- a disadvantage of this known clamp is that Fact that they are only very along a rail is difficult to convey, especially if the clamping pliers rests on the rail.
- This clamp also allows no high conveyor speeds like this at modern, for example processing printing products Equipment is required, which for example per Hour able to convey 40,000 printed products are.
- DE-A 25 18 373 describes a device for Equal to the mutual distances of in one Scale flow-funded printed products.
- spacer have an extension at their lower end, in the front end of one on a belt conveyor subsidized printed product intervenes.
- the print product pushes the spacer along one Guide rail where the spacing of two consecutive Spacers can be enlarged.
- the spacers are at the end of the guide rail by one Magnetic tape gripped and transported back to the magazine.
- An object of the invention is a Conveying system for a conveyed good, in particular for Printing products, such that the Conveyed goods quickly, flexibly, with low friction and wear and especially with one high density is eligible.
- a Conveyor system comprising a first guide rail as well a variety of holders for a conveyed good, in particular Printed products, each with a guide part that runs along the first guide rail is individually movable. It is a second guide rail with one guided on it Drive means provided that a releasable coupling allows a coupling part of the guide part.
- the guide part is coupled Condition at least partially worn by the drive means.
- the first and second guide rails are the Guide part and the drive means so mutual adapted that at least in one Section of the conveyor path between the drive means and the coupling part a load-bearing connection exists and the guide part with respect to the first Guide rail is conveyable without contact.
- Conveyor system is of course also for manipulation and conveying items other than printed products suitable, for example of empty or filled Packaging, files, books, luggage, etc. It cannot just be flat or sheet-like Objects are promoted, rather objects of all Kind and all form.
- the conveyor system is the train attacking forces accordingly and the holder of the shape of the object to be conveyed customized.
- the conveyor system according to the invention has a large number of benefits.
- the guide part with coupling part is fixed to one Holder connected.
- These parts can be very small, in Direction of delivery very short, and also light and be inexpensive. Especially for funding A large number of such products are printed Guide parts with holder needed, which are inexpensive are mass-produced.
- the separation of Guide part and drive means allows that on the second guide rail guided drive means very strong, powerful and possibly also difficult to design, whereas the guide part is very small and is easy to design.
- the very short design of the Guide part enables a flow of Printed products of high density, which may also be the conveying speed of the printed products allowed to reduce.
- the guide part with holder can be in an embodiment can be designed such that it about the same width as a printed product claimed.
- each with one in the holder held print product can this in a "stacked" in a vertical position.
- This Arrangement is particularly of Suitable printing products, in which the guide rail for example running on the ceiling of a building is arranged and this ceiling space therefore as Buffer for print products can be used.
- This guide rail can be easy to like have, so that the guide parts through the acting gravity are movable and therefore none Drive means are required. So for one Buffer only needs one guide rail, so that a buffer can be produced very inexpensively is.
- the two guide rails run one above the other arranged along a conveyor line and form two separate flow rates. While the drive means is preferably constantly moved in one revolution, that is Guide part with holder preferably to any Time and anywhere to the Drive means can be coupled.
- the flow rate can based on a maximum possible delivery density, Promote any number of printed products.
- the guide rails can be any, too run three-dimensionally in space.
- switches can and handover points to be provided Guide means from one guide rail to another to hand over.
- the conveyor system allows in one embodiment an "individual traffic of Printed products "in which, for example, each Printed product along a different, predeterminable funding path is eligible.
- anyone can do that Holder or each guide means have individual code, for individual identify the holder or around an individual To specify the funding route.
- the guide part is advantageously as a slider designed, which in particular large area designed on a flat rail parts having guide rail slides.
- a V-shaped and broad-legged glider is stable against Tilt, very light in weight and also on the Guide rail can be moved without tilting, even if attack larger moments.
- the glider is in Direction of delivery can be designed very short.
- the V-shaped Gliders can be put together like a rod consisting of individual gliders, what the mutual touching gliders a big one Gives position stability.
- the gliders are poked conveyable from behind. The gliders can on slopes due to the attacking gravity on the Slide the guide rail.
- Coupling the guide part to the drive means is carried out in a preferred embodiment by a magnetic circuit, which is an attraction of the Drive means effected on the guide member.
- This load bearing connection can also be used with a variety other means can be achieved, for example with pneumatically acting means, or with a releasable Adhesive or mechanical, e.g. with a Velcro.

