Description

The invention relates to a tree and a method for increasing and / or rehabilitating concrete and solid steel masts using such a cane tree according to the preamble of claims 1 and 5.

Such a method and such a tree can be found in the rehabilitation of concrete and solid steel pylons for use damaged in the area of their trusses. However, they can also be used to elevate concrete and steel solid pylons become.

Stick trees are used until now only in the construction of lattice towers for overhead lines. In the used for this tree trees is between the short inner floor trees and the long outdoor trees. To deal with such stick trees to be able to work, they have to be held tiltably. The tips of these Stick trees are therefore movable on all four sides with sides and grab trains anchored.

In the German patent application 199 15 499. 6 a concrete mast is described, the renovated and / or increased and at the same time be provided with new steel trusses can. Here, the costs for scaffolding can only be saved if the Ladder ropes can remain on top of the concrete mast during this work. The at the raised and / or redevelopment separated end of the concrete mast with the it located trusses can only be drained, if the trusses for this can be rotated or swung out. However, this is not possible until now the ladder ropes remain on top of the concrete mast, because in this case that would have to be Swiveling the trusses still done in height, in which the end is separated or the subsequent installation of the new tip is done. This work can only be done with one Tree can be executed. The so far known stick trees are too short for this. The rope anchors to which these cane trees are connected also hinder the Rehabilitation work. On the other hand, only stick trees are suitable for this work, because only those can be transported to the masts, which did not hit with a crane can be. The same applies to the assembly of the new top, at which the Steel trusses are already attached.

The line masts are made of individual components put together, which are put together for this purpose. The components are set on top of each other with the help of a mounting mast whose length is specified and whose diameter is substantially smaller than that of the power pole. This Assembly mast is provided at its upper end with a non-movable boom. The stacked components are with guide elements for the Provided mounting pole. With the help of these guide elements, the assembly mast moved so far along the finished section of the mast be that raised with it a next component and ready on the already put section of the mast can be placed.

In order to climb the cane tree 1, a ladder 1S is releasably attached thereto. The mounting of the ladder 1S already takes place during the assembly of the cane tree 1 at the bottom 100. Before the cane tree 1 is attached to the concrete mast 30, are suspended from the insulator chains 32 of the concrete mast 30 lines 33rd Grounded at the neighboring pylons. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, a plug-in conductor 8 solvable built on the concrete pole 30 so that it can be climbed. In a before certain distance from the bottom of the trusses 31 are down first two clamps 6 and 7, which form a double clamp according to FIG. 3, on which Concrete mast 30 attached. For the clamp 6 is detachably mounted on the concrete pole 30, such that it engages around it, while the clamp 7 pointing horizontally outwards is attached to the clamp 6. The second end 2B of the steel pipe 2 is flattened Connector 2F provided. This is during the assembly of the tree trunk 1 suspended between the clamp 7 rotatable. In the decency of 1.0m above the clamp 6 Then two more clamps 9 and 10 are also detachably mounted. The clamp 9 is attached so that it encompasses the concrete pole 30. The clamp 10 is at the Clamp 9 held so that it points horizontally outward, in such a way that they themselves is located in a region between the conductor cables 33 of the two trusses 31. The The same applies to the above-described clamp 7. Thus, the cane tree 1 also aufgestelti in an area between the conductors 33 of the two trusses become. In Fig. 3, the two interconnected clamps 9 and 10 in to see a plan view. The clamp 9 consists of two components 9X, each have five edges 9K and 9L. These are arranged in a semicircle. there are the second halves of the two opposite edges 9K in the right Angle bent outward, so that she flat extensions 9V. Two each Extensions 9V are assembled and connected by a screw 9S are connected. The inner diameter of the clamp 9 is a few inches larger than the outer diameter of the concrete mast 30. The between the clamp 9 and the concrete mast 30 remaining space is in areas with elements 9Z hardwood filled. Thus, the concrete pole 30 is protected from damage. The areas the components 9Z facing the concrete mast 30 are concave-shaped, so that they rest very well on the concrete pole 30. To the assembly of the clamp 9 too simplify the components 9Z are releasably attached to the inside of the clamp 9. If necessary, they can be exchanged for wider or narrower components 9Z Depending on how large the outer diameter of the respective concrete mast 30th is. At the two edges 9L, which are aligned parallel to the conductor cables 33, are each outside three eyelets 9H attached to the holder of the conductor cables 33. The clamp 10 is composed of two semicircular components 10X. The inner diameter the clamp 10 is adapted to the outer diameter of the tree trunk 1. Each component 10X has at its two ends in each case a planar extension 10V on. Two mutually joined extensions 10V are over at least one screw 10S releasably connected. Two joined extensions 10V are for attaching the clamp 10 to the clamp 9 between two extensions 9V arranged. You will get along with these from a 9S screw held together. The installation of the clamps 9 and 10 happens only then the cane tree 1 is positioned so that its longitudinal axis is oriented vertically and the end piece 3 facing upward, so that the steel pipe 2 passed through the clamp 10 can be.

