Claims (5)
- Lackiervorrichtung mita) einer Pistoleneinheit (12), mit der Lack auf ein Werkstück aufgebracht werden kann;b) einer Farbwechseleinrichtung (48), an die mindestens zwei Lack-Speiseeinrichtungen (60,62,64) angeschlossen sind;c) einer Verbindungseinrichtung (16), mit der die Pistoleneinheit (12) und die Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) miteinander verbunden sind;d) einer der Pistoleneinheit (12) zugeordneten Molchstation (36);e) einer der Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) zugeordneten Molchstation (66);f) einem Molch, welcher während einer Reinigungsphase von der der Pistoleneinheit (12) zugeordneten Molchstation (36) durch die Verbindungseinrichtung (16) hindurch in die der Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) zugeordnete Molchstation (66) und wieder zurück bewegt werden kann;g) einer Lackventileinrichtung (54,56,58), welche wahlweise eine der Lack-Speiseeinrichtungen (60,62,64) mit der Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) verbinden oder die Verbindung vollständig unterbrechen kann;h) einer Restlackventileinrichtung (74), welche die Farbwechseleinrichtung mit einer Ablaßleitung (76) verbinden kann;i) einer Steuerung (18), welche mit der Pistoleneinheit (12), der Lackventileinrichtung und der Restlackventileinrichtung (74) zusammenarbeitet ;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßj) die der Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) zugeordnete Molchstation (66) sich in der Nähe des der Verbindungseinrichtung (16) abgewandten Endes der Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) befindet;k) mindestens ein Sensor (50) im Bereich der Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) vorhanden ist, welcher ein Signal an die Steuerung (18) abgibt, wenn der Molch sich an dem Sensor (50) vorbei in Richtung auf die der Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) zugeordnete Molchstation (66) bewegt;l) die Steuerung (18) das Signal des Sensors (50) derart verarbeitet, daß die gerade geöffnete LackVentileinrichtung (56) in dem Moment geschlossen wird, in dem sich der Molch an der Mündung (57) der entsprechenden Lack-Speiseeinrichtung (62) auf seinem Weg in die der Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) zugeordnete Molchstation (66) vorbeibewegt; undm) die Steuerung (18) die Restlackventileinrichtung (74) in diesem Moment öffnet. - Lackiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Farbdruckregler (26) aufweist, welcher in der Pistoleneinheit (12) angeordnet ist.
- Lackiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) der Sensor (50) am Eingang der Verbindungseinrichtung (16) zur Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) angeordnet ist;b) die Steuerung (18) einen Speicher umfaßt, in dem das Zeitintervall abgelegt ist, das der Molch für die Bewegung vom Sensor (50) bis zur Mündung (57) der gerade in Fluidverbindung mit der Farbwechseleinrichtung (48) stehenden Lack-Speiseeinrichtung (62) benötigt;c) die Steuerung die entsprechende Lackventileinrichtung (56) nach Ablauf des Zeitintervalls seit Eingang des Signals schließt und die Restlackventileinrichtung (74) nach Ablauf dieses Zeitintervalls öffnet.
- Lackiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeder Mündung einer Lack-Speiseeinrichtung in die Farbwechseleinrichtung jeweils ein Sensor angeordnet ist und die Steurung die gerade geöffnete Lackventileinrichtung schließt und die Restlackventileinrichtung öffnet, wenn sie von dem entsprechenden Sensor ein Signal erhält.
- Lackiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung einen Schlauch (16) umfaßt, welcher mindestens einen Kanal (30) für Lack sowie mindestens einen Kanal (42) für Druckluft und/oder Reinigungsmittel umfaßt.
