KOSMETISCHE PRÄPARATE ENTHALTEND ORGANISCHE PIGMENTE AUS DER KLASSE PYRROLO- [3,4-C]-PYRR0LE
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen zum Schminken der Lippen oder der Haut und zum Färben der Haare oder der Nägel, enthaltend organische Pigmente mit hervorragenden Echtheiten. Es handelt sich beispielsweise um Lippenstifte, Wangenschminke, Make up-Grundlagen, Nagellacke und Haarshampoos.
Es sind bereits zahlreiche kosmetische Präparate, wie Lippenstifte und Nagellacke mit Pigmenten im Handel erhältlich. Bei diesen Pigmenten handelt es sich in vielen Fällen um Calcium-, Barium-, Zirkonium- oder Aluminiumsalze von sauren Farbstoffen. In EP-A- 0408498 sind organische Effektpigmente, die in Form von Plättchen genau definierter Grosse vorliegen, und ihre Verwendung u. a. in kosmetischen Präparaten beschrieben.
Trotzdem besteht noch ein Bedürfnis nach weiteren Präparaten mit veränderten Farbnuancen, die zudem noch neben guter Verträglichkeit in möglichst vielen Bereichen hervorragende Echtheiten aufweisen sollen.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass die erfindungsgemässen Präparate diese Bedingungen erfüllen.
Dank der erfindungsgemäss verwendeten Pigmente in den neuen Präparaten ist es möglich, bisher schlecht oder gar nicht erreichbare Farbtöne zu erzielen. Ausserdem erfolgt keine Veränderung der Farbe der Präparate im Laufe der Zeit und diese Farbe ist nahezu identisch mit den mit den neuen Präparaten erzielbaren Färbungen der Haut und der Nägel. Dadurch ist es sehr leicht möglich, genau den gewünschten Farbton zu erreichen. Vor allem zeichnen sich die neuen Präparate dadurch aus, dass sie kein "Ausbluten" der Pigmente in die Haut und die Nägel zeigen, d. h., dass man mit ihnen scharfe Konturen auf der Haut erhält und dass die Nägel selbst nicht angefärbt werden.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind somit kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen, enthaltend, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht, a) 0,0001 - 20 % eines roten Pigmentes aus der Klasse der Pyrrolo-[3,4-c]-pyrrole, das nicht in Form der in EP-A-0 408 498 beschriebenen Plättchen vorliegt, und b) 80 - 99,9999 % eines kosmetisch geeigneten Trägermaterials.
Als rote Pigmente kommen vorzugsweise solche der Formel (I) oder (II)
in Frage, worin A und B unabhängig voneinander je eine Gruppe der Formel
bedeuten, wobei
Ri und R2 unabhängig voneinander je Wasserstoff, Halogen, d-Csalkyl, -O-Cι-C5alkyl,
-S-Cι-C5alkyl, -N(R3)-d-C5alkyl, -CF3, -CN oder eine Gruppe der Formel

R3 Wasserstoff oder d-C5alkyl und R4 und R5 unabhängig voneinander je Wasserstoff, Halogen, d-Csalkyl, -O-d-C5alkyl, -S-C C5alkyl oder -CN bedeuten.
Die d-C5alkyl-Gruppen können linear oder verzweigt sein. Es handelt sich z. B. um Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, sec-Butyl, tert.-Butyl, n-Pentyl oder 2,2-Dimethylpropyl.
Halogen bedeutet vor allem Brom oder insbesondere Chlor.
Bevorzugt verwendete Verbindungen der Formel (I) sind solche, bei denen die beiden Substituenten A identisch sind und eine Gruppe der Formel
bedeuten, worin R^ Wasserstoff, Chlor, Brom, Cyan, Methyl, Ethyl, tert.-Butyl oder Phenyl und R Wasserstoff, Chlor, Methyl, oder Cyan bedeuten.