As shown in FIG. 2, a large roller 11 is mounted on one of the two traverses 31. A another roller 12 is, as shown in Fig. 4, installed at the foot of the concrete mast 30. The assembled tree 1 is then with its flattened fitting 2F rotatably attached to the clamp 7. For this purpose, a rope 13 a double-deck winch 14 as shown in FIG. 4 over the two rollers 12 and 11 out and with the Connecting piece 2F of still lying on the ground floor 100 tree 1 connected. Of the Tree 1 is pulled with the rope 13 so far up to the flat end piece 2F is located between the clamp 7 and with the screw 7S so mounted can be that the cane tree 1 pivoted to the concrete mast 30 and away from it can be. Subsequently, the rope 13 with the free end of the boom 4 connected. Then the cane tree 1 is tilted up so that the tail 3 points upwards. At the free end of the boom 4, as shown in FIG. 1, for this purpose a tab 4L provided with an eyelet 4H. With a second rope 15 of the double-deck winch 14, which is connected to the free end of the end piece 3, the Tree 1 during the erection so far from the concrete mast 30 barred until for the rope 13 a sufficient angle for direct tilting to the final position of the tree 1 tree is reached.

As shown in FIG. 1, a tension-resistant line 17 (here only one shown) for the erection of the tree trunk 1 attached. The clamp 18 is at a distance of 0.30 m above the clamp 9 is mounted. The lines will be 17 passed over the conductor cables 33 to the bottom 100. You will first sit up used to stabilize the tree 1 sideways. They will be off the ground 100 out of technicians by hand. When the longitudinal axis of the tree 1 vertically aligned, the two clamps 9 and 10 are installed as above described. Subsequently, the tree trunk 1 in the clamp 10 is static loadable fixed. Then the second ends of the lines 17 are anchored in the floor 100. To the Work is not hindered, one of the lines 17 is previously transferred to a clamp 19, which is installed immediately above the bracket 18. Through the two lines 17 a greater safety and a lower dead weight of the tree trunk 1 is achieved. After the cane tree is installed, the conductors 33 are disconnected and hung on the clamp 9. This is on the sides, which are parallel to the conductors 33 run for this purpose each with three eyelets 9H, as shown in Figures 1, 3 and 5 are shown. The conductors 33 are hung only about 1.0m deeper. Thus, the vertical distances to unterkreuzenden objects (not here shown) still sufficient. Costs for scaffolding and / or other measures are thus avoided.

