Claims (22)
- Verfahren zum Fördern von stabförmigen Artikeln der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie,
mit den Schritten:die Artikel werden in Behälter (4, 10) gefüllt,die Behälter (4, 10) werden an eine Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14) abgegeben,die Behälter(4, 10) werden einer Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) zugeführt, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:die Verweilzeit der Behälter (4, 10) auf der Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14) wird erfaßt,das Zuführen der Behälter (4, 10) zu der Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) wird in Abhängigkeit von der erfaßten Verweilzeit gesteuert. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
mit dem zusätzlichen Schritt:wenn die erfaßte Verweilzeit eine vorgegebene Mindestverweilzeit der Behälter (4, 10) erreicht oder überschreitet, werden die Behälter (4, 10) auf direktem Wege der Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) zugeführt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
mit dem zusätzlichen Schritt:wenn die erfaßte Verweilzeit eine vorgegebene Mindestverweilzeit unterschreitet, werden die Behälter (4, 10) über einen ersten Umweg der Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) zugeführt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
wobei die Länge des Umweges in Abhängigkeit von der erfaßten Verweilzeit gesteuert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
mit den zusätzlichen Schritten:die Behälter (4, 10) werden vor dem Zuführen zur Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) einer Vollbehälterzuführstation (48) zugeführt,die zu erwartende Verweilzeit der Behälter (4, 10) auf der Vollbehälterzuführstation (48) wird erfaßt,die auf der Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14) und der Vollbehälterzuführstation (48) erfaßten Verweilzeiten werden addiert,wenn die Summe der Verweilzeiten die vorgegebene Mindestverweilzeit erreicht, werden die Behälter (4, 10) der Vollbehälterzuführstation (48) direkt von der Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14) zugeführt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
mit dem zusätzlichen Schritt:wenn die Summe der Verweilzeiten die vorgegebene Mindestverweilzeit unterschreitet, werden die Behälter (4, 10) auf eine erste Vorratsstation (28) für Behälter (4, 10) gesetzt, wobei anstelle der somit der Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) nicht direkt zugeführten Behälter (4, 10) Behälter (4, 10) einer zweiten Vorratsstation (38) für Behälter (4, 10) der Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) zugeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, mit den zusätzlichen Schritten:die Verweilzeit der Behälter (4, 10) auf der ersten Vorratsstation (28) wird erfaßt,die auf der Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14) und der ersten Vorratsstation (28) erfaßten Verweilzeiten und die auf der Vollbehälterzuführstation (48) zu erwartende Verweilzeit werden addiert,wenn die Summe der Verweilzeiten die vorgegebene Mindestverweilzeit erreicht, werden die Behälter (4, 10) der zweiten Vorratsstation (38) direkt zugeführt.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 6 oder 7,
wobei die Behälter (4, 10) von der ersten Vorratsstation (28) auf die zweite Vorratsstation (38) selbsttätig überführt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
mit den zusätzlichen Schritten:die Verweilzeit der Behälter (4, 10) auf der ersten Vorratsstation (28) wird erfaßt,die auf der Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14) und der ersten Vorratsstation (28) erfaßten Verweilzeiten und die auf der Vollbehälterzuführstation (48) zu erwartende Verweilzeit werden addiert,wenn die Summe der Verweilzeiten die vorgegebene Mindestverweilzeit nicht erreicht, werden die Behälter (4, 10) der zweiten Vorratsstation (38) über einen zweiten Umweg zugeführt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
