Definitions
- the invention relates to carriages for transporting ceramic blanks, in particular Brick blanks, by a drying and / or firing system comprising a frame on which is a metallic base plate is fixed and one on this base plate arranged, at least two layers of refractory material comprising bearing plate, on which supporting devices for the ceramic blanks are arranged, wherein the uppermost, the supports supporting layer of the support plate at least in one position applied ceramic fiber and / or ceramic fabric mats comprises over the entire Surface of its support extending continuously and at least particle-impermeable are formed.
- Equipment for drying and / or firing ceramic blanks such as e.g. Brick blanks need to be heated to relatively high temperatures to allow for drying or to achieve a burning of the blanks.
- e.g. Brick blanks need to be heated to relatively high temperatures to allow for drying or to achieve a burning of the blanks.
- the illustrated ceramic mat the heat energy is not completely stop from the lower layers of the platen.
- the low through her passing amount of heat will gradually lead to heating of these layers.
- this fact is not at all destructive as the effect mentioned, Rather, it brings in particular in combined drying and firing systems, in which the ceramic blanks on a single cart without being reloaded first pass through a dryer channel and then a combustion channel, the following Advantage with it:
- the car After leaving the combustion channel, the finished ceramic components unloaded, the car moved to the undried ceramic blanks and this charged. All of this takes place at room temperature and takes some time Claim, during which the kiln strongly heated lower layers of the Cool down the platen. Through the ceramic mat is a too strong giving the in the Firing channel heat energy absorbed during loading and unloading prevented. Of the Car is already preheated in the dryer channel, this can therefore no Heat withdraw, but on the contrary still give off a little heat and thus the Lower energy demand for the dryer system. Furthermore, put in the support plate stored residual heat sure that the dew point in the dryer channel is not undershot, i.e. that the minor residual moisture still contained in the ceramic blanks does not condense and form accumulations of water on the platen.
- the carriages are very strong and relatively fast expiring temperature fluctuations, causing the platen relative greatly expands and contracts which processes, especially in the case of continuous plates can lead to destruction.
- the underlying layers of the ceramic mat Platen are therefore usually from a variety in a plane next to each other and manufactured by Solldehnungsfugen spaced from each other placed small partial plates.
- each ceramic blank becomes the ceramic blanks built around or flowing air currents. These currents cause a slight erosion of the ceramic blanks, i. Particles are removed from them. These are taken along by the air currents and in the nominal expansion joints deposited. These deposits are burned analogous to the ceramic blanks and solidified. After only a few drying and firing cycles, these can Deposits assume such proportions that the joints are largely filled and the individual sub-plates are connected to a continuous plate. The thermal expansions or contractions thereby again lead to tensions, due to which the sub-plates burst and thus become unusable.
- support devices on which the ceramic blanks placed are.
- these support devices comprise short Columns which passed through the ceramic mat and on the underlying solid layer of the support plate set up and / or glued or concreted. about the existing between the column pieces and the ceramic mat joints can mentioned ceramic particles continue to unduly high levels to the lower layers penetrate and settle in the expansion joints provided herein.
- the GB 2 063 801 A shows a firing cart with a metallic Baseplate.
- a frame is formed, which compensates for Thermal expansion consists of individual parts.
- the frame is flat with heat-insulating fibers refilled.
- additional containers are incorporated within the frame also just filled with heat-insulating fibers.
- this substructure consisting out of frame and the container, is a thermally insulating flexible layer (a layer of flexible, thermally insulating material), which is thus the topmost layer of the car represents and on the kiln on a trained trained, placed Supporting frame is placed.
- the disadvantage here is that for the effect of shrinkage during the first heating no possibility of compensation exists and thus the risk of gap formation already given at the first firing.
- EP 0 430 423 A shows a trolley for kiln fuel in dry conditions. or furnaces, comprising a supporting metal frame, at least one on this Overlying thermally insulating layer, an intermediate layer of ceramic fiber boards and a refractory blocks comprising top layer, wherein the blocks as a support for the Serve firewood.
- the intermediate layer come alumina or silicate and mixtures such as e.g. with zirconium oxide in question.
- this is achieved in that the Keramikmaschine- and / or Ceramic fabric mats of several, parallel to each other extending tracks are formed, and that the tracks in the area of joints in Direction of their main plane are compressed.
- the fibers of the Keramikmaschine- and / or - woven mats made of aluminum, silicon, zirconium oxide, calcium silicate, calcium aluminate od. Like., Or mixtures of these materials are formed, since these materials in addition to the necessary temperature resistance have particularly good insulation properties.
- top Layer parallel to each other running paths of Keramikmaschine- and / or Ceramic fabric mats covered.
- the ceramic mat is thus easy to handle, i. fast and easy to lay the lower layers of the support plate. Become adjacent tracks close to close together, the joints formed by them can not from the Ceramic particles are penetrated, so the requirement of particle impermeability remains true despite multi-part design of the top layer.
- the uppermost Layer at least two superposed, each parallel to each other Tracks having layers and that joints of the two layers offset each other run.
- the uppermost layer under the tracks in the Areas of the joints arranged thin strips of refractory material such as. Ceramic fibers, ceramic fabric od. Like., Includes.
- Another feature of the invention may be that a layer of the Platen, preferably the base plate adjacent layer of calcium silicate is formed.
- This material has a relatively high strength in the subject Application occurring temperatures at low coefficient of thermal expansion on.
- the Metallic base plate made of a multitude of mosaic-like side plates is formed, that each sub-plate only in one point, preferably in the center, with is connected to the frame and that each sub-plate is surrounded by an all-round gap.
- the base plate can thus perform unhindered thermal expansion, wherein she remains completely flat despite these strains. By ensuring this planicity is in Another consequence also ensures that the support plate remains flat.
- the partial plates extending at about 90 ° to the main plane of the partial plates Boundaries are provided.