Concrete trusses 31 to be replaced are as shown in Fig. 5, each with a slip 20, which embraces each traverse 31, suspended from a fork armature 21. As shown in Fig.6 shows the fork armature 21 at the on the rollers 22 and 23rd hanging rope 28 is suspended. The rollers 22 and 23 are on a tab 3L of the tail or a tab 4 L of the boom 4 is arranged. The top to be cut off End of the concrete mast 30A becomes horizontal with a pulling stroke (not shown) intercepted. As shown in Fig. 5 at the ends of the trusses 31, the lines 25 and 26 attached and the concrete pole 30 according to the section line A-A 'horizontal cut off. The cut end 30A of the concrete mast 30 with the two trusses 31 is lowered with the Zughub in the vertical. The boom 4 is now with the help of the lines 25 and 26 pivoted by 90 ° so that the longitudinal axes of two trusses 31 parallel to the conductors 33 run. Since the boom 4 a Length of 0.80 m, depends the cut end 30 A of the concrete mast 30th with the trusses 31 in front of the conductor cables 33, which are suspended on the eyelets 9H of the clamp 9 are. Thus, the end 30A of the concrete mast 30 without difficulty the bottom 100 are drained.

Fig. 7 shows a tip 35 with which the concrete pole 30 shown in FIG. 8 now at his upper end 30A is provided. This is made of a commercial, galvanized Made of sheet steel. It has a cross-section of eight edges of equal length (here not shown) is limited. The tip 35 is designed to be the concrete pole 30 envelops over a defined length envelope. As concrete poles in general not absolutely round and straight and their diameter is not measured to the nearest millimeter can be made, the tip 35 is provided with a diameter of five mm greater than that of the concrete mast 30. The length of section 36 with which the top 35 overlaps the upper end 36A is determined by the diameter of the concrete mast 30. It must be at least 1.5 times the diameter that the Concrete mast 30 at the upper edge of the clamp 9 has. Does the concrete mast 30 there, for example a diameter of 0.38m, the length of section 36 must be at least 0.57 m. The length of the tip 35 thus results from the length of Area which is damaged on the concrete pole 30 and thus must be replaced, plus the Length of the required overlap 36. In the embodiment shown here the concrete mast 30 is repaired. An additional increase in the concrete mast 30 is not provided. As the concrete pole 30 is damaged to a length of 1.0m is (not shown here), results in the embodiment shown here thus a minimum length of the tip 35 of 1.00 + 0.57 = 1.57 m. Will the length of section 36 for reasons of safety to three times the diameter preferably increased to 1.14 m, so a peak 35 with a length of 2.14 m to use. The tip 35 is at its second, upwardly facing end with two outwardly facing flanges 37 and 38 provided. The height of the flanges 37 and 38 is about 0.30m. This is to be added to the length of 2.14 m, so that gives a total length of the tip 35 of about 2.44 m. The flanges 37 and 38 are arranged in a common plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the traverse 31. At each flange 37, 38 is a traverse 31 of galvanized, coated Screwed steel sheet. The tip 35 is also designed so that the new traverses 31 after installing the top 35 on the concrete pole 30 in the same Height as the original trusses 31 are arranged.

The tip 35 is with the assembled trusses 31 and the insulator chains 32 with Help the cane tree 1 raised in the same way as the severed end 30A of the concrete mast 30 was previously drained, and so high that they are above the Concrete mast 30 hangs. With the help of the lines 25 and 26 of the boom 4 is back in his swung back original position. The tip 35 is shown with the in Fig. 6 Rope 27 pulled over the roller 23 to the center of the concrete mast 30 and then with the two on the rollers 12 and 12A at the foot of the concrete mast 30 current ropes 27 and 28 of the double-deck winch 14 lowered until the top 35 on the clamp. 9 seated. The trusses 31 are aligned, the tip 35 is grounded and with shrinkage-free rapid cement (not shown here) poured out. To the outflow To prevent the quick cement, a soft material is placed on the clamp 9. After the rapid cement has cured, the conductor cables 33 are returned to the Insulator chains 32 attached. Then the cane tree 1, the bells 6, 9, 18 and 19, the large roller 11 and the plug conductor 8 degraded, the groundings to the Neighboring masts expanded and the line is put back into operation.
