Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum automatischen Aufbringen einer Druckplatte (60) auf einen Plattenzylinder (2) in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine,
mit den Verfahrensschritten:Einfügen einer ersten Kante (62) der Druckplatte (60) in einen im Plattenzylinder (2) gebildeten Spalt (7), undAufziehen der Druckplatte (60) auf den Plattenzylinder (2),
den folgenden Verfahrensschritt:Ausrichten der ersten Kante (62) der Druckplatte (60) auf der Oberfläche eines an den Plattenzylinder (2) angrenzenden Zylinders (3). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Aufziehens der Druckplatte (60) der Plattenzylinder (2) in der Weise gedreht wird, dass die Druckplatte (60) einen zwischen dem Plattenzylinder (2) und dem angrenzenden Zylinder (3) gebildeten Spalt passiert. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der angrenzende Zylinder (3) als ein Gummituchzylinder einer Rotations-Offsetdruckmaschine ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausrichten der ersten Kante (62) der Druckplatte (60) am angrenzenden Zylinder (3) durch Beaufschlagen der Druckplatte (60) mit federelastischen Mitteln und Bewegen der Druckplatte (60) in einer im Wesentlichen radialen Richtung gegen die Umfangsoberfläche des angrenzenden Zylinders (3) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte (60) nach dem Ausrichten der ersten Kante (62) an dem angrenzenden Zylinder (3) im Wesentlichen tangential in Richtung des Plattenzylinders (2) verschwenkt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte (60) nach dem Einführen der ersten Kante (62) in den Spalt (7) des Plattenzylinders (2) in einer axial zum Plattenzylinder (2) verlaufenden Richtung verschoben wird, um die Druckplatte (60) auf dem Plattenzylinder (2) zu positionieren. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte (60) zum axialen Verschieben über federelastische Mittel (26,27) beaufschlagt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte (60) zum Ausrichten der ersten Kante (62) durch eine erste Greiferanordnung (20) gehalten und in Richtung des angrenzenden Zylinders (3) bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte (60) nach dem Ausrichten der ersten Kante (62) am angrenzenden Zylinder (3) von einer zweiten Greiferanordnung (30) ergriffen und in Richtung des Spalts (7) des Plattenzylinders (2) bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Greiferanordnung (20) die Druckplatte (60) nach dem Ergreifen durch die zweite Greiferanordnung (30) freigibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Greiferanordnung (20) durch federelastische Mittel (26,27) in einer im Wesentlichen radial zum an den Plattenzylinder (2) angrenzenden Zylinder (3) verlaufenden Richtung zum Ausrichten der Druckplatte (60) auf der Oberfläche des an den Plattenzylinder (2) angrenzenden Zylinders (3) mit einer federelastischen Kraft beaufschlagt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Greiferanordnung (20) in einer ersten Führungsschiene (28) geführt ist, die im Wesentlichen radial zum angrenzenden Zylinder (3) verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Greiferanordnung (30) in einer zweiten Führungsschiene (33) geführt ist, die in einer im Wesentlichen radial zum Plattenzylinder (2) verlaufenden Richtung angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Greiferanordnung (30) in einer axial zum Plattenzylinder (2) verlaufenden Richtung bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Greiferanordnung (20) und/oder die zweite Greiferanordnung (30) einen oder mehrere Sauggreifer umfasst. - Offsetdruckwerk,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16.