Bevorzugt unter diesen sind 3,6-Diphenyl-, 3,6-Di(4-chlor-phenyl)-, 3,6-Di(4-tert-butyl- phenyl)-, 3,6-Di(3-cyan-phenyl)-, 3,6-Di(4-cyan-phenyl)-, 3,6-Di(biphenyl-1 -yl)-, 3,6-
Di(4-methyl-phenyl)- und 3,6-Di(3,4-dichlor-phenyl)-1 ,4-diketo-2,5-dihydro-pyrrolo-[3,4-c]- pyrrol, vor allem 3,6-Di(4-chloro-phenyl)- oder 3,6-Di(biphenyl-1 -yl)- 1 ,4-diketo-2,5-dihydro- pyrrolo[3,4-c]-pyrrol.
Die in den erfindungsgemässen kosmetischen Präparaten und Zubereitungen enthaltenen Pigmente sind bekannt, z. B. aus der Europäischen Patentanmeldung EP-A-0 094 911 , oder lassen sich auf an sich bekannte Art und Weise darstellen.
Diese Pigmente können einzeln oder auch als Mischungen, enthaltend zwei oder mehrere Pigmente der Formel (1 ), eingesetzt werden. Es ist ausserdem auch möglich, eines oder mehrere Pigmente der Formel (1 ) zusammen mit anderen Pigmenten und/oder Farbstoffen, wie sie in kosmetischen Präparaten verwendet werden, einzusetzen.
Falls gewünscht kann man die Pigmente auch in Form von oberflächenmodifizierten Pigmenten einsetzen, z. B. durch Perfluoralkylphosphat, Methylpolysiloxane, Methyl-Wasser- stoff-Polysiloxane oder Chitosan modifiziert. Geeignete modifizierte Pigmente sind beispielsweise die von B. G. Hays in Am. Inkmaker, (June, 1984) 28, (Oct., 1986) 13 und (Nov., 1990) 28 beschriebenen.
Ausserdem können auch feste Lösungen der Pyrrolo-[3,4-c]-pyrrole verwendet werden, z. B. feste Lösungen, bestehend aus zwei unterschiedlichen derartigen Verbindungen, wie sie in der US-Patentschrift 4,783,540 beschrieben sind, oder feste Lösungen von Pyrrolo-[3,4-c]- pyrrolen und Chinacridonen, wie sie in der US-Patentschrift 4,810,304 beschrieben sind, oder feste Lösungen , bestehend aus zwei unterschiedlichen Pyrrolo-[3,4-c]-pyrrolen und Chinacridonen, wie sie in der US-Patentschrift 5,529,623 beschrieben sind.
Diese ggf. modifizierten Pigmente werden vorteilhafterweise als Pigmentpräparationen eingesetzt, in denen das Pigment bereits in dispergierter Form vorliegt. Geeignete Präparationen sind z. B. in W. Herbst , K. Hunger: Industrielle organische Pigmente, VCH Verlagsgesellschaft 1995, Seiten 92 ff beschrieben.
Vorzugsweise enthalten die erfindungsgemässen kosmetischen Präparate und Zubereitungen das Pigment in einer Menge zwischen 0,005 und 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Präparates.
Als Trägermaterialien für die erfindungsgemässen kosmetischen Präparate und Zubereitungen kommen die üblichen in derartigen Mitteln verwendeten Materialien in Frage.
Die erfindungsgemässen kosmetischen Präparate und Zubereitungen können z. B. in Form von Stiften, Salben, Cremes, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Dispersionen, Pulvern oder Lösungen vorliegen. Es handelt sich beispielsweise um Lippenstifte, Mascarapräparate, Wangenschminken, Lidschatten, Make up-Grundlagen, Eyeliners, Pulver oder Nagellacke.
Wenn die Präparate in Form von Stiften, z. B. Lippenstiften, Lidschatten, Wangenschminken oder Make up-Grundlagen vorliegen, so bestehen diese Präparate zu einem erheblichen Teil aus Fettkörpern, die aus einem oder mehreren Wachsen bestehen können, beispielsweise Ozokerit, Lanolin, Lanolinalkohol, hydriertes Lanolin, acetyliertes Lanolin, Lanolinwachs, Bienenwachs, Candellilawachs, mikrokristallines Wachs, Carnaubawachs, Cetylalkohol, Stearylalkohol, Kakaobutter, Lanolinfettsäuren, Petrolatum, Vaseline, bei 25 °C feste Mono-, Di- oder Triglyceride oder -Fettester, Silikonwachse, wie Methyloctadecan-oxypolysiloxan und Poly(dimethylsiloxy)stearoxysiloxan, Stearinsäuremonoethanolamin, Colophan und Derivate davon, wie Glykolabietate und Glycerinabietate, bei 25 °C feste hydrierte Öle, Zuckerglyceride und Oleate, Myristate, Lanolate, Stearate und Dihydroxystearate von Calcium, Magnesium, Zirkonium und Aluminium.
