Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Möbelscharnier mit einer Grundplatte und einem auf der Grundplatte gelagerten Scharnierarm, der mittels Gelenkhebel od. dgl. mit einem türseitigen Anschlagteil, beispielsweise einen Scharniertopf verbunden ist, wobei die Grundplatte im montierten Zustand mit einer Montagefläche an einer Möbelwand anliegt und in dem Scharnierarm eine Fugenverstellschraube lagert, die in einem zur Scharnierachse offenen Schlitz eines zum Möbelscharnier gehörenden Zwischenstückes oder der Grundplatte drehbar verankert ist und mit der die Position des Scharnierarms in einer zur Montagefläche der Grundplatte senkrechten Ebene zur seitlichen Verstellung einer Türe veränderbar ist.
  • Im allgemeinen wird bei Scharnieren der Scharnierarm mittels einer Klemmschraube auf der Grundplatte oder einem Zwischenstück befestigt. Damit eine Verstellung des Scharnierarmes in der Tiefe des Möbels möglich ist, ragt diese Klemmschraube durch ein Langloch im Scharnierarm. Die Verstellmöglichkeit des Scharnierarmes in der Tiefe des Möbels wird durch die Länge dieses Langloches bestimmt.
  • Weiters ist im allgemeinen eine Verstellmöglichkeit für die Position des Scharnierarmes relativ zur Grundplatte in der Richtung der Möbelfuge, d.h. senkrecht zur Seitenwand des Möbels vorgesehen. Diese Verstellung wird durch eine sogenannte Fugenverstellschraube erreicht, die in einem Muttergewinde des Scharnierarmes lagert und mit ihrem Kopf in einer Aussparung der Grundplatte oder des Zwischenstückes gehalten ist.
  • In neuerer Zeit sind die Scharnierarme im allgemeinen nicht unmittelbar auf der Grundplatte gelagert, sondern mittelbar über ein Zwischenstück, das sich zwischen dem Scharnierarm und der Grundplatte befindet.
  • Beispiele für ein derartiges Scharnier sind in der WO 86/02402 gezeigt. Diese Art von Scharnier ermöglicht es, beim Zusammenbau des Möbels, d. h. beim Einhängen der Möbeltür den Scharnierarm zusammen mit dem daran befestigten Zwischenstück schnell und werkzeuglos an einer Grundplatte, die an einer Möbelseitenwand befestigt ist, zu verankern. Dennoch kann anschließend, falls notwendig, die Position des Scharnierarmes relativ zur Grundplatte (und zum Zwischenstück) durch die Fugenverstellschraube in der Richtung der Möbeltürfuge verstellt werden. Die Fugenverstellschraube lagert dabei in einem Muttergewinde des Scharnierarmes und wird mit ihrem Kopf im Zwischenstück gehalten.
  • In der AT-PS 369 099 ist ein Scharnier mit einer Grundplatte beschrieben, wobei die beiden Längsränder des Schlitzes zueinander versetzt sind. Die Fugenverstellschraube, die mit ihrem Kopf in die Grundplatte eingehängt ist, ist dadurch spielfrei in der Grundplatte gehalten.
