Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'une attache rapide conforme à l'invention appliquée à la fixation d'un godet à l'extrémité du bras d'un chargeur;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe verticale de l'organe d'accrochage;
- la figure 3 est la vue de dessus de la figure 2;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe verticale de l'adaptateur;
- la figure 5 est la vue de dessus de la figure 4;
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe verticale de l'attache de l'invention, montrant la première phase de l'accrochage qui est le soulèvement de l'outil;
- la figure 7 est une vue, analogue à la figure 6, qui montre une phase ultérieure de l'accrochage;
- la figure 8 est une vue, à plus grande échelle et limitée à l'attache, montrant l'organe d'accrochage verrouillé sur l'adaptateur;

Selon un mode de réalisation, la plaque 17, présente une ouverture 18 susceptible de coïncider, sensiblement, avec celle 14 lorsque la dite plaque 17 est dans la position « armée », c'est-à-dire, dans la position représentée sur la figure 2, notamment.
Claims (12)
- Attache rapide pour fixer un outil à l'extrémité du bras d'un chargeur, ou analogue, comportant deux parties dont l'une (1) est fixée au bras tandis que l'autre (2) est solidaire de l'outil ou est formée d'organes faisant partie de l'outil et dont ladite première partie présente un beceau (13) susceptible d'enfourcher un arbre (9) porté par l'outil afin de permettre son soulèvement, caractérisée en ce que la première partie, ou organe d'accrochage, qui présente, sensiblement la forme d'un étrier présente sur sa partie médiane (1a) une ouverture (14) pouvant être traversée par une pièce (10) présentant une extension (12), en forme de crochet et s'étendant à l'opposé de l'arbre usuel (9) porté par l'outil, sous laquelle peut s'insérer une plaque de verrouillage (17) porté par ledit organe (1).
- Attache selon la revendiction 1, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (17) est constamment soumise à une force qui tend à la déplacer vers l'arbre d'articulation (3) de l'organe (1), des moyens, tels que ceux (22), étant prévus pour maintenir ladite plaque contre la partie médiane dudit organe (1) et assurer son guidage.
- Attache selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (17) présente une ouverture (18) susceptible de coïncider, sensiblement, avec celle (14) de la partie (1) lorsque cette dernière est verrouillée sur l'outil.
- Attache selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour maintenir la plaque (17) en position armée.
- Attache selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de verrouillage (17) est maintenue dans la position armée par l'entremise d'un doigt (16), articulé par l'une de ses extrémités au-dessus du plan de la partie médiane (1a), présentant une partie épaulée (20) et une partie (21) s'étendant au-dessus de l'ouverture (18) lorsque la plaque de verrouillage est dans la position armée, ladite partie (21) pouvant être heurtée par une butée (15) portée par l'outil durant le pivotement de l'organe d'acrochage.
- Attache selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (17) est maintenue en position armée par l'entremise d'une butée (38), prévue sur la face supérieure de la partie médiane (1a), contre laquelle ladite plaque (17) prend appui sous l'effet de la force prévue à la revendication 2.
- Attache selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (17) est maintenue plaquée contre la partie médiane (1a) sous l'effet d'au moins, un ressort (19) qui tend, aussi à déplacer ladite plaque vers l'arbre d'articulation (3).
- Attache selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la pièce (10) présente un épaulement (39) contre lequel la partie (17a) de la plaque de verrouillage vient prendre appui lors du pivotement de l'organe d'accrochage, en vue de la fixation de l'outil, en déterminant le soulèvement de ladite partie résultant du pivotement de ladite plaque.
- Attache selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'extension (12) présente, à son extrémité, une rampe (25) susceptible de rencontrer un champ de la plaque (17), tel que celui (26), pour forcer cette dernière à se déplacer à l'encontre de la force à laquelle elle est soumise.
- Attache selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité libre de la plaque (17) présente deux oreilles (27) comportant chacune une fente (28), s'ouvrant vers l'arbre (3), cette disposition permettant l'utilisation d'un outil constitué par un manche (30) présentant à l'une de ses extrémités deux doigts (31-32), disposés l'un au-dessus de l'autre, le doigt (31) étant pourvu de deux tourillons latéraux (33) pouvant être engagés, chacun, dans la fente correspondante (28), tandis que le doigt (32) est dimensionné pour venir prendre appui contre le champ de la partie médiane (1a).
- Attache selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour s'opposer à la création de jeux entre les deux parties assemblées et pour rattraper ceux-ci s'ils se produisent.
- Attache selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le contact entre l'extension (12) et la plaque (17) s'effectue selon des surfaces obliques par rapport au sens de déplacement de ladite plaque.