Der Fettkörper kann auch aus einer Mischung aus mindestens einem Wachs und mindestens einem Öl bestehen, wobei in diesem Falle z. B. die folgende Öle in Betracht kommen: Paraffinöl, Purcellinöl, Perhydrosqualen, Süssmandelöl, Avocadoöl, Callophyllumöl, Rizinusöl, Sesamöl, Jojobaöl, Mineralöle mit einem Siedepunkt zwischen ca, 310 und 410 °C, Silikonöle, wie Dimethylpolysiloxan, Linolalkohol, Linolenalkohol, Oleylalkohol, Getreidekeimöle, wie Weizenkeimöl, Isopropyllanolat, isopropylpalmitat, Isopropylmyristat, Butylmyristat, Cetylmyristat, Hexadecylstearat, Butylstearat, Decyloleat, Acetylglyceride, Octanoate und Decanoate von Alkoholen und Polyalkoholen,, z. B. von Glykol und Glycerin,
Rizinoleate von Alkoholen und Polyalkoholen, z. B. von Cetylalkohol, Isostearylalkohol, Isocetyllanolat, Isopropyladipat, Hexyllaurat und Octyldodecanol.
Die Fettkörper in diesen Präparaten in Form von Stiften können allgemein bis zu 99,91 Gew. % des Gesamtgewichtes des Präparats ausmachen.
Die erfindungsgemässen kosmetischen Präparate und Zubereitungen können zusätzlich weitere Bestandteile enthalten, wie z. B. Glykole, Polyethylenglykole, Polypropylenglykole, Monoalkanolamide, ungefärbte polymere, anorganische oder organische Füllstoffe, Konservierungsmittel, UV-Filter oder andere in der Kosmetik übliche Hilfsstoffe und Additive,
Es handelt sich beispielsweise um ein natürliches oder ein synthetisches oder ein partialsynthetisches Di- oder Triglycerid, ein Mineralöl, ein Silikonöl, ein Wachs, einen Fettalkohol, einen Guerbet-Alkohol oder dessen Ester, einen lipophilen funktionellen kosmetischen Wirkstoff einschliesslich Sonnenschutzfilter oder eine Mischung dieser Stoffe.
Ein für die Hautkosmetik geeigneter iipophiler funktioneller kosmetischer Wirkstoff, eine Wirkstoffzusammensetzung oder ein Wirkstoffextrakt ist ein Inhaltsstoff oder ein Gemisch von Inhaltsstoffen, welches für die dermale oder topische Verabreichung zugelassen ist. Beispielhaft seien aufgeführt:
Wirkstoffe, die eine reinigende Wirkung an der Hautoberfläche und den Haaren bewirken. Hierzu zählen alle Substanzen, die der Hautreinigung dienen, wie Öle, Seifen, Syndets und feste Stoffe;
Wirkstoffe mit deodorierender und schweisshemmender Wirkung: hierzu zählen Antiperspirantien auf Basis von Aluminium- oder Zinksalzen, Deodorantien, die bakterizide, bzw. bakteriostatische deodoriende Substanzen, wie z.B. Triclosan, Hexachlorophen, Alkohole und kationaktive Substanzen enthalten, wie z.B. quaternäre Ammoniumsalze und Geruchsabsorber, wie z.B. ®Grillocin (Kombination von Zinkrizinoleat und verschiedenen Zusätzen) oder Triethyizitrat, gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit einem Antioxidans, wie z.B. Butylhydroxytoluol) oder lonenaustauschharze;
Wirkstoffe, die einen Schutz gegen Sonnenlicht bieten (UV-Filter): geeignete Wirkstoffe sind Filtersubstanzen ("sunscreens"), die UV-Strahlung aus dem Sonnenlicht absorbieren und in Wärme umwandeln können. Je nach der gewünschten Wirkung sind
folgende Lichtschutzmittel bevorzugt: Lichtschutzmittel, die selektiv Sonnenbrand erzeugende energiereiche UV-Strahlung im Bereich von ca. 280-315 nm absorbieren (UV-B-Absorber) und den längerwelligen Bereich von ca. 315-400 nm (UV-A-Bereich) transmittieren, sowie Lichtschutzmittel, welche nur die längerwellige Strahlung des UV- A-Bereichs von 315-400 nm absorbieren (UV-A-Absorber).