So that each between two adjacent webs 20 formed joints 22 not of Ceramic particles are enforceable, the webs 20 must be close together become.
- the uppermost layer 42 includes, in addition to the webs 20 below this arranged in the areas of the joints 22 thin strips 21, with which likewise a full-surface, continuous covering of the nominal expansion joints 41 ' equipped layer 41 of the support plate 4 is given.
- the advantage of this arrangement is in that the particle impermeability according to the invention of the uppermost layer 42 also then is satisfied if the individual webs 20 are not laid clean close-to-close or in the Move time slightly.
- the thin strips 21 are also made of refractory material, such as e.g. Ceramic fibers, ceramic fabric od. Like. Made.
- Ceramic mats have the property of being heated for the first time slightly dwindling, i. reduce their dimensions slightly. This would mean that if in the manufacture of a carriage according to the invention, the ceramic mat webs 20 Close-to-each other are pushed against each other when first heating the car in the area of joints 20 columns arise. To prevent this, the tracks 20 become something cut wider and laying in the area of the joints 22 in the direction of her Main plane compressed. The resulting compressed areas are shown in Fig.6b indicated by the narrow, meandering shading. The compression takes place in that the unfolding 23, which form two webs 20 that are too wide when juxtaposed, (see Fig.8) is depressed.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to carriages for transporting ceramic blanks, in particular Brick blanks, by a drying and / or firing system comprising a frame on which is a metallic base plate is fixed and one on this base plate arranged, at least two layers of refractory material comprising bearing plate, on which supporting devices for the ceramic blanks are arranged, wherein the uppermost, the supports supporting layer of the support plate at least in one position applied ceramic fiber and / or ceramic fabric mats comprises over the entire Surface of its support extending continuously and at least particle-impermeable are formed.
Brennanlagen in Tunnelbauweise gehalten. Equipment for drying and / or firing ceramic blanks, such as e.g. Brick blanks need to be heated to relatively high temperatures to allow for drying or to achieve a burning of the blanks. As a rule, today larger, to industrial production of ceramic components used drying or firing in Tunnel construction held. This means that their drying or combustion chamber is tunnel-shaped is designed and that the blanks by means of transport through these channels be moved through.
These means of transport must be designed so that they are the high Temperatures (up to 1000 ° C when burning) or the strong and relatively quickly in front of him temperature changes that occur during a firing or drying cycle (including loading at room temperature, drying / firing at high temperatures and Discharge again at room temperature) are exposed, withstand.
They are relatively simple and usually include only a metal frame supporting wheels, used as a support for a refractory material, like refractory brick, concrete od. Like. formed support plate is used.
The presence of such carts within the drying or combustion chamber Although it is unavoidable, however, it has the disadvantage that the wagons actually do Include ceramic blanks heat energy intended and thus the efficiency of Lower drying or firing system. To prevent this, the top, the Ceramic blanks adjacent layer of the support plate by a high heat insulating Layer, in particular by a ceramic fiber mat or a ceramic fabric mat, educated.
By means of this layer, the underlying layers of the Platen, due to its large mass and the associated high Heat storage capacity the largest share of the heat absorbed by the car has thermally insulated against the drying or combustion chamber. This deprives the car the drying or combustion chamber only very small amounts of heat from the heating generated dry or heat of combustion is almost exclusively the ceramic blanks fed. The efficiency of the drying and / or combustion plant is significantly improved and the operation of the plant so that more economical.
Of course, the illustrated ceramic mat, the heat energy is not completely stop from the lower layers of the platen. The low through her passing amount of heat will gradually lead to heating of these layers. But this fact is not at all destructive as the effect mentioned, Rather, it brings in particular in combined drying and firing systems, in which the ceramic blanks on a single cart without being reloaded first pass through a dryer channel and then a combustion channel, the following Advantage with it:
After leaving the combustion channel, the finished ceramic components unloaded, the car moved to the undried ceramic blanks and this charged.
As already explained, the carriages are very strong and relatively fast expiring temperature fluctuations, causing the platen relative greatly expands and contracts which processes, especially in the case of continuous plates can lead to destruction. The underlying layers of the ceramic mat Platen are therefore usually from a variety in a plane next to each other and manufactured by Solldehnungsfugen spaced from each other placed small partial plates. Although the described thermal expansion processes can not be avoided, However, they call, unlike in continuous plates, no tension in the Part plates out, because they can unhindered hineingehnen in the expansion joints.
