Claims (16)
- Anneau articulé pour le levage de charges, en particulier par fixation du ou des anneau(x) sur la charge de sorte que l'axe longitudinal de l'anneau et la direction de levage forment entre elles un angle de 0° à 90°, comprenant une tige de fixation (13) destinée à être assemblée avec une extrémité à une charge à lever par vissage et un anneau (11,12) mobile par rapport à ladite tige (13) à l'autre extrémité de ladite tige (13),
caractérisé en ce que ladite tige (13) est un boulon d'ancrage ayant une tête,qu'une douille (15) est prévue pour être assemblée par frettage ou vissage audit boulon (13) et pourvue d'un flasque (16) à une extrémité, l'extrémité à flasque (16) se trouvant à l'état assemblé éloignée de la tête du boulon d'ancrage (13), etqu'un moyen de fixation (14;31) pour fixer ledit anneau (11,12) est prévu et adapté pour être enfilé sur ladite douille (15) et pour fixer ledit anneau (11,12) de façon mobile audit boulon (13) et le maintenir en place en coopération avec ledit flasque (16) de ladite douille (15). - Anneau articulé pour le levage de charges selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que ledit anneau (11,12) est un anneau ouvert à deux extrémités (18,19) libres opposées, et
que ledit moyen de fixation (14;31) dudit anneau (11,12) est un manchon (14) adapté pour être enfilé sur ladite douille (15) et pour recevoir les deux extrémités (18,19) de l'anneau (11,12) pour le maintenir en place en coopération avec ledit flasque (16) de ladite douille (15). - Anneau articulé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit manchon (14) est pourvu à l'extrémité touchant ledit flasque (16) de deux encoches (17) diamétralement opposées pour recevoir une extrémité (18,19) libre dudit anneau (11,12).
- Anneau articulé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités libres (18,19) dudit anneau (11,12) sont pourvues chacune d'une tête (25) retenue dans un creux (26) dans la surface intérieure du manchon (14) autour de l'encoche (17) correspondante et une rainure circulaire (27) dans la surface intérieure (24) dudit flasque.
- Anneau articulé selon une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par un joint du type languette (23) et rainure (22) entre ledit flasque (16) de ladite douille (15) et l'extrémité adjacente dudit manchon (14).
- Anneau articulé selon une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un centrage (29) est prévu sur le côté extérieur (30) dudit flasque (16).
- Anneau articulé selon une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit anneau (11,12) est du type oeil.
- Anneau articulé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit anneau (11,12) est du type à barrette dont le bord intérieur est en pente.
- Anneau articulé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de l'anneau (12) à l'endroit de la barrette est réduite, de sorte qu'à partir de l'endroit de la barrette les branches de l'anneau (12) s'évasent en direction du sommet de l'anneau.
- Anneau articulé selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par un maillon (31) de chaíne coopérant avec l'anneau mobile (11,12), l'axe de ladite tige (13) étant compris dans le plan du maillon (31).
- Anneau articulé selon une des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la tête dudit boulon (13) est à six pans extérieurs (20) et/ou intérieurs (21) .
- Anneau articulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de fixation (14;31) est formé par un secteur (31) aplati de l'anneau (11) pourvu d'un alésage (32) destiné à être enfilé sur ladite douille (15) et muni de creux (33,35) correspondants autour des extrémités de l'alésage (32) pour recevoir soit ledit flasque (16), soit ladite tête, de façon à pouvoir tourner sur ladite douille (15) à l'état assemblé de l'anneau articulé sur la charge à lever.
- Anneau articulé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par une pointe de diamant (43) sur le milieu de l'anneau.
- Anneau articulé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que ladite tête est à six pans extérieurs (39) et/ou intérieurs (38).
- Anneau articulé selon une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé par un centrage (29) sur le côté extérieur (30) dudit flasque (16).
- Anneau articulé selon une des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau (11) est du type oeil dont le pourtour intérieur s'évase à partir du sommet de l'oeil en direction du secteur aplati (31) pour avoir une extension maximum à l'endroit dudit secteur aplati (31).
