Die singuläre Montage ist problematisch, weil sich die Einzelzylinder der in Pressenrahmen in Reihe angeordneten Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen in Relation zueinander verschieben können. Derartige Zylinderverschiebungen resultieren aus Verformungen der Pressenrahmen bzw. ihrer Querholme im Zuge des Preßvorganges, zumal die Zylindermontage regelmäßig auf den Querholmen der Pressenrahmen erfolgt. Aus den Verschiebungen der Einzelzylinder resultieren erhöhte Verschleißerscheinungen und Dichtungsprobleme, insbesondere aber auch ungleichmäßige Druckverteilungen auf die Pressplatten. Das wiederum kann zu Qualitätsminderungen bei den gepressten Produkten wie beispielsweise Spanplatten, Faserplatten oder dergleichen Holzwerkstoffplatten führen. Die singuläre Versorgung ist problematisch, weil zu jeder einzelnen Presszylinderkolbenanordnung die für deren Betätigung mittels eines Hydraulikmediums erforderlichen Versorgungsleitungen verlegt werden müssen. Das führt zu einer raumaufwendigen Bauweise, obwohl nur wenig Montageplatz zur Verfügung steht und deshalb stets eine enge und kompakte Bauweise angestrebt wird. Hinzukommt, daß Verformungen der betreffenden Querholme der Pressenrahmen beachtlich reduziert werden, wenn der Zylinderblock auf solchen Querholmen montiert wird und zu deren Versteifung beiträgt. Auf diese Weise sind Dichtungsprobleme insbesondere zwischen den Versorgungsleitungen und den Zylindern nicht länger zu befürchten. In den Figuren ist eine kontinuierliche Presse zum
Verpressen von Preßgutmatten zu Preßgutplatten im Zuge der
Herstellung von Spanplatten, Faserplatten oder dergleichen
dargestellt, und zwar mit Pressenunterteil 1 und Pressenoberteil
2, im Pressenunterteil 1 und Pressenoberteil 2
endlos umlaufenden Stahlpreßbändern 3, wobei im Pressenunterteil
1 und im Pressenoberteil 2 beheizbare Preßplatten
4, 5 angeordnet sind und die Stahlpreßbänder 3 an den
Preßplatten 4, 5 unter Zwischenschaltung von Rollstäben 6
abgestützt sind. Zwischen Pressenoberteil 2 und Pressenunterteil
1 sind Pressenrahmen 7 in über die Pressenlänge
vorgegebenen Abständen angeordnet. Innerhalb der
Pressenrahmen 7 sind die oberen und unteren Preßplatten 5,
4 angeordnet. Nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel arbeiten auf die
untere Preßplatte 4 Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen 8, 9. Im
Bereich der einzelnen Pressenrahmen 7 ist jeweils eine
Mehrzahl von Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen 8, 9 in Reihe
angeordnet und einerseits an die unteren Querholme 10 der
betreffenden Pressenrahmen 7, andererseits an die untere
Preßplatte 4 angeschlossen. Die Zylinder 8 der jeweils in
Reihe angeordneten Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen sind in
einem gemeinsamen Zylinderblock 11 angeordnet bzw.
zusammengefaßt. Die zu den Zylindern 8 führenden Versorgungsleitungen
12 bzw. Hydraulikleitungen für die Preßzylinderanordnungen
8, 9 sind in den Zylinderblock 11
integriert. Der Zylinderblock 11 ist nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel
jeweils gegen die unteren Querholme 10 der
betreffenden Pressenrahmen 7 abgestützt, wobei die Kolben 9
der betreffenden Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen 8, 9 an die
untere Preßplatte 4 angeschlossen sind. Der Zylinderblock
11 ist als Gußblock aus Grauguß oder Stahlguß ausgeführt,
wobei die Versorgungsleitungen als Bohrungen in dem
Zylinderblock ausgebildet sind. Die Zylinder 8 sind an die
Versorgungsleitungen 12 angeschlossen. Die Befestigung der
Zylinderblöcke 11 an den unteren Querholmen 10 der
Pressenrahmen 7 kann im Wege einer Schraubbefestigung
verwirklicht werden. Sofern die Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen
8, 9 auf die unteren Preßplatten 4 arbeiten, kann
die Montage der Zylinderblöcke 11 durch Einhängen zwischen
den unteren Querholmen 10 benachbarter Pressenrahmen 7
erfolgen. Dazu weisen die Zylinderblöcke 11 seitliche
Montageflansche 13 auf. Die Sicherung der Zylinderblöcke 11
erfolgt mittels Anschläge 14, die auf den unteren

- A press according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the cylinder block (11) is produced as a cast block with cast-in pipework for forming the supply lines (12).
- A press according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the supply lines (12) are formed as bores in the cylinder (11).
- A press according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the cylinders (8) are connected to the supply lines (12) in any sequence.
- A press according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the cylinders (8) are connected in pairs from the outside to the inside to the supply lines (12).
- A press according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that when a cylinder (8) is disposed in the middle of the block separate supply lines (12) are provided for said cylinder.
