Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Steuerung des Klimas in einem Gebäude-oder Anlagenbereich (18) werden automatisch Wettervorhersagedaten von einer regionalen Wetterstation (10) abgefragt. Ferner sind Lastdaten-Profile (26) gespeichert, in denen bekannte interne Einflußfaktoren hinterlegt sind. Auf Grundlage der Wettervorhersagedaten (12) und der Lastdaten-Profile (26) werden Steuerdaten (40) zur Steuerung von in dem Gebäude- bzw. Anlagenbereich (18) angeordneten Klimageräten berechnet. Die zeitliche Verfügbarkeit der Klimageräte fließt über Verfügbarkeitsprofile (38) in die Berechnung ein. Durch die Berechnung werden in Klimadaten-Profilen (32) vorgegebene Zielgrößen zukünftiger Klimadaten erreicht. Bei den Steuerdaten handelt es sich um Daten zur Steuerung der Klimageräte zu einem Zeitpunkt, der vor dem Zeitpunkt liegt, zu dem zukünftige Klimadaten erreicht werden sollen. Es findet somit eine vorausschauende Steuerung der Klimageräte statt. Der zu steuernde Gebäude- bzw. Anlagenbereich ist als Rechenmodell auf einem Computer abgebildet. Die Abbildung erfolgt mit Hilfe einzelner modularer Modellelemente, die beispielsweise Wände, Fenster u.dgl. mit definierten thermischen Eigenschaften darstellen. Der Computer kann vor Ort oder zur Fernsteuerung extern installiert sein.
