Definitions
- the invention relates to a relay with rocker armature with a Base that defines a base level with its floor, one Magnet assembly, which has a coil and a core arrangement, a rocker arrangement with an anchor and a contact spring, the contact spring in a central section has lateral support arms with fastening sections are connected to a fixed relay part.
- Such a relay is for example from DE 195 20 220 C1 known. With this relay the contact spring is included Carrier arms attached to a carrier pin that plugs into the base is let in.
- the relay can be assembled from two complex assemblies. On the one hand, this is a magnetic assembly with a coil and a core arrangement, on the other hand a base assembly with the assembly of a contact spring and a Anchor.
- the disadvantage of this known relay is now that prepared two complex and sensitive assemblies need to be put together. It must also the distance between the anchor and the core assembly is adjusted become what is relatively difficult and expensive. It the task now is to create a relay in which the adjustment of both the air gap and the setting option of the contact distance is simple and thus an inexpensive Assembly enables.
- Such an arrangement is advantageous because it is the assembly with the contact spring and the armature on the magnet assembly can be attached. This creates the base assembly only from the base itself and the fixed contacts.
- the adjustment of the air gap width is particularly easy, because this can happen before assembling with the base, for example through the use of teachings determine the width of the air gaps in a simple manner leaves.
- the support arms can then be suitably in the position determined by the gauges with the fixed relay part get connected.
- the base also forms Sidewalls of the relay, with the magnet assembly between stuck to the side walls. This can be used to assemble the magnetic assembly as far as they are pushed between the side walls, until a specified contact distance is reached. In this position in which the magnetic assembly by clamping is held, it can be fixed.
- the fixed ones Relay parts formed by carrier pins. These can be found in the Magnet assembly by plugging or injecting, for example be anchored.
- Figure 1 shows a three-dimensional representation of an inventive Relay, it can be seen that it is the magnet system to build a normal polarized Relay is acting. It contains a core arrangement 1, a coil 2, a permanent magnet 3 and an armature 4. The fixed Parts of the magnet system are encapsulated with a magnet system 5 provided. Below the permanent magnet 3 are the Armature 4 and a contact spring 6 on each side of armature 4 to find. Wear the free ends of the contact springs 6 Switch contacts 7, with fixed contacts 8, on a base 9 are arranged to cooperate. In a medium range the armature 4 or the contact springs 6 are the armature 4 and the contact springs 6 connected to each other. The contact springs 6 have lateral support arms 10 in approximately their middle on. These support arms 10 are used to fasten the contact springs 6 and thus determine a common axis of rotation both the contact springs 6 and the armature 4. Through the middle Storage results in a high shock resistance of the relay.
- the carrier pins 11 have a fastening surface the fastening tab 12 of the support arms 10, for example are attached by welding.
- the carrier pins 11 can are designed as electrically conductive connection elements, so that the contact springs 6 receive an electrical connection.
- the position of the mounting tab 12 is before Welding is set so that the distance between the anchor 4 and the core assembly 1, that is, the air gap width, adjusted is. This is possible because both the fastening tabs 12 as well as the mounting surfaces of the support pins 11 vertically stand at the basic level.
- the contact spring-armature assembly can have a monostable behavior of the relay can be achieved.
- this also makes monostable behavior favors that the armature 4 asymmetrical to the bearing axis is trained. This distributes the magnetic flux unevenly on the two halves when the relay is idle of the anchor 4.
- the asymmetrical design of the anchor can be seen in Figure 2D.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a relay with rocker armature with a Base that defines a base level with its floor, one Magnet assembly, which has a coil and a core arrangement, a rocker arrangement with an anchor and a contact spring, the contact spring in a central section has lateral support arms with fastening sections are connected to a fixed relay part.
Such a relay is for example from DE 195 20 220 C1 known. With this relay the contact spring is included Carrier arms attached to a carrier pin that plugs into the base is let in. In this version, the relay can be assembled from two complex assemblies. On the one hand, this is a magnetic assembly with a coil and a core arrangement, on the other hand a base assembly with the assembly of a contact spring and a Anchor. The disadvantage of this known relay is now that prepared two complex and sensitive assemblies need to be put together. It must also the distance between the anchor and the core assembly is adjusted become what is relatively difficult and expensive. It the task now is to create a relay in which the adjustment of both the air gap and the setting option of the contact distance is simple and thus an inexpensive Assembly enables.
This goal is achieved in that the Fastening sections are formed on the magnet assembly.
Such an arrangement is advantageous because it is the assembly with the contact spring and the armature on the magnet assembly can be attached. This creates the base assembly only from the base itself and the fixed contacts.
The adjustment of the air gap width is particularly easy, because this can happen before assembling with the base, for example through the use of teachings determine the width of the air gaps in a simple manner leaves. The support arms can then be suitably in the position determined by the gauges with the fixed relay part get connected.
In a favorable embodiment, the base also forms Sidewalls of the relay, with the magnet assembly between stuck to the side walls. This can be used to assemble the magnetic assembly as far as they are pushed between the side walls, until a specified contact distance is reached. In this position in which the magnetic assembly by clamping is held, it can be fixed.
In a further favorable embodiment, the fixed ones Relay parts formed by carrier pins. These can be found in the Magnet assembly by plugging or injecting, for example be anchored.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are in specified in the subclaims.

6 weisen in ungefähr ihrer Mitte seitliche Trägerarme 10
Figure 1 shows a three-dimensional representation of an inventive

Relay is acting. It contains a
In the
An jeder Kontaktfeder
6 sind bereits die Trägerarme 10 mit den Befestigungslappen
12 ausgebildet, beispielsweise einstückig mit der jeweiligen
Kontaktfeder 6 hergestellt.
Figures 2A to 2F show how the advantages of the invention

Finally, all that has to be done is the arrangement that has been created a base can be put on. Side walls formed on the base can represent the side walls of the relay, as Figures 3A-3C show.
The one created in the assembly steps according to FIGS. 2A to 2F

In
6 ergibt. Außerdem bieten die Trennwände 16 einen formschlüssigen
Halt für den Anker 4. Durch die Stützarme des Kunststoffformteils
13 und die Zwischenwände 16 ist die Postion
des Ankers 4 sehr exakt festgelegt.Figures 4 and 5 show the relay of Figure 1 in one