In order to make the drying and / or firing process as efficient as possible, i. all Capturing areas of each ceramic blank becomes the ceramic blanks built around or flowing air currents.
When built according to the prior art weighing this can Disadvantage of the ceramic mat for the following reason can not be prevented: On the Support plate are arranged support devices on which the ceramic blanks placed are. According to the prior art, these support devices comprise short Columns which passed through the ceramic mat and on the underlying solid layer of the support plate set up and / or glued or concreted. about the existing between the column pieces and the ceramic mat joints can mentioned ceramic particles continue to unduly high levels to the lower layers penetrate and settle in the expansion joints provided herein.
The GB 2 063 801 A shows a firing cart with a metallic Baseplate. On the base plate, a frame is formed, which compensates for Thermal expansion consists of individual parts. The frame is flat with heat-insulating fibers refilled. To mechanical over the entire contact surface over the entire contact surface To ensure stability, additional containers are incorporated within the frame also just filled with heat-insulating fibers. On this substructure, consisting out of frame and the container, is a thermally insulating flexible layer (a layer of flexible, thermally insulating material), which is thus the topmost layer of the car represents and on the kiln on a trained trained, placed Supporting frame is placed.
The disadvantage here is that for the effect of shrinkage during the first heating no possibility of compensation exists and thus the risk of gap formation already given at the first firing.
A shows a trolley for kiln fuel in dry conditions. or furnaces, comprising a supporting metal frame, at least one on this Overlying thermally insulating layer, an intermediate layer of ceramic fiber boards and a refractory blocks comprising top layer, wherein the blocks as a support for the Serve firewood. For the material of the intermediate layer come alumina or silicate and mixtures such as e.g. with zirconium oxide in question.
Here shows the disadvantage that due to the execution of the Particle impermeable layer as an intermediate layer it to undefined dimensions of the top refractory layer can come.
It is an object of the invention to provide a carriage of the type mentioned in which the ceramic mat forming its uppermost layer is the lower one Effectively protects layers against the discussed ceramic particles.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the Keramikfaser- and / or Ceramic fabric mats of several, parallel to each other extending tracks are formed, and that the tracks in the area of joints in Direction of their main plane are compressed.
As a result, between the support devices and the ceramic mat no Joints more present, so that the top layer has complete coverage of the bottom Layers of the support plate effected. It can thus no longer particles in the expansion joints These layers occur, whereby the service life of the support plate significantly improved and so that the economy of the entire drying and / or burning plant is increased.
It may be particularly favorable that the fibers of the Keramikfaser- and / or - woven mats made of aluminum, silicon, zirconium oxide, calcium silicate, calcium aluminate od. Like., Or mixtures of these materials are formed, since these materials in addition to the necessary temperature resistance have particularly good insulation properties.
In a further embodiment of the invention can be provided that the top Layer parallel to each other running paths of Keramikfaser- and / or Ceramic fabric mats covered.
The ceramic mat is thus easy to handle, i. fast and easy to lay the lower layers of the support plate. Become adjacent tracks close to close together, the joints formed by them can not from the Ceramic particles are penetrated, so the requirement of particle impermeability remains true despite multi-part design of the top layer.
In this context, it may further be provided that the uppermost Layer at least two superposed, each parallel to each other Tracks having layers and that joints of the two layers offset each other run.
This ensures that when not sufficiently tight juxtaposition the tracks of the uppermost layer possibly through the joints of the uppermost layer penetrating ceramic particles not to the lower layers of the platen can reach.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the uppermost layer under the tracks in the Areas of the joints arranged thin strips of refractory material, such as. Ceramic fibers, ceramic fabric od. Like., Includes.
Thus, even with insufficient tight stringing together two webs, which results in an enforceable by ceramic particles joint ensures that these ceramic particles do not penetrate to the lower layers of the platen.