From the publication CH 569 197 A5 is a device for grasping and holding in particular in the form of scales resulting printing products with one on a rail guided pliers known. This clamp has the constructive property on that they face the Thickness of the (not pinched) newspaper practically not orders and accordingly both in the Scale formation as well (with the same Space requirements) in a stack and which space has such a low weight, that - if necessary - from the newspaper itself can be worn and held.
A disadvantage of this known clamp is that Fact that they are only very along a rail is difficult to convey, especially if the clamping pliers rests on the rail. This clamp also allows no high conveyor speeds like this at modern, for example processing printing products Equipment is required, which for example per Hour able to convey 40,000 printed products are.
Another disadvantage of the known pliers is that Fact that to grab a printed product a rotary movement is required, which is a correspondingly complex device for generating a Requires rotational movement, and on the other hand to reliably grasping a relatively long period of time requirement.
From US 4,892,186 is a conveyor system with a A plurality of individually movable holders are known guided by guide elements along a conveyor path become. These guide elements include on the side Brackets arranged rails that form a gap that determines the direction of conveyance and in which the holder laterally be performed. In the vertical direction, the holders guided by a horizontal bar and always kept in close proximity to the toothed belt. A relatively high level of friction occurs between the parts moving against each other on what too Wear leads.
A 25 18 373 describes a device for Equal to the mutual distances of in one Scale flow-funded printed products. spacer have an extension at their lower end, in the front end of one on a belt conveyor subsidized printed product intervenes. The print product pushes the spacer along one Guide rail where the spacing of two consecutive Spacers can be enlarged. The spacers are at the end of the guide rail by one Magnetic tape gripped and transported back to the magazine.
An object of the invention is a Conveying system for a conveyed good, in particular for Printing products, such that the Conveyed goods quickly, flexibly, with low friction and wear and especially with one high density is eligible.

The task is solved in particular by a Conveyor system comprising a first guide rail as well a variety of holders for a conveyed good, in particular Printed products, each with a guide part that runs along the first guide rail is individually movable. It is a second guide rail with one guided on it Drive means provided that a releasable coupling allows a coupling part of the guide part. According to the invention, the guide part is coupled Condition at least partially worn by the drive means. The first and second guide rails are the Guide part and the drive means so mutual adapted that at least in one Section of the conveyor path between the drive means and the coupling part a load-bearing connection exists and the guide part with respect to the first Guide rail is conveyable without contact.
Dasselbe In the following description of the inventive Conveyor system is used as an example of a holder conveyed goods consistently a printed product used, for example a newspaper or a Magazine. However, this is only an example of one understand the material to be funded. The same thing
Conveyor system is of course also for manipulation and conveying items other than printed products suitable, for example of empty or filled Packaging, files, books, luggage, etc. It cannot just be flat or sheet-like Objects are promoted, rather objects of all Kind and all form. For this, the conveyor system is the train attacking forces accordingly and the holder of the shape of the object to be conveyed customized.
The conveyor system according to the invention has a large number of benefits.
The guide part with coupling part is fixed to one Holder connected. These parts can be very small, in Direction of delivery very short, and also light and be inexpensive. Especially for funding A large number of such products are printed Guide parts with holder needed, which are inexpensive are mass-produced. The separation of Guide part and drive means allows that on the second guide rail guided drive means very strong, powerful and possibly also difficult to design, whereas the guide part is very small and is easy to design.
The very short design of the Guide part enables a flow of Printed products of high density, which may also be the conveying speed of the printed products allowed to reduce. The guide part with holder can be in an embodiment can be designed such that it about the same width as a printed product claimed. By successively on a guide rail arranged guide parts, each with one in the holder held print product can this in a "stacked" in a vertical position. This Arrangement is particularly of Suitable printing products, in which the guide rail for example running on the ceiling of a building is arranged and this ceiling space therefore as Buffer for print products can be used. This guide rail can be easy to like have, so that the guide parts through the acting gravity are movable and therefore none Drive means are required. So for one Buffer only needs one guide rail, so that a buffer can be produced very inexpensively is.
The two guide rails run one above the other arranged along a conveyor line and form two separate flow rates. While the drive means is preferably constantly moved in one revolution, that is Guide part with holder preferably to any Time and anywhere to the Drive means can be coupled. The flow rate can based on a maximum possible delivery density, Promote any number of printed products.
When coupled, there is between the Drive means and the guide part a load-bearing Connection, so that the guide part only from Drive means is guided. This enables one Fast, reliable and low-wear conveying a guide means with holder and printed product.
The guide rails can be any, too run three-dimensionally in space. In addition, switches can and handover points to be provided Guide means from one guide rail to another to hand over. The conveyor system according to the invention allows in one embodiment an "individual traffic of Printed products "in which, for example, each Printed product along a different, predeterminable funding path is eligible. Anyone can do that Holder or each guide means have individual code, for individual identify the holder or around an individual To specify the funding route. Can during the funding process Printed products gripped by the holder or be released so that putting together a arbitrarily selectable stacks of different ones Printed products is possible, for example Put together an individually tailored to the needs a recipient matched stack of Printed products, each by a single holder being held.
The guide part is advantageously as a slider designed, which in particular large area designed on a flat rail parts having guide rail slides. A V-shaped and broad-legged glider is stable against Tilt, very light in weight and also on the Guide rail can be moved without tilting, even if attack larger moments. In addition, the glider is in Direction of delivery can be designed very short. The V-shaped Gliders can be put together like a rod consisting of individual gliders, what the mutual touching gliders a big one Gives position stability. The gliders are poked conveyable from behind. The gliders can on slopes due to the attacking gravity on the Slide the guide rail.
Coupling the guide part to the drive means is carried out in a preferred embodiment by a magnetic circuit, which is an attraction of the Drive means effected on the guide member. This load bearing connection can also be used with a variety other means can be achieved, for example with pneumatically acting means, or with a releasable Adhesive or mechanical, e.g. with a Velcro.
The conveyor system according to the invention is ideal for conveying of bulk goods, as there are many goods like printed products allowed to promote, also with high density and Speed, due to the high possible Density of the funded printed products themselves low conveying speed, high conveying capacity is achievable. Is in a stack or cache a high packing density from one behind the other Rail-mounted printed products possible.