Geeignete Lichtschutzmittel sind z.B. organische UV-Absorber aus der Klasse der p- Aminobenzoesäurederivate, Salicylsäurederivate, Benzophenonderivate, Dibenzoyl- methanderivate, Diphenylacrylatderivate, Benzofuranderivate, polymere UV-Absorber, enthaltend eine oder mehrere silizium-organische Reste, Zimtsäurederivate, Campherderivate, Trianilino-s-Triazinderivate, Phenylbenzimidazolsulfonsäure und deren Salze, Menthyl-Anthranilate, Benzotriazolderivate, und/oder ein anorganisches Mikropigment ausgewählt aus mit Aluminiumoxid oder Siliciumdioxid umhülltem Tiθ2, Zinkoxid oder Mica.
Wirkstoffe gegen Insekten (" repellents): Repellents sind Mittel, die verhindern sollen, dass Insekten die Haut berühren und dort aktiv werden. Sie vertreiben die Tiere und verdampfen langsam. Am häufigsten verwendeter Repellent ist Dethyltolulamid (DEET). Weitere gebräuchliche Repeilentien sind in "W. Raab und U. Kindl, "Pfiegekosmetik", Gustav-Fischer- Verklag Stuttgart/New York,1991 , S.161 zu finden.
Wirkstoffe zum Schutz gegen chemische und mechanische Einwirkungen: dazu gehören alle Stoffe, die eine Barriere zwischen der Haut und der äusseren Noxe bilden, wie z.B. Paraffinöle, Silokonöle, Pflanzenöle, PCL-Produkte und Lanolin zum Schutz gegen wässrige Lösungen, Filmbildner, wie Natriumalginat, Triethanolaminalginat, Polyacrylate, Polyvinylalkohol oder Zelluloseether gegen die Einwirkung organischer Lösungsmittel, oder Substanzen auf der Grundlage von Mineralölen, Pflanzenölen oder Sliikonölen als "Schmiermittel" gegen starke mechanische Beanspruchungen der Haut;
Feuchthaltesubstanzen: als Feuchthalteregulatoren ("moisturizer") finden z.B. folgende Stoffe Verwendung: Natriumlactat, Harnstoff, Alkohole, Sorbit, Glycerin, Propylenglykol, Kollagen, Elastin oder Hyaluronsäure;
Wirkstoffe mit keratoplastischem Effekt: Benzoylperoxid, Retinsäure, kolloidaler Schwefel und Resorcin;
Antimikrobielle Mittel, wie z.B. Triclosan oder quatemäre Ammoniumverbindungen;
Dermal applizierbare ölige oder öllösliche Vitamine oder Vitaminderivate: z.B. Vitamin A (Getinol in Form der freien Säure oder ihrer Derivate), Panthenol, Pantothensäure, Folsäure, und Kombinationen davon, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), F; essentielle Fettsäuren; oder Niacinamid (Nicotinsäureamid);
Placentaextrakte auf Vitaminbasis: Wirkstoffzusammensetzungen vor allem mit Vitamin A, C, E, B21 B12, Folsäure und Biotin, Aminosäuren und Fermenten sowie Verbindungen der Spurenelemente Magnesium, Silicium, Phosphor, Calcium, Mangan, Eisen oder Kupfer.
