Claims (13)

  1. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus, made up, on the one hand, of an induction coil (1) associated with a moving core (3) with striking pin (5) and return spring (6) which are placed in an insulating sheath (7), said coil being mounted longitudinally in a yolk (2) presenting two sides (8,9) facing each other, the first side being fitted with a fixed core (4) in which the striking pin is guided, and, on the other hand, a fixed contact (15) to which is connected a first end (13) of the coil and a circuit breaker connection terminal (18) to which is connected the second end (12) of the coil, characterised in that the side (8) of the yolk placed at the side of the end (13) of the coil provided to be connected to the fixed contact (15) has dimensions which will allow it to be at least partially integrated into the interior space of the coil in order to absorb possible axial dimensional variations therein, whose corresponding end is orientated so that its fixing to the fixed contact, whose position relative to the yolk is fixed, allows the axial play of the coil to be taken up.
  2. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the fixed contact has an extension (14) for its axial fixing to the side of the yolk, provided with a hole to house one end of the fixed core (4) and whose periphery is also dimensioned to allow it to be partially integrated in the interior space of the coil.
  3. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the end (13) of the coil to be connected to the fixed contact is orientated in a direction substantially parallel to the coil's axis, and fixed on a lug (17) of the fixed contact situated in close proximity to the bonding pad (16) equipping said fixed contact, said lug presenting, to this effect, a surface running parallel to said end.
  4. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cross-section of the electrical wire forming the induction coil (1) is a rectangular shape, with a radial thickness less than the axial width to increase, on the one hand, the interior volume enclosed by said coil and to decrease, on the other hand, the length of wire necessary for a same length of coil.
  5. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in the preceding claim, characterised in that, the rectangular cross-section of the wire being preserved, the axial length of the wire can be further increased if one proceeds to a decrease of the thickness of the sheet metal forming the yolk (2), whose external volume remains unchanged.
  6. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in one of claims 4 and 5, characterised in that the diameters of the moving (3) and fixed (4) cores are increased following the increase in the internal volume of the coil, in such a way that their polar surfaces, which face each other, increase.
  7. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the yolk (2) is U-shaped, the arm linking the two end sides being on the same side of the coil as the fixed contact and the connection terminal.
  8. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in the preceding claim, characterised in that said arm has a lateral slot (11) close to the yolk's side situated at the side of the connection terminal, at the second end of the coil.
  9. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in the preceding claim, characterised in that the end (12) of the coil, orientated on a plane perpendicular to the axis in order to come out tangentially from the winding forming said coil, is fixed to a lug (19) extending the upper part of the connection terminal, presenting a surface extending perpendicular to the coil's axis, fixing being done at said slot.
  10. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in claim 8, characterised in that the end (12) of the coil is orientated axially so as to leave the yolk at the said slot, fixing at the connection's (18) terminal being done at the exterior of the volume enclosed by the yolk.
  11. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the yolk (2) is made of copper or steel, the return spring (6) of the core being provided to have a weaker strength in the first case.
  12. Magnetic sub-assembly for circuit breaker type modular electrical apparatus as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the core (3,4) is made of steel.
  13. Circuit breaker characterised in that it comprises a magnetic sub-assembly as claimed in any of claims 1 to 12.