In a further embodiment of the invention can be provided that two adjacent webs are sewn together along the joint formed by them.
This represents a particularly reliable option, a joint to be particle-impermeable between two webs.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the webs in the region of joints in Direction of their main plane are compressed.
Does it come to heating-related shrinkage of the mat webs, expand these compressed areas and thus prevent the formation of columns between the tracks.
Another feature of the invention may be that a layer of the Platen, preferably the base plate adjacent layer of calcium silicate is formed.
This material has a relatively high strength in the subject Application occurring temperatures at low coefficient of thermal expansion on.
In a further embodiment of the invention can be provided that the Metallic base plate made of a multitude of mosaic-like side plates is formed, that each sub-plate only in one point, preferably in the center, with is connected to the frame and that each sub-plate is surrounded by an all-round gap.
The base plate can thus perform unhindered thermal expansion, wherein she remains completely flat despite these strains. By ensuring this planicity is in Another consequence also ensures that the support plate remains flat.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention can be provided be that the partial plates extending at about 90 ° to the main plane of the partial plates Boundaries are provided.
The partial plates thus form trays, which are also alternative to massive plates can be filled with loose, heat-resistant materials.
In this connection it can be provided that in the gap between two adjacent sub-panels a heat-resistant, preferably formed of ceramic fibers, Seal is arranged. This seal is preferably on one of the slots bordering borders.
This leads to a play-free abutment two of each other adjacent sub-panels, without the unimpeded temperature change-related expansion or contraction of the sub-plates to affect.
In this context, it may be provided that on the other, at This gap bordering a metal strip that is fixed to the surface the seal is applied.
This makes it possible to choose the width of the seal smaller than the gap width.
In a further embodiment of the invention can be provided that the Supporting devices for the ceramic blanks rail-shaped support and substantially normal to these running, lying on the carriers rods.
Such support devices are full and stable on the support plate on; Furthermore, they have only a small contact surface with the blanks, whereby their Surfaces almost completely acted upon by the dry or combustion air streams are. Finally, the support devices according to the invention have a low mass and thereby withdraw only small amounts of heat from the drying or combustion channel.
In this context, it may be provided that the rail-shaped Carrier L-shaped cross-section and with the ends of their legs on the top Layer are placed.
Such formed carrier have at relatively small dimensions to the Recording of the gravitational forces exerted by the brick blanks Strength values on.
As low has been found that the rail-shaped carrier in Intersection of their legs have notches for receiving the rods.
A lateral rolling of the rods can be effective with these notches be avoided.
In this context, in a further embodiment of the invention be provided that the indentations are circular segment-shaped and a have slightly larger radius than the rods.
This allows the rods small movements against the carriers perform, which carried out by the brick blanks thermal expansion is not to build of tension in the poles.
Furthermore, it can be provided that in training the top layer by parallel to each other running tracks, the carrier, the joints of these tracks across are placed on the top layer.
The tracks are thus in the areas of the joints of the weight of Pressed down blanks, thus avoiding a divergence of the webs can.
It can be provided that the rail-shaped carrier made of silicon carbide and the rods are made of sillimanite, cordierite or silicon carbide because these Materials have sufficient strength at the temperatures occurring.
werden.1 shows a drying and firing system for brick blanks,

The

In

According to the prior art, as shown in Fig.3a, b,

As can be seen in Fig.3b, arise between the
In preventing this penetration of
oberste Schicht 42 aufgesetzt. When forming the
The "particle-impermeable" formation of the
The phrase "at least particle-impermeable" is meant to express

beibehalten.The

The rail-shaped
Fig.4a).
Fig.4b).The specific profile shape of the
The
To avoid rolling of the
The notches 16 'are preferably circular segment-shaped and
have a slightly larger radius than the
In the legs of the
As can be seen from FIG. 4 a, the rail-shaped
As shown in Figure 4c, the
Materials for the fibers of the ceramic fiber and / or fabric mats For example, aluminum, silicon, zirconium oxide, calcium silicate, calcium aluminate od. Like. Or mixtures of these materials in question.
-gewebematten ergeben. The easiest way to make the ceramic mat is to use it
in one piece to make over the entire surface of the
It is therefore advantageous, the
Fig.6a).To keep the
As shown in Fig. 6b, the
As well as the
To a divergence of the
