Description
The invention is based on a fuel injection valve
according to the preamble of
From DE 35 40 660 C2 is an electromagnetic actuatable fuel injector with a Valve housing known, which has a fuel inlet nozzle and a valve seat carrier partially encloses. Of the Valve seat carrier has a valve seat surface with one actuated by means of a valve needle Valve-closing body cooperates to a sealing seat. One desired valve lift to achieve a required in the open valve state between valve closing body and Valve seat area metered amount of fuel is through Liner of a Hubeinstellscheibe in the axial direction between a stopper plate and an end face of the Valve seat carrier set. After the adjustment become the valve body and the valve seat carrier interconnected by an end portion of a cylindrical holding portion of the valve housing to the Valve seat carrier is crimped.
Diese Ausgestaltung hat jedoch folgende Nachteile: However, this embodiment has the following disadvantages:
Since the crimping force created by the crimping by the Bördelvorgang only approximately predeterminable by the End portion of the cylindrical holding portion of the Valve housing is crimped around the valve seat carrier is which generated between valve seat carrier and valve housing Tension can not be specified. In addition, the flare by a plastic deformation of the end portion of the reaches cylindrical holding portion of the valve housing, which is subject to aging, causing the connection force between the valve housing and valve seat carrier decreases.
From DE 196 26 576 A1 discloses a fuel injection valve known in which the valve housing with the valve seat carrier alternatively to the above solution via a screw connection connected is. However, this solution is significant consuming, since the additional screw introduced must be, with a suitable thread in the Valve housing is to cut. In addition, the introduction and tightening the screw member a manufacturing technology complex and time-consuming production step.
From US 4,974,312 A is already a fuel injection valve in the form of a Injector for fuel injection systems of spark-ignited Internal combustion engines for port injection known, in which by means of a Valve needle, a valve closing body is actuated, with a fixed valve seat a nozzle body / connector cooperates with a sealing seat. The connection part is at least partially enclosed by a valve housing. The valve housing is both with a serving as inner pole core as well as with the valve seat firmly connected connecting part. The solid connections are thereby achieved that each at the outer circumference of core and connecting part annular grooves are provided, is plastically deformed into the material of the valve housing. The Establishing the fixed connections with the valve housing by means of a in FIG 2 illustrated tool. This press punches are used, located at the core, on Support valve housing or on the connection part. At the respective axial end surfaces the abovementioned components are subjected to a pressing force locally and vertically, such that a portion of the material of the valve housing substantially perpendicular to Pressing direction is brought to the plastic flow in the annular grooves.

In Figs. 4 and 5, an example of one is not represented flanging according to the invention. Already Elements described are consistent with Reference numerals provided, so far in this case a repetitive description is unnecessary.
angreift. Dadurch sind das Federelement 61 und der Stützring
62 wie in der Fig. 5 gezeigt, angeordnet. After the
Zum Erzeugen der Bördelverbindung wird ein dichtsitzseitiger
Abschnitt 65 des Ventilgehäuses 20 in Richtung auf den
Ventilsitzträger 1 umgebördelt, wodurch sich die in Fig. 5
dargestellte Bördelverbindung ergibt. To produce the flare connection is a sealing
The resulting flare connection will be described with reference to FIG. 5 explained in more detail.
The
In den Figuren 6, 7 und 8 ist ein weiteres
Beispiel eines nicht erfindungsgemäßen
Brennstoffeinspritzventils 100 dargestellt.
In Figures 6, 7 and 8 is another

Abschnitt 65 in radialer Richtung eingebördelt.
In contrast to that described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5

This type of Bördelverbindung has the advantage that the

The invention is not limited to those described
