Definitions

  • the invention relates to a window fitting for a window a frame, a casement, which is mounted on the frame and in an opening direction from a closed to one open position is pivotable, with a sash on the casement actuating rod interacting with a bolt and on the frame a locking plate are attached, by means of which the closed Sash frame can be locked on the frame. Further
  • the invention relates to a window with such a window fitting.
  • a window generally has a casement, which means Fitting on a frame pivoted or tilted is.
  • the locking elements are arranged in the area of a fold between the frame and the closed casement is formed.
  • the frame and the sash are subject to production contingent dimensional fluctuations. Furthermore, warp and twist they change during use due to thermal stresses and the weight of the glazing act on them. The fold between Frame and sash is therefore also used to compensate for Dimensional fluctuations and delay.
  • GB 2 298 451 A discloses a locking mechanism for one Frame.
  • the locking mechanism includes an operating rod by means of a latch in one direction perpendicular is moved to the direction of movement of the operating rod.
  • In the bolt is one to the direction of movement of the operating rod inclined guide formed the movement of the operating rod in a substantially perpendicular to it Movement of the bar converts.
  • the width of the Riegel with which it engages in holes or the like to provide a lock greater than the length of the track, around which the operating rod is to be moved, around the bolt to move over the entire distance specified by the guide.
  • EP 0 610 542 A2 discloses a lock in which a locking member by means of a pin in a control slot of an actuating slide is led.
  • the control slot runs at least partially oblique to the direction of movement of the actuating slide.
  • the control slot converts the movement of the actuating slide in one direction in a movement of the locking member perpendicular to this direction so that when moving the operating slide the bolt member moves out of the lock and interacts with a striking plate for locking.
  • the length of the locking element in its direction of movement is included larger than the distance that the bolt link in that direction is moved by means of the control slot.
  • GB 1 581 306 discloses a lock in which in the locked Engage the condition of the bolts in the holes.
  • the diameters of the holes larger than that of the bolts for insertion to ease the bolt into the holes.
  • Door locks are known from the company Gretsch-Unitas GmbH, where locking hooks or locking bolts as locking elements on Engage the door leaf in the corresponding striking plates on the door frame.
  • the door locks are relatively large and therefore the cramped space is unsuitable.
  • the invention has for its object a window fitting and to provide a window with such a window fitting, where the window fitting even in very confined spaces increased security against burglary on the casement offers.
  • the invention also aims to provide a window fitting and to provide a window with such a window fitting at which the window fitting even with a not made to measure or warped windows can be easily locked and is lockable and at the same time sufficient or increased Offers security against burglary.
  • the task is through a window fitting with the in the claim 1 mentioned features solved.
  • the latch is from a profile part of the casement in the vertical direction to a profile part of the frame can be pushed. Furthermore, the bar itself Curved track formed.
  • the bolt is also in the locking area very broad. The bolt therefore engages one wide area in the frame and offers an increased Protection against burglary.
  • the task is also through a window fitting with the in the claim 2 mentioned features can be solved.
  • the latch is also from a profile part of the casement in vertical Slidable towards a profile part of the frame.
  • the bolt is very short in the sliding direction designed. Nevertheless, the bolt offers sufficient security against Burglary because it is held on the cam track.
  • the object of the invention is by a fixed fitting solved, in which the locked bolt in the opening direction from Bolt plate a distance of 20% or more of the thickness of the bolt in this area.
  • the bolt only in the opening direction of the casement, but not opposite this opening direction, against burglary Must offer security. Therefore, the locked latch does not have to lie against the locking plate in the opposite direction to the opening or hook up.
  • the bolt can thus be designed so that it uses the entire available space in the opening direction and is arranged at a large distance from the locking plate. The There is a risk of the locking mechanism getting caught or jammed thereby significantly reduced.
  • both the Bolts and the stop made of stronger material be so that the window fitting against security Burglary offers.
  • the bolt and the bolt plate each have at least one tooth with the teeth engaging when the closed and locked sash moved a little in the opening direction becomes.
  • the sash is also perpendicular to it Opening direction secured in the event of a break-in.
  • the bolt and the locking plate can be made from relatively strong material and can have a relatively large width, several Teeth are formed, which increases safety considerably offer against burglary.
  • the window fitting according to claim 3 also offers in particular low space requirement a particularly high level of security if he additionally designed as the window fittings according to claim 1 or 2 is.
  • Another way to break in at a window is in that the burglar from outside, e.g. using a screwdriver, moves a locking pin of the locking mechanism, and this opens the locking mechanism. This can be prevented by the bars advantageously on the outside next to each Locking pins are arranged. The locking pins are then from the outside not accessible or movable.
  • the locking mechanism can be external with very few components similarly known locking mechanisms can be designed by the bolt in the opening direction in the central area of the operating rod is arranged.
  • the latch can be used in such Case with a curved path penetrating it in the opening direction be formed in a bolt on both sides the operating rod is supported. The bar is then special secured against pulling out.
  • the bolt pocket can also be attached to the sash frame at its base, to offer high stability on the casement.
  • An advantageous way to prevent the bolt from being pulled out Securing the sash consists of two approaches to the latch are formed opposite one part of the Grab the bolt pocket. The latch can then not be fully removed the bar pocket can be pulled.
  • the bolt in the sliding direction by a spring is advantageous, such as. a leaf spring or coil spring, preloaded.
  • the Latch is especially protected against misunderstanding and additional secured in the locked state.
  • the window fitting can be advantageous for a tiltable window be designed so that the actuating rod is linear between three points, a blocking point, an open point and a tipping point is movable.
  • the cam track is designed so that it from Lock point to the open point to the actuation path of the actuation rod or inclined to the profile part of the casement Section of the curve and then to the tipping point has parallel curve section. Such a bar is only locked at the blocking point and can therefore be in the upper area of the tiltable window attached.
  • a latch on which the cam track from the blocking point to the open point one to the profile part of the casement inclined rising and then to the tipping point has a sloping curve section. The bolt is then locked at the blocking point and at the tipping point and can therefore in lower area of the tilting window.