  • Es hat sich als nachteilig erwiesen, daß bei einer Seiteneinstellung der Türe, d.h. bei der Fugenverstellung, die Fugenverstellschraube unterschiedlich weit aus dem Scharnierarm herausragt. Wenn der Scharnierarm mit seinem vorderen Ende sich nahe bei der Möbelseitenwand befindet, ragt die Fugenverstellschraube so weit aus dem Scharnierarm heraus, daß dies als störend empfunden werden kann.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Scharnier der eingangs erwähnten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, daß die Fugenverstellschraube immer mit dem Scharnierarm abschließt, und zwar unabhängig von der seitlichen Verstellung der Türe.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Fugenverstellschraube in an sich bekannter Weise im Scharnierarm drehbar, aber in axialer Richtung unverschiebbar verankert ist und daß die einander gegenüberliegenden Ränder des Schlitzes in das Gewinde der Fugenverstellschraube eingreifen, sodaß die Fugenverstellschraube im Zwischenstück oder in der Grundplatte verschraubbar ist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, daß der Kopf der Fugenverstellschraube in einer Vertiefung des Scharnierarmes aufgenommen ist.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es zeigen:
    • Die Fig. 1 ein Schaubild eines erfindungsgemäßen Scharnieres,
    • die Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch das Scharnier senkrecht zur Möbelseitenwand und zur Türe,
    • die Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch die möbelwandseitigen Teile des Scharnierarmes und des Zwischenstückes im Bereich der Fugenverstellschraube, und
    • die Fig. 4 ein Schaubild einer Fugenverstellschraube.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Scharnier 1 weist einen Scharnierarm 3 auf, der über Gelenkhebel 4 mit einem Scharniertopf 5 verbunden ist.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Scharnier 1 ist weiters mit einer nicht gezeigten Grundplatte versehen, die unmittelbar an einer Möbelseitenwand befestigbar ist. Auf der Grundplatte ist ein Zwischenstück 2 verankert, das im Scharnierarm 3 gehalten ist. Das Zwischenstück 2 weist U-förmigen Querschnitt auf und umgreift in Montagelage die Grundplatte oder einen Bereich der Grundplatte.
  • Vorne, d. h. an dem Ende das der Scharnierachse zugewendet ist, ist das Zwischenstück 2 mit einem Stift 6 versehen, der in Montagelage in einer Kerbe der Grundplatte aufgenommen ist.
  • Am hinteren Ende trägt das Zwischenstück 2 einen Kipphebel 7, der mittels einer Achse 9 am Zwischenstück 2 drehbar gelagert ist und von einer Feder beaufschlagt wird.
  • In Montagelage rastet der Kipphebel 7 mit einem Arretiervorsprung in einer hinteren Kerbe der Grundplatte ein. Das Zwischenstück 2 ist in etwa in seiner Mitte mit einem Positionierungsstift 10 versehen, der in Montagelage in einer korrespondierenden Ausnehmung der Grundplatte satt aufgenommen ist. Das Zwischenstück 2 ist dadurch spielfrei auf der Grundplatte gehalten.
  • Die genaue Ausgestaltung der Verankerung des Zwischenstückes 5 und dessen Montage auf der Grundplatte ist in der WO 86/02402 genau beschrieben.
  • Das Zwischenstück 2 weist an seinem vorderen Ende einen nach vorne offenen Schlitz 11 auf, in dem die Fugenverstellschraube 12 aufgenommen ist. Die Fugenverstellschraube 12 ist sowohl im Zwischenstück 2 als auch im Scharnierarm 3 verankert.
  • Am hinteren Ende des Zwischenstückes 2 sind in Längsrichtung des Zwischenstückes 2 versetzt Zähne 13 ausgebildet, die mit einem spiralförmigen Vorsprung 14 einer Scheibe 15 im Eingriff sind. Die Scheibe 15 weist einen mittigen zylindrischen Sockel 16 auf, der in eine korrespondierende Öffnung im Mittelsteg des Scharnierarmes 3 ragt.
  • Durch Verdrehen der Scheibe 15 wird der Scharnierarm 3 relativ zum Zwischenstück 2 in der Richtung der Tiefe des Möbels verschoben.
  • Zum Unterschied von herkömmlichen Scharnieren, bei denen die Fugenverstellschraube in ein Muttergewinde des Scharnierarmes eingeschraubt und mit ihrem Kopf in den nach vorne offenen Schlitz des Zwischenstückes eingehängt ist, ist beim erfindungsgemäßen Scharnier 1 die Fugenverstellschraube 12 mit ihrem Kopf im Scharnierarm 3 verankert.
  • Die Fugenverstellschraube 12 ist zweiteilig ausgebildet, mit einem Stiftteil 18, an dem auch der Kopf 17 der Fugenverstellschraube ausgebildet ist, und einem den Stiftteil umgebenden Hülsenteil 19. Der Scharnierarm 3 ist zwischen dem Kopf 17 und dem Hülsenteil 19, wie aus den Fig. 2 und 3 ersichtlich, eingeklemmt.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Stiftteil 18 an seinem dem Kopf 17 entgegengesetzten Ende 24 mit dem Hülsenteil 19 vernietet.
