Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a system for the efficient processing of Environmentally harmful waste products, so-called rejects, which exist as mixtures from cellulose waste, plastic waste and other components, in the relevant Industrial areas.
It is generally known that so-called rejects from waste paper recycling, consisting essentially of film-like plastics, textile components and cellulose residues, in the broadest sense organic substances and metallic and other residues such as wood and stones, as well as thick sludge sludge, are processed in various processing stages and plant techniques.
For example, metallic substances are sorted out by detectors, the materials are shredded in shredders, for example, the shredded material is dried or dried in tube dryers, and finally it is also customary to granulate such materials.
For example, DE 196 00 482 A1 describes a method and a device for processing components made of mixed plastics and other building materials mixed with them, such as metal parts, glass, rubber, wood, fiber materials and the like, in which the components are crushed and impacted in an agglomerator the plastic, metal, glass, rubber and wood parts and fiber materials are separated from one another or the plastics are processed into granules or as a mass in the plastic state. The process is said to be particularly suitable for recycling light shredder fractions, electronic waste, for processing mixed plastics or foils, and wood composites as well as rubber seals and similar rubber materials should also be able to be processed using this process and the system.
The disadvantage of this system is that it has to be implemented with considerable technical and cost expenditure.
Jahrgang 1994, Seiten 593 - 597 und im Journal of Pulp and Paper Science.
Since considerable amounts of water are added to the processing or recycling of residual or waste products from the industrial sectors, drainage must also be carried out with such materials to be recycled.
This problem is dealt with by the solution according to DE 195 38 347 C2, which relates to a process for dewatering, compressing and conveying paper pulps, which takes place in a pressurized space, in which a pulp suspension, in particular waste paper suspension, starts from one Solids content between 1 and 6%, is converted by mechanical dewatering into a high-consistency substance with a solids content of more than 20%, for which a screw dewatering press with at least one screw rotating in a perforated jacket is used for dewatering, in which the paper pulp has a main conveying direction parallel to the screw axis, in which the high-consistency substance is guided along the main conveying direction into a pressing zone, the material forms a free plug, which conveys it to a room above the ambient pressure, and this room through the plug against the screw dewatering press e is sealed.
The publications in the weekly for
The screw presses presented here relate exclusively to the sludge dewatering of paper sludge or pulp sludge and are specially designed for these applications.
Finally, reference is made to a dewatering press for compressing dewaterable solids from waste paper processing, which has become known from DE 42 30 384 C2.
This dewatering press is also designed with a screw conveyor, which is held at the entry end by a torque-free bearing so that the angle between its center line and the screw shell center axis can change under the effect of forces acting on the screw conveyor at right angles to its surface line.
The purpose of this rotating screw conveyor is to ensure that the material to be recycled is largely drained.
Furthermore, reference is made to DE 196 46 718 A1, with which a variable cutting and / or press system is presented, which is designed so that the screw system consists of at least two screws and formed with cutting tear means is.
With these known solutions there is a certain drainage of the recycling material reached, but the residual moisture content is still so high that its uses are very limited.
The object of the present invention is to provide a system for the efficient processing of to develop environmentally harmful waste products, in particular of rejects, with to whom the waste products to be treated are crushed, highly drained and further are treated so that end products are produced in pelletized form.
According to the invention the object is achieved with the features of claim 1.
Preferred features which advantageously further develop the invention are the subordinate ones Find patent claims.
A system designed as a machine was developed that consists of a pressure housing that can be assembled from individual pressure housing sections and is supported in a support structure. Within the pressure housing, a screw conveyor is mounted so that it can be rotated and driven, the screw conveyor being designed with stepped screw cores, which creates pressure chambers of different sizes between the screw flights of the screw conveyor, so that different pressures are also present in these screw chamber spaces, which has a positive effect on the dewatering process treating waste products.
The screw conveyor is driven by an electric motor that is also integrated in the support structure. The transmission ratio between the screw conveyor and the motor can be constant or the motor can be controlled via a control and regulating device, so that the drive, that is to say the rotational speed of the screw conveyor, can be regulated depending on the prevailing operating conditions in the pressure housing of the system.
