Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of
Usually a method of the type mentioned is used to at least one To form long fiber fraction and at least one short fiber fraction by one Concentration of long fibers on the one hand and concentration of short fibers on the other hand. In this way, types of fabric can be formed, the special ones Requirements are better than the starting mixture. It can also be a separate one Processing of political groups should be the aim of this procedure. In many cases this is Distribution is also sufficient to improve the properties of the raw materials used improve.
Dieses Verfahren dient zur Herstellung eines spezielle für die Tissue-Erzeugung optimierten, besonders weichen Faserstoffes.WO 95/00702 A1 describes a method which is used for the Production of tissue paper to produce particularly suitable fibrous material. To one Achieving high softness of the paper fibers becomes a two-stage separation process proposed with a first fractionation stage in which the fibers according to their Fiber length can be classified. The short fiber fraction of this first Fractionation step is then another with the help of centrifugal forces Subjected to fractionation to the length-related fiber weight (coarseness) to significantly reduce. This process is used to produce a special for the Tissue production optimized, particularly soft fiber.
The invention is based on the object of creating a method with which it succeeds in fractionating a fiber so far that certain properties of its Components even better exploited in the subsequent paper production can be. In particular, the separation into wood-rich and wood-poor should Varieties can be improved. Another application is the separation into early wood - and late wood portions of pulp.
This object is achieved by the features mentioned in the characterizing part of
As is known, a distinction is made in the production processes for paper fibers between the chemical pulping that provides pulp fibers, which largely depend on Lignin are free (low in lignin), and the mechanical digestion, with the help of which the so-called wood pulp is obtained, these are fibers with a significant lignin content (Ligninreich). Mechanical digestion can also take place at elevated temperatures (TMP) and possibly supported with chemicals (CTMP). Paper fiber raw materials often consist of a mixture of such different ones digested raw materials. Then there are mixtures of fibers, which differ not only in terms of their geometric shape, e.g. Length and thickness, differentiate, but also in terms of flexibility, degree of fibrillation, Surface quality, etc. This applies to raw materials made from waste paper, but also with native pulp.
With the help of the method according to the invention it is possible to combine by Fractionation steps that have different effects, the selection of certain Further refine properties. The process enables namely by specified combination of at least two separation steps a particularly effective Separation of pulp, as this one after the other with specially set different Separating effect. For example, the one executed first The long fibers from the short fibers are at least up to the fiber length separation step separated to a certain extent. There are known devices for this, e.g. Siebfraktionatoren. To favor the separation into short and long fibers, you can such machines tend to have high flow speeds parallel to Screen area are operated. With slotted screens, very fine slits (e.g. 0.1 mm) often a particularly pronounced length fractionation. Because in many cases low-lignin pulp fibers are longer than the wood pulp fibers Long fiber fraction be less lignin than the short fiber fraction. This side effect of Length fractionation is not always desirable.
It is advantageous to lead at least one of the fractions thus obtained to a second one Separation step, which is designed so that more flexible fibers from the stiffer Fibers are separated, even if they are about the same length or about the same Have fiber length weight. The latter is the length of the - stretched - fiber related mass, e.g. in milligrams per meter. to Fractionation according to flexibility, sieve fractionators can be used, e.g. are equipped with less fine slot openings and relatively high Flow rate can be operated through the slot openings. The the predominant separation characteristic of this further separation step is therefore not the length but the flexibility of the fibers. Such a fractionation is with one narrow fiber length spectrum - as a result of a previous one Fiber length separation step - particularly effective.
With the sieve fractionators mentioned, the separation steps are in most cases advantageous and practicable. But there are also others suitable separation devices are known.
So-called boundary layer fractionators are also known, in which long and Kurzfasem be separated.
Die optimale Reihenfolge hängt von den Faserstoffen, insbesondere ihrer Zusammensetzung, von den Trennapparaten und von den Anforderungen an den fertigen Papierfaserstoff ab.The method according to the invention is not in the order: first Fiber length fractionation and then separation based on flexibility of the fibers. The optimal order depends on the fiber materials, especially theirs Composition, the separators and the requirements for the finished Paper pulp.

gewählt werden, ist in diesem allgemeinen Schema offen gelassen.1, the paper fiber suspension S is one

Kurzfasern an.In the plant shown in Fig. 2, a fiber
aufgeschlossenem Zellstoff.3 shows a plant with a fiber length separation step 1 (sieve fractionator),
a second separation step 2 (sieve fractionator) for the short fiber fraction A1 and
a third separation step 3 (sieve fractionator) for the long fiber fraction A2. With

Fig. 4 is a schematic representation of the enrichment of late wood pulp fibers

Andere Möglichkeiten liegen in
der Gestaltung der Fraktionieröffnungen von Nasssieben. At the right edge of the diagram, a sieve symbol is shown with the inflow in the form

Overflow fraction U. There are guidelines for easier identification of the relationships
