- Another aspect of the invention is that limits however the deformation that the pieces of stall may suffer, so they don't keep permanent deformation: a stopper is added for that between dawn and the disc. When the moving from dawn was enough to reach the stop position, the mechanical system becomes much more rigid, that is to say that much larger increases in effort are necessary to produce displacements additional. The energy of the axial shock as well as the efforts are then shared between the two levels of the retaining arrangement of the stop system, and avoids the rupture of one or the other of the systems.
- the restraint of the first level is flexibility as it lets the dawn slide in the disc cavity without great axial force before the second level only comes at the end of a game imposed and, at that moment, holds the dawn by including the stiffness and capacity of the layout.
- the utility of the invention is not limited absorption of impact forces following a neighboring dawn break, but for all causes axial forces on the blades, such as impacts solid bodies, birds or others.
- the invention relates also a dual flexibility retaining arrangement of a blade in a disc according to axial displacements of dawn, comprising a first level of deformation at significant flexibility and a second level of deformation marked by a disappearance of clearances between less a chain of elements of the arrangement and by a decrease in flexibility combined with increasing load elements of the chain, without breaking or buckling none of the elements of the chain.

- a flange 10 covers the ring 8, the flange 9 and the wedge 7 and is in the form of an envelope 11 fairly thin bolted to an outer portion 12 of the disc 2 by means of screws 13.
- An important aspect of the invention is in the pairs of abutment surfaces 27, 28 and 29 in manhole, surfaces respectively arranged on the foot 5 and the wedge 7, on the wedge 7 and the ring 8, and on the ring 8 and the flange 9; these surfaces are directed in axial direction.
- dawn 5 When dawn 5 is moved to the front, it pushes back the wedge 7, then the ring 8, until the flange 9 is touched, by a contact successive of the surfaces of pairs 27, 28 and 29.

- the drum 14 is provided with a flange 18 provided with notches 17 each of which comes to cap a stud 19 of a rear portion 20 of the blade root 5, and a heel 21 of this rear portion 20 extends behind the flange 18, from which it is separated by a set 22 determined in normal circumstances where dawn is not stressed important axial. When this possibility arises and as dawn moves forward, the game 22 gradually decreases but remains while the parts 7, 8 and 9 begin to undergo deformation.

- Et la figure 4 illustre un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention.
Claims (10)
- Agencement de retenue d'une aube dans un disque (2) où l'aube peut coulisser substantiellement axialement dans le disque, comprenant des pièces (7, 8) de calage de l'aube, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de calage sont jointes par des paires de surfaces de butée (27, 28, 29, 36) dirigées axialement et finissant soit sur une portion (9) du disque, soit sur une des pièces de calage (30), qui est unie au disque, les pièces de calage ou la portion (9) du disque étant au moins partiellement (8, 33) flexibles, et en ce qu'un jeu déterminé (22, 35) existe en direction axiale entre soit une portion du disque (34) soit une portion (18) d'une pièce (14, 15) jointe au disque (2), et soit une portion (21) de l'aube, soit une portion (32) d'une pièce jointe à l'aube, ledit jeu étant consommé quand un effort axial déterminé a été exercé sur l'aube.
- Agencement de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de calage (7, 8) et le jeu (22) se trouvent sur deux côtés opposés de l'aube.
- Agencement de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il se trouve entièrement d'un côté de l'aube.
- agencement de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de calage comprennent une cale (7) glissée sous un pied (5) de l'aube.
- Agencement de retenue selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de calage comprennent un anneau (8) de retenue circonférentielle de la cale (7).
- Agencement de retenue selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau (8) est disposé entre deux desdites paires (28, 29) de surfaces de butée décalées radialement de manière à pouvoir fléchir.
- Agencement de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de calage comprennent un flasque (30) qui est uni au disque (2).
- Agencement de retenue selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le flasque (30) est doté d'une partie amincie et flexible (33).
- Agencement de retenue selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le flasque (30) comprend une extrémité courbée en un crochet (32) qui fait office de butée rigide quand le jeu (35) est consommé.
- Agencement de retenue à double souplesse d'une aube dans un disque selon des déplacements axiaux de l'aube, comprenant un premier niveau de déformation à souplesse importante et un deuxième niveau de déformation marqué par une disparition de jeux entre au moins une chaíne d'éléments de l'agencement et par une diminution de souplesse jointe à une charge croissante des éléments de la chaíne, sans rupture ni flambage d'aucun des éléments de la chaíne.
