Abstract

Connecting arrangement (10) comprises cable (11) with incorporated branch box (20). Sur chaque appareil, deux dispositifs de raccordement sont installés : un pour l'arrivée du bus de communication en provenance de l'appareil précédent, un pour son départ vers l'appareil suivant. Ceci nécessite donc deux connecteurs par appareil, plus un connecteur pour chaque extrémité de cordon de liaison, soit un total de quatre connecteurs par appareil connecté. L'inconvénient de ce type de câblage est que la déconnexion d'un appareil (pour un remplacement ou une intervention) entraíne une coupure du bus de communication pouvant être néfaste au fonctionnement global de l'installation. Néanmoins, ce type de raccordement peut être rendu nécessaire dans le cas où chaque appareil doit amplifier les signaux du bus pour l'appareil suivant.
