Description
The invention relates to a device for dedusting of printing material in Printing machines and a flexographic printing machine with such a device.
When printing on paper and similar substrates is the surface of the printed paper usually not dust-free. Especially at high printing speeds This leads to a fast contamination of the clichés or printing plates because the dust particles moisten on the ink Clichés stick and the louvres or generally the lower lying, Add non-printing parts of the plates, so that the print quality is affected after a relatively short time. Frequent washing of the clichés leads to costly downtime of the printing press.
Various methods are known with which the printing material before the actual printing process to be dedusted, for example, mechanical Brushing, vacuuming or electrostatic dedusting. These procedures prove however, often insufficient. Furthermore, it is known, the substrate wipe with a cloth. Since these wipes are consumables but costs are relatively high.
Devices according to the preamble of claim 1, in which a moistened Roller rolls on the substrate, are from DE-C-237 919 and NL-A-79 03 999th known.
The object of the invention is to provide a cost-effective device, the enables effective dedusting of substrates in a printing press.
This object is achieved by a device for dedusting of printing substrate in a printing machine, with a roller using or rolls without slippage on the substrate, a device for moistening the surface of the roller and a device arranged on the circumference of this roller for removing the dust from the roll surface at which the roll an anilox roller having a cell pattern on its surface, and the means for wetting the roller is a chambered doctor blade.
The roller is an anilox roller, as in flexographic printing machines is used as an inking roller. Such anilox rollers have on their Surface a fine cell grid on and can therefore be controlled in Moisten the method with the help of a chamber doctor blade. These anilox rolls and the associated chamber doctor blades can be identical to the anilox rollers and Chamber knives, which are present in every inking unit of a flexographic printing machine are. In this way, the dedusting can be in cheaper Realize manner with standard components.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
In the apparatus according to the invention can serve for dedusting Anilox roller be actively driven. When the roll is a hollow roll and / or has a relatively small diameter, however, its moment of inertia can be so small that it is possible to let the roller passively pass only. In both cases, it is possible, by deliberately setting a slip between the roller surface and the printing material to the dedusting effect increase. In a revolving roller, the slip can, for example by the braking effect is achieved, which is inevitable when doctoring the roll surface occurs.
The liquid used to wet the roller may be Water, the optional suitable additives, eg. As surfactants may be added to improve the adhesion effect and / or the removal of the To facilitate dust from the roll surface.
In the following, embodiments of the invention with reference to the drawings explained in more detail.
Es zeigen:
- Figur 1
- FIG. 1
- a schematic representation of the essential parts of a flexographic printing machine with a device for dedusting of the printing material; and
- FIG. 2
- a schematic representation of a modified embodiment of the dedusting device.
kontrollierter Andruckkraft über die Walze 24.Before the
The
In the direction of rotation behind the contact zone between the substrate 12th
and the
Druck in diesem Walzenspalt ist in bekannter Weise einstellbar.FIG. 2 shows a
In the example shown in FIG. 2, the
