Claims (5)

  1. Aus einer Blattfeder und ihrer Halterung bestehende Einheit für Niederspannungs-Schnappschalter, die in elektrischen Anlagen von Kraftfahrzeugen für bordeigene Funktionen verwendet werden, wobei diese Schalter aus einem Behälter (3), einer Auslösetaste (4), die um eine horizontale Achse herum schwenkbar ist, und einer Leiterplatte (6) bestehen, wobei die aus einer Blattfeder und ihrer Halterung bestehende Einheit eine Schnappblattfeder (13), die mit einem elastischen Bogen (14) versehen ist, der in entsprechende Sitze eingerastet wird, und eine Halterung (15), mit der die Blattfeder auf der Leiterplatte angebracht ist, aufweist, und wobei die Halterung (15) aus einer einzelnen Metallplatte hergestellt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese einzelne Metallplatte die Form eines auf den Kopf gestellten T aufweist, wobei der Schaft die Blattfeder bildet und der Kopf die Halterung bildet, und entsprechend geformt und gefalzt ist, und dass sie einen elektrischen Kontakt (16) bildet und an der Halterung (15) Einschnappstifte (10) aufweist, wobei der Kontakt (16) und die Stifte (10) einen elektrischen Kontakt zu der Leiterplatte herstellen.
  2. Aus einer Blattfeder und ihrer Halterung bestehende Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Leiterplatte entsprechende Sitze (8) für die Stifte (10) vorhanden sind.
  3. Aus einer Blattfeder und ihrer Halterung bestehende Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende des Schaftes des T mit Nasen (22) versehen ist, in denen sich Sitze (21) befinden, in die das freie Ende des Bogens (14) eingerastet wird.
  4. Aus einer Blattfeder und ihrer Halterung bestehende Einheit nach Anspruch 1 und Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Stifte (10) im Wesentlichen am Scheitelpunkt eines gleichschenkligen Dreieckes befinden.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer aus einer Blattfeder und ihrer Halterung bestehenden Einheit nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:
    Ausstanzen einer zuvor festgelegten T-Form aus einer Metallplatte von geeigneter Dicke;
    Falzen des T-Kopfes entlang zweier Linien, die quer zu dem Kopf verlaufen, dergestalt, dass die Halterung entsteht und die Stifte und die Nasen in einer zuvor festgelegten Position angeordnet werden, und
    Falzen des T-Schaftes dergestalt, dass die Blattfeder in Position gebracht wird, wobei der Bogen in die entsprechenden Sitze eingerastet wird.
