Claims (8)
- Vertikale Schlauchbeutelmaschine mit einer Folienbahn, einer Vorratsrolle, Umlenkrollen zur Zuführung der ebenen Folienbahn zu einer Formschulter, einem Folienabzug zum Transport der Folienbahn, einem vertikal ausgerichtetem Füllrohr zur Aufnahme der zu einem Folienschlauch umgeformten Folienbahn, Backen einer Querschweißeinrichtung zur Erzeugung von Quernähten, einer Trenneinrichtung zur Durchtrennung des Folienschlauches und mit dem Füllrohr verbundenen, vom Füllrohr weg weisenden flachen Spreizelementen, wobei in Folientransportrichtung den Spreizelementen nachgeordnet jeweils eine Kantenschweißeinrichtung pro Spreizelement vorgesehen ist, die gegen den von jeweils einem Spreizelement ausgelenkten Schlauchrand gerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Seite (28) des Füllrohres (7) nur eine Kantenschweißeinrichtung (15) zur Erzeugung einer Kopfnaht (30) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite (29) des Füllrohres (7) zwei Kantenschweißeinrichtungen (15) zur Erzeugung von zwei Bodennähten (37) eines Beutels (13) vorgesehen sind.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den beiden Kantenschweißeinrichtungen (15) der gegenüberliegenden Seite (29) eine Einrichtung (40) zum Ändern des Abstandes der Kantenschweißeinrichtungen (15) und/oder eine Einrichtung (39) zum Ändern des Abstandes der Spreizelemente (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschulter (5) eine asymmetrische Formschulter mit zwei verschieden langen Kragen-Brustteilen (34, 35) ist.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Spreizelement (14) ein Luftansauger (38) zum Ansaugen der Folie vorgesehen ist.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienabzug (6) ein kontinuierlich betriebener Folienabzug (6) ist, und dass die Kantenschweißeinrichtungen (15) kontinuierlich angetriebene Schweißeinrichtungen, insbesondere umlaufende Siegelbänder sind.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der ebenen Folienbahn (2) eine Einrichtung (31) zum Anbringen einer Kantenverstärkung (32), insbesondere eines Folien- oder Metallstreifens, vorgesehen ist, und dass diese Kantenverstärkung (32) zum Einlauf in eine zu verschweißende Kante (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach Anspruch 2 und Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für beide Kantenschweißeinrichtungen (15) der gegenüberliegenden Seite (29) eine Einrichtung (31) vorgesehen ist.
- Beutel, hergestellt mittels einer Schlauchbeutelmaschine der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dessen Kopfnaht (30) von der Kantenschweißeinrichtung (15) der einen Seite (28), und dessen zwei Bodennähte (37) von den beiden Kantenschweißeinrichtungen (15) der gegenüberliegenden Seite (29) des Füllrohres (7) verschweißt wurden.