The pressure housing of the system is designed so that the individual pressure housing sections are formed at the ends with connecting flanges, via which the individual pressure housing sections can be connected to one another, so that the pressure housing of the system is formed as a whole. The length of the screw conveyor which can be rotated and driven in the pressure housing can be designed such that it can be arranged directly in the pressure housing, regardless of whether this pressure housing consists of one or more pressure housing sections.
Furthermore, the individual pressure housing sections are formed with so-called water nests, which are arranged circumferentially in the housing of the respective pressure housing section, which have through openings which lead into the interior of the respective pressure housing section, so that when the waste products to be treated move forward, they are not only transported by the screw conveyor , but also be pressed within the pressure chambers between the screw flights, so that the water contained in the waste products is pressed out and reaches the outside through the openings in the water pockets. The squeezed or squeezed water or liquids are collected in a container located below the entire pressure housing.
austretende pelletierte Material in gewünschte Teilgrößen teilt. It also belongs to the system that the cutting housing is assigned a cutting housing on the output side, in which cutting tools in the form of perforated disks and knives are arranged. In a preferred embodiment, the knives or the knife used for comminuting the waste products are designed as a turbo knife which is connected to the screw conveyor in a positive and non-positive manner, so that it is in operative connection with it and also rotates at the speed of rotation of the screw conveyor. In a preferred embodiment, the turbo knife is designed with three knife bars, to which exchangeable knife edges can be assigned. The cutting tools provided in the cutting housing are clamped to one another by means of a pressure piece which can likewise be arranged in the cutting housing, this pressure piece being arranged fixedly in the cutting housing.
A pellet crusher is operatively connected to the turbo knife, which is provided on the outlet side of the cutting housing, thus behind the perforated disc, this pellet crusher being connected to and rotating with the screw conveyor and dividing the pelletized material emerging from the perforated disc into desired partial sizes.
Another feature of the invention consists in the special design of the screw flights of the screw conveyor, which are formed at certain intervals with through-openings which are functionally related to breakers, which in the broadest sense are arranged congruently on the inner walls of the pressure housing sections. This means that the fixed breakers inside the respective pressure housing sections protrude into these through-openings of the screw flights and, if the waste products move continuously in this area, cause the material to circulate or break, which ultimately leads to a loosening by the subsequent screw flights after a certain loosening again a compression or a pressing pressure is exerted on the waste products, which ultimately leads to improved drainage.
The length and shape of the breakers are designed differently, always depending on the diameter of the respective screw core of the screw section.
In addition to the direct length-wise adaptation of the screw conveyor to the respective total pressure housing, the screw conveyor can also be designed to be divided several times. This, for example, as a hollow shaft in which certain connecting elements are accommodated, which then connect the individual parts of the screw conveyor to one another. This connection can be both form-fitting and non-positive or in the combination of both types of connection.
To drive the screw conveyor, it is formed on the drive side with a drive pin, which serves to receive the corresponding transmission elements, so that the screw conveyor can be set in rotation by the electric motor provided. On the outlet side, the screw conveyor has a receptacle which is directly congruent with the receptacle pin of the turbo knife so that the turbo knife can be driven via the screw conveyor.
Another feature of the invention is provided with the arrangement of a screw outlet piece provided on the output side of the screw conveyor, which is conical in shape in the outer circumference, can be variably designed in length and is directly or permanently connected to the screw output part.
The invention will be explained in more detail with the following exemplary embodiment.

einzelnen Druckgehäuseschüsse 2', 2" miteinander verbunden werden, was vorzugsweise
The complete system for the efficient processing of environmentally harmful waste products, the so-called rejects, is shown in FIG. 1, which illustrates how the individual function-related components of the system 1 are integrated in a

The design and design of the

The

To discharge the liquids contained in the waste products, preferably water, the individual

21 drei Messerbalken 22 besitzt, an denen auswechselbare Messerschneiden 23 befestigt
aufgefangen. As already stated above, the cutting tools are inserted within the cutting
