Abstract

The subject mater of said utility model is a cylinder made from any solid material having a central hole and one inlet and outlet hole in which the cigarette is placed, said cigarette being totally extinguished within three seconds without producing smoke, odor or ashes. The bottom of the central hole is concave.

Description

  • The present invention refers to an "extinguisher device for cigarettes" that can be manufactured in any kind of solid material, natural or resin. Being so easy to transport, it can be used to wear inside a jacket pocket or even incorporated to a lighter or an ashtray.
  • The device of the present invention consists on a cylindrical body with a central hollow space and a only inlet and outlet hole where the cigarette is placed and within three seconds is completely extinct without any smoke, odor or ashes generating.
  • Usually, when a cigarette is thrown to an ashtray it is not completely extinct, therefore generating unpleasant odor, smoke or ashes. When thrown from a vehicle or walking , cigarettes can cause conflagration, also fire accidents are very frequent among people which use to smoke in bed.
  • The advantages of this invention can be deducted from the present description, notwithstanding this, we hereby appoint the most important advantages with a non limitative but only declarative aim ;
    • Its is easy to manufacture.
    • It can be merchandised as a single piece or added to ashtrays, lighters and any other smoker devices or decorative elements, particularly those of desktop.
    • It is easy to transport and handle due to its lightness.
    • Avoids smoke, unpleasant odors and ashes.
    • Avoids risk of conflagrations.
    In order to improve the comprehension of the present description, together with the present documents we are adding the drawing sheets on which also with a non limitative character the following figures are depicted :
    • Figure number 1 shows a vertical cut view of the device.
    • Figure number 2 shows a vertical perspective view of the device.
  • According to the enclosed designs the device comprised in the present invention consists on a cylindrical body (1) that can be manufactured in any solid material, as for example metal, stone, crystal or ceramic . This cylinder can also be manufactured in different sizes from 1,5 cm to 15 cm high, and with an external diameter that can fluctuate from eight millimetres up to half a cubic metre.
  • This cylinder has got an only inlet and outlet hole (2) of conical shape , with its minor base facing towards the inside part of the cavity (3) that is also cylindrical and slightly concave on its bottom part (4).
  • The circular edge of the entrance (5) can be flattened in order to ease the cigarettes support.
  • For extinguishing, the cigarette is entered inside the hole (2). The cone shape of the hole , allows to place the lighted part of the cigarette over the minor base (6) and the lack of air supply causes the cigarette to extinguish within three seconds without any ashes, smoke or unpleasant odor generating. After, the extinct part of the cigarette can be thrown in any dustbin without risks.

Claims (1)

  1. "Extinguishing device for cigarettes", consisting of a cone shaped cylindrical body (1) of solid material with an only central hole (2) and its smaller base (6) facing towards the inside hollow (3) also cone shaped and with a concave bottom (4).
    The external edge (5) can also describe a slightly flattened area.
