Definitions
- the invention relates to a liquid, storage-stable enzymatic Cleaner concentrate according to the preamble of the claim 1 and a method for cleaning in particular surfaces contaminated with milk or milk residues according to the preamble of claim 15.
- DE-A-196 40 201 therefore chooses the way out, an enzymatic one Cleaner either in a powder form that is difficult to dose provide or in the form of two separate Liquid components that are added separately shortly before use become. This is expensive.
- DE-A-197 17 329 discloses a liquid enzymatic cleaner, by the choice of certain solvents and by addition of polyhexamethylene biguanide or N, N-bis (3-aminopropyl) dodecylamine is stabilized. This causes additional Costs.
- the invention has for its object a cleaner concentrate of the type mentioned at the beginning to create that as a liquid so-called one-pot concentrate is sufficiently stable in storage and good cleaning effect compared with proteins and / or Contaminate fat (especially milk or milk residues) Has surfaces. It is also an object of the invention Providing an effective process for cleaning Surfaces.
- a cleaner concentrate is a concentrated preparation that dilutes with water the usable cleaning solution results.
- Usual use concentrations of the invention Concentrate in a finished detergent solution is 0.1 to 10% by weight, in particular 0.2 to 5% by weight.
- the liquid concentrate is stable on storage when it is in the Practical conditions stored at least a few months can be without the enzyme activity in the cleaning performance decreases significantly.
- Buffer substances work in the pH range greater than 9 to 12, if itself when preparing the cleaning solution with water and the usual Amount of concentrate in this solution is the pH mentioned from over 9 to a maximum of 12.
- Proteolytic enzymes are enzymes from the group of proteases (Peptidases).
- the one used to prepare the concentrate Water is preferably common tap water that contains a small amount of calcium ions. E.g. it can are tap water with about 10 to 25 ° dH, in particular about 15 ° dH. Demineralized water can also be used become.
- the invention is based on the surprising finding that proteolytic enzymes in alkaline formulations of here disclosed compositions for a made-up application can be sufficiently stabilized. According to the invention a cleaner concentrate is made available, that is sufficiently stable in storage without any special effort, is easy to dose due to its liquid form and at the practical application not adding two or more Components for the production of the finished cleaning solution required.
- the water content of the concentrate is preferably at most 62% by weight, more preferably at most 60% by weight.
- the the lower limit of the water content is preferably at least 30% by weight, more preferably at least 35% by weight it is preferably over 40% by weight.
- Particularly preferred is within the scope of the invention a water content between 41 and 60 wt .-%, more preferred is a content between 50 and 60% by weight.
- the proteolytic enzymes are preferably selected from the Group consisting of Properase, Savinase and Esperase. A Combination of several proteolytic enzymes can be used become.
- the concentrate preferably contains 1 to 10% by weight, more preferably 3 to 6% by weight of enzyme preparation.
- Enzyme preparations are those of the relevant Manufacturers related enzymatic compositions referred.
- Properase 1600 L from Genencor is available, for example (Enzyme activity of the commercial preparation 1600 PU), Savinase 16.0 L and Esperase 8.0 L from Novo Nordisk (Enzyme activities 16 and 8 KNPU).
- the buffer substances of the concentrate according to the invention act preferably in the pH range 9.2 to 11.5, more preferably 9.5 to 11, more preferably 9.5 to 10.5. It should usually such a pH range can be set in which the used Enzymes have an optimum effect.
- the buffer substances preferably have at least one combination an organic amine and at least one organic Acid on.
- the organic amine can be an alkanolamine be, for example, mono-, di- and / or triethanolamine (MEA, DEA, TEA).
- Inorganic buffer systems (phosphate buffer or the like) can also be used.
- the organic acid can be a single or polybasic acid be two to seven carbon atoms, e.g. a fruit acid such as lemon, Malic and / or tartaric acid.
- Claim 1 is not a final list of the components of the cleaner concentrate according to the invention. It can in addition to water, other solvents such as ethylene glycol, Contain propylene glycol or glycerin. Solution broker such as cumene sulfonate, xylene sulfonate, or octyl sulfonate also be used, their share in the concentrate is preferably about 1 to 10% by weight.
- Surfactants anionic, cationic, nonionic or amphoteric Surfactants
- defoaming agents can also be added become.
- Suitable surfactants are, for example, N-alkylpyrrolidones, which are preferred be added in a proportion of 0.1 to 2 wt .-%.
- the preferred length of the alkyl chain is 8 to 12 carbon atoms.
- Nonionic surfactants which also act as defoamers, can adducts of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, for example Be fatty alcohols.
- Ethylene oxide / propylene oxide adducts are preferred of fatty alcohols.
- the commercially available ones may be mentioned as examples Block adducts of 2 to 5 mol on average Ethylene oxide and 2 to 4 moles of propylene oxide to 1 mole of fatty alcohols with 8 to 18, in particular 8 to 14 carbon atoms. she can in the concentrate in an amount of 1 to 15, in particular 2 to 12 wt .-% may be included.
- Complexing agents or other means of regulating water hardness can also be added. Named as an example be chelating agents such as NTA, EDTA or hydroxyethylaminodimethylenephosphonic acid (HEADMP). Polymers such as polyacrylic acid or copolymers thereof can also be used become.
- chelating agents such as NTA, EDTA or hydroxyethylaminodimethylenephosphonic acid (HEADMP).
- Polymers such as polyacrylic acid or copolymers thereof can also be used become.
- the inventive method is characterized in that the (especially with milk and / or milk or milk product residues) contaminated surfaces first with a acidic cleaners are rinsed, then done a main cleaning with an enzyme-based cleaner.
- the invention has recognized that acidic pre-rinsing is the result the subsequent enzymatic main cleaning surprisingly significantly improved and / or accelerated.
- the method according to the invention can be carried out in the context of a so-called CIP cleaning (cleaning in place).
- CIP cleaning cleaning in place
- the method of removing stubborn is particularly suitable Residues on the heat exchanger surfaces of milk heaters.
- the method according to the invention can also be used cleaning any surface (especially hard Surfaces made of metal, glass or the like.) In the food or beverage industry.
- the pre-rinsing preferably takes place for a period of 2 to 60 min, preferably 5 to 30 min, particularly preferred about 15 min at a temperature from room temperature to 70 ° C, preferably 40 to 65 ° C, particularly preferably about 60 ° C.
