Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur automatisierten Herstellung von Hohlkörpern aus Mischgut, insbesondere Beton, bei welchem eine aus einem Formkern (10) mit Rüttlern (11), einem Formmantel (9) und einer Bodenmuffe zusammengebaute Form in einer Formstation positioniert wird, unverfestigtes Schüttgut, insbesondere Frischbeton, in den Formraum zwischen Formkern und Formmantel gleichmäßig eingeführt wird, das Mischgut durch Rütteln verdichtet wird, ein oberes Zentrierende durch Eindrücken einer Obermuffe (7) in die Frischbetonsäule geformt wird und anschließend der so gebildete noch weiche Formkörper durch Abziehen entformt und zu einer Trockenstation transportiert wird. Erfindungsgemäß werden vor einem Formwechsel zumindest einige der Formteile in einer Rüststation automatisch zusammengebaut und als vormontierte Baugruppe in die Formstation transportiert. Je nach Produktionsablauf werden die Formteile automatisch vereinzelt. Vor einem erneuten Formenwechsel werden diese in der Formstation für den Abtransport wieder zu einer eigenständigen Baugruppe zusammengebaut. Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Anlage zur Herstellung von Hohlkörpern aus verfestigbarem Mischgut, insbesondere Beton.
