Claims (8)
- Atmosphärischer Gasbrenner, bestehend aus einer mit Gasaustrittsöffnungen (2) versehenen Brennfläche (1), der gaszufuhrseitig im Bereich der Gasaustrittsöffnungen (2) mindestens ein wasserführender Kühlkanal (3) zugeordnet ist, wobei gaszufuhrseitig an der Brennfläche (1) eine Gas-Luft-Mischstrecke (5) angeordnet ist, die wannenartig ausgebildet ist und im wesentlichen drei Bereiche aufweist, nämlich erstens einen mehrere Eintrittsöffnungen (13) aufweisenden Gas-Luft-Eintrittsbereich (14), zweitens sich daran anschließende rohrförmige Gas-Luft-Mischbereiche (15) und drittens eine Kammer (16), die der Brennfläche (1) gaszufuhrseitig vorgeschaltet ist, wobei im Gas-Luft-Eintrittsbereich (14) ein Gasverteiler (17) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gas-Luft-Mischstrecke (5) aus Kunststoff besteht und dass die Brennfläche (1) und der mindestens eine Kühlkanal (3) einen stofflichen Verbundkörper (4) bilden, der aus gut wärmeleitendem Material besteht. - Atmosphärischer Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbundkörper (4) wahlweise als Strangpress- oder als Gußkörper ausgebildet ist. - Atmosphärischer Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbundkörper (4) aus Aluminium besteht. - Atmosphärischer Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gasaustrittsöffnungen (2) in Form von in den Verbundkörper (4) wahlweise gefräster oder gesägter Schlitze (8) ausgebildet sind. - Atmosphärischer Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine offene Querschnitt des Verbundkörpers (4) mit einem Deckel (7) verschlossen ist. - Atmosphärischer Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (7) stoffschlüssig mit dem Verbundkörper (4) verbunden ist. - Atmosphärischer Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Deckel (7) Vor- und Rücklaufanschlüsse (9) angeordnet sind. - Atmosphärischer Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gas-Luft-Mischstrecke (5) per Schnappverschluss (12) am Verbundkörper (4) befestigt ist.