Skin Repair Komplexe: erhältlich aus inaktivierten und desintegrierten Kulturen von Bakterien der Bifidusgruppe;
Pflanzen und Pflanzenextrakte: wie z.B. Arnika, Aloe, Bartflechte, Efeu, Brennessel, Ginseng, Henna, Kamille, Ringelblume, Rosmarin, Salbei, Schachtelhalm oder Thymian;
Tierische Extrakte: wie z.B. Gelee royale, Propolis, Proteine oder Thymusextrakte; dermal applizierbare kosmetische Öle: Neutralöle vom Typ Miglyol 812, Aprikosenkemöl, Avocadoöl, Babassuöl, Baumwollsamenöl, Borretschöl, Distelöl, Erdnussöl, Gamma-Oryzanol, Hagebuttenkernöl, Hanföl, Haselnussöl, Johannisbeersamenöl, Jojobaöl, Kirschkernöl, Lachsöl, Leinöl, Maiskeimöl, Makadamianussöl, Mandelöl, Nachtkerzenöl, Nerzöl, Olivenöl, Pekannussöl, Pfirsichkernöl, Pistazienkemöl, Rapsöl, Reiskeimöl, Rizinusöl, Safloröl, Sesamöl, Sojaöl, Sonnenblumennöl, Teebaumöl, Traubenkernöl oder Weizenkeimöl.
Die Präparate in Form von Stiften sind vorzugsweise wasserfrei, können jedoch in bestimmten Fällen eine gewisse Menge Wasser enthalten, die im allgemeinen jedoch 40 Gew. %, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Präparates, nicht übersteigt.
Wenn die erfindungsgemässen kosmetischen Präparate und Zubereitungen in Form von halbfesten Produkten, d. h. als Salben oder Cremes, vorliegen, können sie ebenfalls wasserfrei oder wässrig sein. Es handelt sich beispielsweise um Mascaras, Eyeliner, Make up-Grundlagen, Wangenschminken, Lidschatten oder Mittel zur Behandlung von Augenringen.
Wenn diese Salben oder Cremes anderseits wässrig sind, handelt es sich insbesondere um Emulsionen des Wasser-in-ÖI-Typs oder des ÖI-in-Wasser-Typs, die abgesehen von dem Pigment 1 bis 98,8 Gew. % der Fettphase, 1 bis 98,8 Gew. % der wässrigen Phase und 0,2 bis 30 Gew. % eines Emulgiermittels enthalten.
Auch diese Salben und Cremes können weitere übliche Zusätze enthalten, wie z. B. Duftstoffe, Antioxidantien, Konservierungsmittel, Gelbildner, UV-Filter, Farbstoffe, Pigmente, Perlglanzmittel, ungefärbte Polymere sowie anorganosche oder organische Füllstoffe.
Wenn die Präparate in Form eines Puders vorliegen, bestehen sie im wesentlichen aus einem mineralischen bzw. anorganischen oder organischen Füllstoff, wie z. B. Talkum, Kaolin, Stärke, Polyethylenpulver oder Polyamidpulver, sowie Hilfsstoffen wie Bindemitteln, Farbstoffen etc.
Solche Präparate können ebenfalls verschiedene in der Kosmetik übliche Hilfsstoffe enthalten, wie Duftstoffe, Antioxidantien, Konservierungsmittel etc.
Wenn es sich bei den erfindungsgemässen kosmetischen Präparaten und Zubereitungen um Nagellacke handelt, so bestehen sie im wesentlichen aus Nitrocellulose und einem natürlichen oder synthetischen Polymer in Form einer Lösung in einem Lösungsmittelsystem, wobei diese Lösung gegebenenfalls andere Hilfsstoffe, wie z. B. Perlglanzmittel, enthält.
Bei dieser Ausführungsform liegt das gefärbte Polymer in einem Anteil zwischen ca. 0,1 und 5 Gew. % vor.
Die erfindungsgemässen kosmetischen Präparate und Zubereitungen können auch zum Färben von Haaren verwendet werden, wobei sie in diesem Fall in Form von Shampoos, Cremes oder Gelen eingesetzt werden, die aus den in der Kosmetikindustrie üblichen Grundstoffen aufgebaut sind, und ein rotes Pigment der oben angegebenen Formel (I) oder (II) enthält.
Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemässen kosmetischen Präparate und Zubereitungen erfolgt auf übliche Weise, beispielsweise durch Vermischen oder Verrühren der Komponenten, gegebenenfalls unter Erwärmen, so dass die Mischungen schmelzen.
Die folgenden Beispiele dienen der Erläuterung der Erfindung, ohne sie darauf zu beschränken. Teile bedeuten Gewichtsteile und Prozente Gewichtsprozente, Die Temperaturen sind in Grad Celsius angegeben.
Beispiel 1 : Man verwendet eine Lippenstift-Grundlage folgender Zusammensetzung:

Das rote Pigment ist 3,6-Di(4-chloro-phenyl)-1 ,4-diketo-2,5-dihydro-pyrrolo[3,4-c]-pyrrol.
Man vermischt die Substanzen 8 - 10 und dispergiert in dieser Mischung die Substanzen 13 und 14. Anschliessend wird die erhaltene Paste mehrfach über eine Dreiwalze gegeben.
In der Zwischenzeit schmilzt man die Substanzen 1 - 6, verrührt sie homogen miteinander und rührt dann die Substanzen 7, 1 1 und 12 ein.
Danach werden die beiden Mischungen heiss miteinander vermischt bis eine homogene Verteilung erreicht ist. Dann wird die heisse Masse in eine Lippenstiftform gegossen und abkühlen gelassen.
Man erhält Lippenstifte mit intensiver leuchtend roter Farbe von hervorragender Lichtechtheit und sehr gutem Glanz, die keinerlei Ausbluten zeigen..
Beispiel 2: Man verwendet eine Make up-Grunlage folgender Zusammensetzung:

Das rote Pigment hat die gleiche Formel wie im Beispiel 1 .
Man schmilzt die Substanzen 1 - 11 zusammen und dispergiert in dieser Mischung die Substanz 12. Dann erhitzt man die Mischung auf 75 - 80 °C.
Unabhängig davon mischt man die Substanzen 15 und 16 und dispergiert die Substanzen 17 homogen in dieser Mischung. Dann verteilt man die Substanz 19 homogen in dieser Mischung, wartet bis die Quellung nicht mehr zunimmt, rührt die Substanz 18 ein und erhitzt die gesamte Mischung auf 75 - 80 °C.
Danach gibt man die zweite Mischung unter intensivem Rühren in die erste Mischung, rührt anschliessend die Substanz 20 homogen ein und rührt die erhaltene Emulsion bis zum Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur. Danach werden die Substanzen 13 und 14 mittels Dissolver eindispergiert und das erhaltene Make up anschliessend über eine Dreiwalze gegeben.
Man erhält ein rotes Make-up mit einwandfreien Gebrauchseigenschaften und mit intensiver leuchtend roter Farbe von hervorragender Lichtechtheit.
Beispiel 3: Für einen Nagellack verwendet man folgende Substanzen:

100,0 Man erwärmt getrennt voneinander eine Mischung der Substanzen 1 bis 4 und 5 bis 9 bis homogene Mischungen entstehen, vereinigt dann diese und verrührt gut bis eine homogene Phase erhalten wird. Dann dispergiert man die Komponenten 10 und 11 in einem Teil dieser Phase und gibt die Dispersion dann zu dem Rest. Danach fügt man die Komponente 12 unter Rühren hinzu.
Man erhält so eine Mascara-Formulierung mit einwandfreien Gebrauchseigenschaften.
Beispiel 5: Eine Mascara-Formulierung für Haare wird aus folgenden Komponenten hergestellt:

Man erwärmt in einem Stahltank die Komponenten A unter langsamem Rühren auf ca. 75° C. In einem separaten Kessel löst man die Komponente B in C und gibt E so zu, dass man ein bei Raumtemperatur homogenes Gel erhält. Dann fügt man D hinzu und erhizt auf Ca. 75° C. Unter massigem Rühren fügt man die Mischung der Komponenten B, C, D und E zu den Komponenten A und rührt, bis das Produkt homogen ist. In einem Teil dieses Produktes dispergiert man die Komponente F mittels einer Drei-Waizen-Mühle, fügt die Komponente G unter Rühren hinzu gibt die Dispersion dann zu dem Rest des Produktes und vermischt gut.
