- Fixing device for band tabs of hinges having a clamping plate (5), a pressure plate (13), which is associated with the clamping plate (5) and which forms an intermediate space (22) therewith and is connected thereto by means of screw connections (14), and optionally having a filler piece (23) which is arranged between the clamping plate (5) and the pressure plate (13) and which can be removed from the intermediate space (22) between the clamping plate (5) and the pressure plate (13) directly before the fixing device (1) and the band tabs are mounted, characterised in that the pressure plate (13) is arranged in a fixed manner at the two end portions (19) thereof by means of abutments (11) and can be bent in the direction towards the clamping plate (5) by means of the screw connections (14).
- Fixing device according to claim 1, which is adjustably received in a frame-like housing (2) by means of adjusting spindles (6).
- Fixing device according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting spindles (6) engage through end portions (9) of the clamping plate (5) that protrude above the pressure plate (13), and the abutments (11) are arranged at the end portions (9) of the clamping plate (5).
- Fixing device according to claim 3, wherein the abutments (11) are constructed in one piece with the clamping plate (5).
- Fixing device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the abutments have free end faces (12) of sleeves (11) which surround the adjusting spindles (6) in a coaxial manner.
- Fixing device according to claim 5, wherein the pressure plate (13) has, at each of the end portions (19) thereof, a partially circular recess (20), whose radius corresponds to that of the corresponding adjusting spindle (6) and at whose base side (21), which faces the clamping plate (5), the pressure plate (13) rests on the free end face (12) of the sleeve (11) which surrounds the adjusting spindle (6) in a coaxial manner.
- Fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the screw connections which connect the clamping plate (5) to the pressure plate (13) are in the form of raised countersunk-head screws (14) which are in threaded engagement, by means of the threaded portions (17) thereof, with threaded recesses (18) of the clamping plate (5) and which are seated in appropriately shaped tapered recesses (16) of the pressure plate (13) by means of the raised heads (15) thereof.
- Fixing device according to any one of claims 2 to 7, whose housing (2) is covered by means of an angular covering portion (24) which has, on the first angular portion (25) thereof, a recess (26), through which the filler piece (23) and the band tab can be moved, and, on the second angular portion (27) thereof, circular openings (28, 29), through which the adjusting spindles (6) protrude outwards and through which screw connections (14) can be actuated.
- Fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the clamping plate (5) is constructed so as to be able to be bent in the direction towards the pressure plate (13).
