Claims (8)
- Wärmetauscher (1) mit mehreren übereinander angeordneten Wärmetauscherplatten (2) für einen Gasstrom (S) in einem Haushaltwäschetrockner, bei dem der Gasstrom (S) unmittelbar vor und/oder hinter den Wärmetauscherplatten (2) schräg zu deren Ebene verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Gasstrom (S) umströmte Enden der Wärmetauscherplatten (2) treppenförmig versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Versatz zwischen vom Gasstrom (S) umströmten Enden der einzelnen Wärmetauscherplatten (2) so gewählt ist, daß der Gasstrom (S) die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) entsprechend ihrer Wärmetauschleistung beaufschlagt.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch den Versatz von vom Gasstrom (S) umströmten Enden der Wärmetauscherplatten (2) der zum Gasstrom (S) im wesentlichen senkrechte und für diesen wirksame Strömungsquerschnitt am Eintritt zum und/oder am Austritt aus dem Wärmetauscher (1) vergrößert wird.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) herausgenommen werden können und daß der Wärmetauscher (1) Sicherungseinrichtungen aufweist, die ein Wiedereinsetzen jeder Wärmetauscherplatte (2) nur an einer für diese zulässigen Position zulassen
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) an vom Gasstrom (S) umströmten Enden Gasumlenkungsteile (4) aufweisen, die dem gewünschten Gasstromverlauf im wesentlichen folgen.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) Kanäle für ein flüssiges oder gasförmiges Wärmeaustauschmedium bilden, die jeweils von zwei Platten (3) an wenigstens einem vom Gasstrom (S) umströmten Ende von einem Gasumlenkungsteil (4) begrenzt werden.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Gasumlenkungsteile (4) zu einem Teil zusammengefaßt sind und individuell für die jeweils zugeordnete Wärmetauscherplatte (2) an die Strömungserfordernisse angepaßt sind.
- Haushaltswäschetrockner mit einem Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Wärmetauscherplatten (2) an vom Gasstrom (S) umströmten Enden schwenkbare Gasumlenkungsteile (4) angelenkt sind und daß er eine Heizeinrichtung zum Erwärmen des Gasstroms (S) und eine Steuerung aufweist, die derart eingerichtet ist, daß sie die Temperatur mit Hilfe der Gasumlenkungsteile (4) den Strömungswiderstand des Wärmetauschers (1) für den Gasstrom (S) verändern kann.