mit den zusätzlichen Schritten:die zu erwartende Verweilzeit der Behälter (4, 10) auf der zweiten Vorratsstation (38) wird erfaßt,die auf der Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14) und der ersten Vorratsstation (28) erfaßten Verweilzeiten und die auf der zweiten Vorratsstation (38) und der Vollbehälterzuführstation (48) zu erwartenden Verweilzeiten werden addiert,wenn die Summe der Verweilzeiten die vorgegebene Mindestverweilzeit erreicht, werden die Behälter (4, 10) der zweiten Vorratsstation (38) direkt von der ersten Vorratsstation (28) zugeführt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
wobei dann, wenn die Summe der Verweilzeiten die vorgegebene Mindestverweilzeit nicht erreicht, die Behälter (4, 10) von der ersten Vorratsstation (28) der zweiten Vorratsstation (38) über einen zweiten Umweg zugeführt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
mit den zusätzlichen Schritten:zur Erfassung der jeweiligen Verweilzeit der Behälter (4, 10) in den jeweiligen Stationen (14, 28, 38, 48) werden die Behälter (4, 10) am Anfang der jeweiligen Stationen (14, 28, 38, 48) erfaßt,den erfaßten Behältern (4, 10) wird ein Zeitstempel zugeordnet,der Zeitstempel wird am Ende der jeweiligen Stationen (14, 28, 38, 48) abgefragt. - Behälterfördervorrichtung zum Fördern von stabförmigen Artikeln der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie,mit einer Behälterfülleinrichtung (8) zum Befüllen der Behälter (4, 10) mit Artikeln,mit einer Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) zum Entleeren der Behälter (4, 10),mit einer der Behälterfülleinrichtung (8) zugeordneten Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14),mit einer der Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) zugeordneten Vollbehälterzuführstation (48),mit einer mit den Stationen (14, 28, 38, 48) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Umsetzeinrichtung (80) zum Umsetzen der Behälter (4, 10, 58) zwischen den jeweiligen Stationen (14, 28, 38, 48),eine Erfassungseinrichtung (20, 24, 34, 44, 54, 78) zum Erfassen der Verweilzeit der Behälter (4, 10, 58) in mindestens der Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14), bevorzugt in allen Stationen (14, 28, 38, 48), undeine Steuereinrichtung, mit deren Hilfe die Umsetzeinrichtung (80) in Abhängigkeit von der erfaßten Verweilzeit steuerbar ist.
- Behälterfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
wobei die Steuereinrichtung einen Speicher zum Speichern einer vorgegebenen Mindestverweilzeit und einer Vergleichseinrichtung zum Vergleichen der erfaßten Verweilzeit mit der vorgegebenen Mindestverweilzeit aufweist. - Behälterfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
wobei eine erste Vorratsstation (28) vorgesehen ist, die ebenfalls mit der Umsetzeinrichtung (80) in Wirkverbindung steht. - Behälterfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
wobei eine zweite Vorratsstation (38) vorgesehen ist, die ebenfalls mit der Umsetzeinrichtung (80) in Wirkverbindung steht. - Behälterfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
wobei die erste (28) und die zweite Vorratsstation (38) eine Warteschleife für die Behälter (4, 10) bilden. - Behälterfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17,
wobei die Erfassungseinrichtung (20, 24, 34, 44, 54, 78) Mittel zum Erfassen eines auf den Behältern (4, 10, 58) vorgesehenen Codes, welcher die Behälter (4, 10. 58) unterscheidbar macht, aufweist. - Behälterfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18,
wobei die Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14) und die Vollbehälterzuführstation (48) übereinander angeordnet sind. - Behälterfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 19, mit einer der Behälterfülleinrichtung (8) zugeordneten Leerbehälterzuführstation (2) zum Zuführen von leeren Behältern (4),
mit einer der Behälterentleereinrichtung (56) zugeordneten Leerbehälteraufnahmestation (62) zum Aufnehmen von leeren Behältern (58),
wobei die Vollbehälteraufnahmestation (14) und die Vollbehälterzuführstation (48) denselben Höhenabstand zueinander aufweisen wie die Leerbehälterzuführstation (2) und die Leerbehälteraufnahmestation (62). - Behälterfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 20,
wobei die Umsetzeinrichtung (80) als Lift ausgebildet ist und zwei Aufnahmen (86, 88) aufweist, welche Aufnahmen (86, 88) in einem dem Höhenabstand entsprechenden Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind. - Behälterfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 21,
