Claims (8)
- Stern- oder Scheibensiebanordnung, umfassend mehrere Siebscheibenwellen mit auf der Welle beabstandete, befestigbare Werkzeug- und/oder Abschlußscheiben, wobei die Siebscheibenwellen in einem Siebbettrahmen auswechselbar fixiert sind, die Wellen Mittel zum Rotationsantrieb aufweisen und zwischen den Werkzeug- und/oder Abschlußscheiben Abstandselemente angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zwischen den Werkzeug- und/oder Abschlußscheiben befindlichen Abstandselemente eine doppelte Kegelstumpfform oder eine im wesentlichen parabelförmige Rotationsfläche aufweisen, wobei die sich gegenüberliegenden Deckflächen der Kegelstümpfe oder der Scheitel der Parabel bezogen auf die Hülsenlänge symmetrisch verlaufen oder die Wellenabschnitte zwischen den Scheiben die obige Form aufweisen und derartige Abstandselemente bilden, weiterhin die Abstandselemente mit den Werkzeugscheiben so auf den Wellen positioniert sind, daß sich die Scheiben benachbarter Wellen jeweils in den Bereich des kleinsten Durchmessers gegenüberliegender Abstandselemente hineinerstrecken. - Stern- oder Scheibensiebanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen den sich gegenüberliegenden Deckflächen der Kegelstümpfe ein im wesentlichen konzentrisch zur Welle sich erstreckender Übergangsbereich vorgesehen ist. - Stern- oder Scheibensiebanordnung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Abstandselemente aus einstückigen Distanzhülsen oder -buchsen, gefertigt aus einem bearbeiteten Rohrmaterial, bestehen. - Stern- oder Scheibensiebanordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Distanzhülsen oder -buchsen jeweils aus zwei gegeneinander auf der Welle verpressten und/oder verschweissten, konischen Teilen bestehen. - Stern- oder Scheibensiebanordnung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in die Scheibensiebanordnung kammförmige Reinigungsschneidmesser hineinbeweg- oder schwenkbar sind, wobei die Messer eine dem Längsschnitt der Hülse bzw. Buchse angepaßte äußere Formgebung besitzen. - Stern- oder Scheibensiebanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Grundflächenradius zum Deckflächenradius der Kegelstümpfe in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 0,5 bis 1 : 0,9, bevorzugt im Verhältnis von 1 : 0,7 bis 0,8 liegt, wobei die Verhältniswahl vom Trennabstand der Siebscheiben beeinflußt ist. - Stern- oder Scheibensiebanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Wellenabschnitte mit der Welle einstückig ausgebildet und an der Welle Befestigungsaussparungen oder umlaufende Nute zum stoffschlüssigen Anbringen von Siebhalbscheiben vorgesehen sind. - Stern- oder Scheibensiebanordnung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rotationsumhüllende der Abstandselemente eine doppelkonus- oder doppelkonusähnliche Form besitzt.
