Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Regelung der Position zwischen einem Abfallauswerfer (11) und einem Stanzzylinder (2) für streifenförmiges Material (7) einer Rotationsstanze, wobei dieser Zylinder (2) mindestens eine radiale Nadel (8) zum Zurückhalten von Abfallstücken (10) umfasst, die von seiner Oberfläche radial absteht, wobei der Auswerfer (11) einen geradlinigen Teil (11 b) aufweist, der zur Erzeugenden des Zylinders (2) parallel ist und von mindestens einem Spalt (11a) durchquert wird, der mit dem Weg der radialen Naden (8) für deren Durchgang zusammenfällt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Träger (12) umfasst, der einen ersten Teil (12a) aufweist, der mit dem Rahmen der Rotationsstanze einstückig ist, einen zweiten Teil (12b), der mit dem Auswerfer (11) einstückig ist und mit dem ersten Teil (12a) durch Führungsmittel (12c) verbunden ist, die einen Querweg zum Rand (11 b) des Auswerfers (11) festlegen und den Zylinder (2) schneiden, Regelmittel (17, 18, 21) zum Verschieben des zweiten Teils (12b) entlang des Querwegs und elastische Mittel (12c), um eine Vorspannung des zweiten Teils (12b) auf die Regelmittel (17, 18, 21) auszuüben.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Führungsmittel und die elastischen Mittel in Form von zwei parallelen, elastischen Lamellen (12c) darstellen, die miteinander die zwei Teile (12a, 12b) des Trägers (12) verbinden.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regelmittel (17, 18, 21) eine Schraube (21) umfassen, deren Schaft zwei Aussengewinde mit unterschiedlichen Ganghöhen (21a, 21b) aufweist, die jeweils mit zwei Innengewinden (18, 17) mit zum Weg (F2) parallelen Achsen in Eingriff stehen, und die mit dem ersten (12a) beziehungsweise mit dem zweiten (12b) Teil einstückig sind.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innengewinde, das mit dem ersten Teil einstückig ist, in einer Hülse (18) angeordnet ist, deren eines Ende einen Stützkragen (18a) aufweist, während diese Hülse (18) vom ersten Teil (12a) in einen Raum (19) vorsteht, der den ersten (12a) und den zweiten (12b) Teil trennt und ein Gewinde hat, um das Festspannen dieser Hülse (18) mit Hilfe einer Mutter (20) zu gestatten.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck der Vorspannung in eine Richtung ausgeübt wird, die einen Winkel von annähernd 90° mit der auf den zweiten Teil (12b) übertragenen Kraft bildet, welche aus dem Auftreffen der Abfallstücke (10) auf den Auswerfer (11) resultiert.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (12a) des Trägers (12) mit dem Rahmen der Rotationsstanze durch einen Stützflügel (15) verbunden ist, der mit einem Querträger (14) in Eingriff steht, der zur Drehachse des Zylinders (2) parallel ist, wobei Blockiermittel (16) zum Befestigen des Trägers (12) entlang des Querträgers (14) dienen.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regelmittel (21) und die Blockiermittel (16) auf Aussenseiten des Trägers (12) zugänglich sind, die in Ebenen gelegen sind, die parallel zur Drehachse des Zylinders (2) sind.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäss einem der Patentansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Träger (12) mit dem Querträger (14) in Eingriff stehen, wobei jeder von ihnen einem Auswerfer (11) zugeordnet ist.
