Abstract

Die Kontaktanordnung für elektromagnetische Schaltgräte, insbesondere für Schütze enthält im Gehäuse (1, 2, 14, 15) des Schlatgerätes untergebrachte ortsfeste Kontaktstücke (3, 4, 16, 17) und mit diesen in und ausser Einriff brinbare bewegliche Kontaktstücke (6, 7, 19, 20). Die beweglichen Kontaktstücke (6, 7, 19, 20) liegen paarweise je auf einer Kontaktbrücke (5, 18), die in fensterartigen Oeffnungen (8, 23) der Kontaktbrückenträger (9, 21) in Schaltrichtung verschiebbar sind. Die Kontaktbrücken (5, 18) stehen unter der Wirkung von Kontaktdruckfedern (11, 24), die an je einem gehäuseverbundenen, seitlich unter die Kontaktdruckfeder (11, 24) eingeschobenen und im Gehäuse (1, 2, 14, 15) mit formschlüssigen Verbindungen gehaltenen Widerlager (12, 25) abgestützt sind. Mit dieser Anordnung ist eine vorteilhafte Hub-Kraftlinie der beweglichen Kontaktstücke (6, 7, 19, 20) in einem quer zur Richtung der Kontaktbewegung einteiligen Gehäuse (1, 2, 14, 15) erreichbar.

The contact arrangement for electromagnetic switching devices, in particular for contactors, contains stationary contact pieces (3, 4, 16, 17) accommodated in the housing (1, 2, 14, 15) of the switching device and movable contact pieces (6, 7, 19, 20). The movable contact pieces (6, 7, 19, 20) each lie in pairs on a contact bridge (5, 18) which can be displaced in the switching direction in window-like openings (8, 23) of the contact bridge supports (9, 21). The contact bridges (5, 18) are under the action of contact pressure springs (11, 24), each on a housing-connected, laterally inserted under the contact pressure spring (11, 24) and in the housing (1, 2, 14, 15) with positive connections held abutments (12, 25) are supported. With this arrangement, an advantageous stroke force line of the movable contact pieces (6, 7, 19, 20) can be achieved in a housing (1, 2, 14, 15) which is one-piece transversely to the direction of the contact movement.