Man erhält eine Mascara Formulierung für Haare mit guten Gebrauchseigenschaften.
Beispiel 6: Für einen Nagellack auf Wasserbasis verwendet man folgende Substanzen:

Claims
1. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen, enthaltend, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht, a) 0,0001 - 20 % eines roten Pigmentes aus der Klasse der Pyrrolo-[3,4-c]-pyrrole, das nicht in Form der in EP-A-0 408 498 beschriebenen Plättchen vorliegt, und b) 80 - 99,99 % eines kosmetisch geeigneten Trägermaterials.
2. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, das sie ein Pigment der Formel (I) oder (II)
enthalten, worin A und B unabhängig voneinander je eine Gruppe der Formel
bedeuten, wobei
Rt und R2 unabhängig voneinander je Wasserstoff, Halogen, d-C5alkyl, -O-d-C5alkyl,
-S-d-C5alkyl, -N^J-d-dalkyl, -CF3, -CN oder eine Gruppe der Formel
R4
R3 Wasserstoff oder d-Csalkyl und R4 und R5 unabhängig voneinander je Wasserstoff, Halogen, d-C5alkyl, -O-Cι-C5alkyl, -S-C C5alkyl oder -CN bedeuten.
3. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss Anspruch 2, bei denen die beiden Substituenten A identisch sind und eine Gruppe der Formel bedeuten, worin Ri Wasserstoff, Chlor, Brom, Cyan, Methyl, Ethyl, tert.-Butyl oder Phenyl und R2 Wasserstoff, Chlor, Methyl, oder Cyan bedeuten.
4. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Pigment 3,6-Diphenyl-, 3,6-Di(4-chlor-phenyl)-, 3,6- Di(4-tert-butyl-phenyl)-, 3,6-Di(3-cyan-phenyl)-, 3,6-Di(4-cyan-phenyl)-, 3,6-Di(biphenyl-1 -yl)-, 3,6-Di(4-methyl-phenyl)- oder 3,6-Di(3,4-dichlor-phenyl)-
1 ,4-diketo-2,5-dihydro-pyrrolo-[3,4-c]-pyrrol enthalten.
5. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Pigment 3,6-Di(4-chloro-phenyl)- oder 3,6-Di(biphenyl-1 -yl)- 1 ,4-diketo-2,5-dihydro-pyrrolo[3,4-c]-pyrrol enthalten.
6. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pigment in einer Menge zwischen 0,005 und 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Präparates, vorhanden ist.
7. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Form eines Stiftes vorliegen, der bis zu 99,9999 Gew.-% an Fettkörpern enthält.
8. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Form einer wasserfreien oder wässrigen Salbe oder Creme vorliegen.
9. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Form einer Wasser-in-ÖI Emulsion oder in Form einer Öl-in-Wasser Emulsion vorliegen, die 1 bis 98,8 Gew. % der Fettphase, 1 bis 98,8 Gew. % der wässrigen Phase und 0,2 bis 30 Gew. % eines Emulgiermittels, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht, enthält.

Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Form eines Puders vorliegen und einen anorganischen oder organischen Füllstoff, wie Talkum, Kaolin, Stärke, Polyethylenpulver oder Polyamidpulver, sowie Hilfsstoffe wie Bindemittel oder Farbstoffe enthalten.
11. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Form eines Nagellacks vorliegen und in einer Lackgrundlage 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% des Pigmentes enthalten.
12. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Form eines Shampoos, einer Creme oder eines Gels zum Färben von Haaren vorliegen, die aus den in der Kosmetikindustrie üblichen Grundstoffen aufgebaut sind und ein Pigment der Formel (I) oder (II) enthalten.
13. Kosmetische Präparate oder Zubereitungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich übliche kosmetische Bestandteile enthalten, wie Duftstoffe, Antioxidantien, Konservierungsmittel und UV-Filter.
