sockelgehäuse (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kalotte (14) Lichtführungselemente (20) umfasst.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kalotte ein Führungselement (17) für die LED-Leiterplatte (12) umfasst.
- Leuchtmittel nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Dichtung zwischen der Kalotte und dem Sockelgehäuse vorgesehen ist.
- Komplettleuchte mit einem Leuchtmittel und einer Fassung zur Montage am Einsatzort, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leuchtmittel gemäß einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 ausgebildet und eine Fassung 31 zur Aufnahme des Sockels (24) vorgesehen ist.
