  1. Adjustable sleeping surface on a relaxation bed frame having broken surfaces or ergonomic profile, characterized in that it comprises:

    - a felt (7) covering said base (2),
    - an assembly providing suspension, arranged over the felt and comprising a foam framework (8a - 8d) the dimensions of which are substantially the same as the dimensions of the base, a plurality of rows of springs (9) laid transversely inside said foam framework, with interposition of a foam strip (10) between two adjacent rows, and a layer of foam (11) covering said framework (8a - 8d), and
    - a combination (12) of fabric and quilt covering said assembly and fixed on the lower surface of the base.
  2. Sleeping surface according to Claim 1, characterized in that the strips (3) have bevelled edges (5).
  3. Sleeping surface according to Claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the springs (13) of a row are imprisoned between a lower strip (14) of fabric and a higher strip (15) of fabric stuck together between two consecutive springs.