  • Die einander entgegengesetzten Ränder 21, 22 des Schlitzes 11 greifen in das Gewinde 20 der Fugenverstellschraube 12 ein (Fig. 3). Auf diese Art kann die Fugenverstellschraube 12 im Schlitz 11 wie in einem herkömmlichen Gewinde verschraubt werden, wodurch der Scharnierarm 3 mit seinem vorderen Ende, an dem die Gelenkhebel 4 angelenkt sind, entweder näher zur Möbelseitenwand herangebracht oder von dieser entfernt wird. Bei der Tiefenverstellung des Scharnierarmes 3 kann die Fugenverstellschraube 12 im Schlitz 11 in dessen Längsrichtung verschoben werden.
  • Die Ränder 21, 22 des offenen Schlitzes 11 sind mit schrägen Seitenflanken versehen, die den Flanken 25 des Gewindes 20 entsprechen, sodaß die Fugenverstellschraube 12 spielfrei im Zwischenstück 2 gehalten ist. Diese Spielfreistellung der Fugenverstellschraube 12 kann auch dadurch verbessert werden, daß die einander entegengesetzten Ränder 21, 22 des Schlitzes 11 zueinander versetzt sind.
  • Das Gewinde 20 der Fugenverstellschraube 12 ist an seinem dem Kopf 17 entgegengesetzten Ende mit einem Anschlag 23 versehen, der ein ungewolltes Herausschrauben der Fugenverstellschraube 12 aus dem nach vorne offenen Schlitz 11 des Zwischenstückes 2 verhindert. Der Kopf 17 der Fugenverstellschraube 12 ist in einer Vertiefung 26 des Scharnierarmes aufgenommen, sodaß er nicht über den Scharnierarm 3 hinaussteht.

Claims (7)

  1. Möbelscharnier (1) mit einer Grundplatte und einem auf der Grundplatte gelagerten Scharnierarm (3), der mittels Gelenkhebel od. dgl. mit einem türseitigen Anschlagteil, beispielsweise einen Scharniertopf verbunden ist, wobei die Grundplatte im montierten Zustand mit einer Montagefläche an einer Möbelwand anliegt und in dem Scharnierarm (3) eine Fugenverstellschraube (12) lagert, die in einem zur Scharnierachse offenen Schlitz (11) eines zum Möbelscharnier (1) gehörenden Zwischenstückes (2) oder der Grundplatte drehbar verankert ist und mit der die Position des Scharnierarms (3) in einer zur Montagefläche der Grundplatte senkrechten Ebene zur seitlichen Verstellung einer Türe veränderbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fugenverstellschraube (12) in an sich bekannter Weise im Scharnierarm (3) drehbar, aber in axialer Richtung unverschiebbar verankert ist und daß die einander gegenüberliegenden Ränder (21, 22) des Schlitzes (11) in das Gewinde (20) der Fugenverstellschraube (12) eingreifen, sodaß die Fugenverstellschraube (12) im Zwischenstück (2) oder in der Grundplatte verschraubbar ist.
  2. Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder (21, 22) des Schlitzes (11) zwei schräge Flanken aufweisen, deren Neigung der Neigung der Flanken (25) des Gewindeganges der Fugenverstellschraube (12) entspricht.
  3. Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fugenverstellschraube (12) zweiteilig ausgeführt ist und aus einem Stiftteil (18), mit daran ausgebildetem Schraubenkopf (17) und einem den Stiftteil (18) umgebenden Hülsenteil (19), an dem das Gewinde (20) ausgebildet ist, besteht, wobei der Scharnierarm (3) zwischen diesen beiden Teilen (18, 19) formschlüssig gehalten ist.
  4. Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stiftteil (18) mit seinem dem Schraubenkopf (17) entgegengesetzten Ende (24), im Hülsenteil (19) vernietet ist.
  5. Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (17) der Fugenverstellschraube (12) in einer Vertiefung (26) des Scharnierarmes (3) aufgenommen ist.
  6. Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gewinde (20) der Fugenverstellschraube (12), an dem dem Schraubenkopf (17) entgegengesetzten Ende, ein Anschlag (23) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander gegenüberliegenden Ränder des Schlitzes (11) zueinander versetzt sind.
