Claims (9)
- Puffer für Schienenfahrzeuge, mit einer am Schienenfahrzeug zu befestigenden Pufferhülse (1) und einem über eine Dämpfungseinrichtung (13) an der Pufferhülse (1) abgestützten, axial verschiebbaren Pufferstössel (2) mit einem Stösselrohr (3) und einem endseitig daran angeordneten Pufferteller (6), wobei das Stösselrohr (3) in dem dem Pufferteller (6) zugewandten Endbereich einen sich zum Pufferteller (6) hin radial erweiternden Abschnitt (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pufferteller (6) an dem sich radial erweiternden Abschnitt (4) angeschweisst ist.
- Puffer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl auf der Innenseite wie auch auf der Aussenseite des sich radial erweiternden Abschnitts (4) eine umlaufende Schweissnaht (9, 10) angeordnet ist.
- Puffer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (4) sich in radialer Richtung konisch erweitert.
- Puffer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der sich radial zum Pufferteller (6) hin erweiternde Abschnitt (4) durch plastische Kaltverformung erzeugt ist.
- Puffer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stösselrohr (3) durch plastische Kaltverformung auf einen vorbestimmten Nenndurchmesser aufgeweitet ist.
- Puffer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stösselrohr (3) auf der Innenseite mit einer Nut (15) zur Aufnahme eines Sprengrings (14) zur Bildung eines den maximalen Ausschub des Pufferstössels (2) begrenzenden Anschlags versehen ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gemäss dem Anspruch 1 ausgebildeten Puffers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stösselrohr (3) durch plastische Kaltverformung auf einen bestimmten Innendurchmesser aufgeweitet und in dem dem Pufferteller (6) zugewandten Endbereich durch plastische Kaltverformung mit einem sich radial erweiternden Abschnitt (4) versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pufferteller (6) mit dem sich radial erweiternden Abschnitt (4) verschweisst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pufferteller (6) sowohl auf der Innenseite wie auch auf der Aussenseite mit dem sich radial erweiternden Abschnitt (4) verschweisst wird.
