- A method for forming an assembly for connecting an electrical conductor to a male electrical lug on an electrical device, the said lug being formed by a blade made from electrically conductive material, the said method comprising the step consisting of forming at least one connection member from electrically conductive material comprising at least one elongate orifice with a shape corresponding to a transverse section of a lug, characterised by the fact that it also comprises the steps consisting of pressing the said lug in order to form a protrusion on one of its faces in its part furthest away from the free end of the lug, and forming the said orifices so that their size is such that the connection member engages with clearance on the free end of the lug and tightly on the said protrusion.