Figur 1 zeigt symbolisch ein Fördersystem 1, welches eine
symbolisch dargestellte erste Führungsschiene 6 umfasst,
an welcher Führungsteile 5 in Förderrichtung F
individuell beweglich gelagert und in einem geschlossenen
Umlauf geführt sind. Parallel zur ersten Führungsschiene
6 verlaufend ist eine zweite, symbolisch dargestellte
Führungsschiene 7 angeordnet, welche die Verlaufsrichtung
von daran geführten Antriebsmitteln 2 bestimmt. Das
Antriebsmittel 2 besteht aus einer Vielzahl von in
Förderrichtung F hintereinander angeordneten, sich
gegenseitig an Stirnseiten berührenden Druckkörpern,

Antriebsmittel 2 derart gegenseitig angepasst
ausgestaltet, dass im angekoppelten Zustand zwischen dem
Antriebsmittel 2 und dem Führungsteil 5 eine lasttragende
Verbindung besteht, derart, sich während dem Fördern
zwischen der ersten Führungsschiene 6 und dem
Führungsteil 5 keine gegenseitige Berührung ergibt. Somit
wird das Führungsteil 5 während dem angetriebenen Fördern
einzig vom Antriebsmittel 2 geführt und gehalten. The
The
Am Führungsteil 5 sind üblicherweise nicht dargestellte
Halter 8 zum Ergreifen und Fördern von Druckereiprodukten

wählbare, auch dreidimensional im Raum verlaufende
Linienführung der Führungsteile 5 mit Halter 8.On the

Die erste Führungsschiene 6 umfasst zwei unter Ausbildung
eines Spaltes 6d beabstandet angeordnete Schienenteile
The
Die Gleitkörper 5a,5b sind derart gegenseitig
beabstandet, dass das Schienenteil 6b unter Spiel
dazwischen Platz findet.

aufweisen. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die
beiden Kanten gegenseitig parallel beziehungsweise
Each sliding

Schiene 6.
The side arms of the

des Gleiters 5 eingreifen, um einen Gleiter 5 ansteuerbar
zu halten und freizugeben. Durch diese Stop- und
Freigabevorrichtung 10 können die Führungsteile 5
zurückgehalten werden, so dass sich die Führungsteile 5
in Führungsrichtung F gegenseitig berühren und über
Längenabschnitt der Schiene 6 einen Pufferbereich 11b
ausbilden. Dem Pufferbereich 11b vorgelagert befindet
sich ein Einlaufbereich 11a, innerhalb welchem sich ein
Führungsteil 5 frei beweglich dem Pufferbereich 11b
nähert. Dem Pufferbereich 11 nachgeordnet folgt ein
weiterer Bereich 11c, innerhalb welchem sich die

ein Haltemittel 8 befestigt sein, welches beispielsweise
aus einem Bügel 8d, einem Gelenk 8a sowie zwei
spreizbaren Zungen 8b,8c besteht, welche vorzugsweise
derart ausgestaltet sind, dass das geförderte Produkte,

ausgestaltete Führungsmittel 2a auf, so dass das
Antiebsmittel 2 aus einer Kette von über Stirnflächen
2b,2c aneinander liegenden Einzelwagen besteht, welche,
wie in Fig. 5 dargestellt, im Schienenkörper 7a der
zweiten Führungsschiene 7 geführt sind. Der Grundkörper
weist eine Eingriffsseite 2d auf, in welche ein
Zahnriemen 9 eingreift, sowie eine Lastseite 2e, an
welcher das Führungsteil 5 ankoppelbar ist. Der
Grundkörper weist zudem zur Aufnahme der Räder 2a
bestimmte Ausnehmungen auf. Die Räder 2a stehen über die
Führungsseite 2k vor und überragen auf derjenigen
Führungsseite 2k, bei welcher zwei Räder in
Förderrichtung F beabstandet angeordnet sind, auch die
Stirnseiten 2b, 2c.

Einzelgliedern ausbilden.Fig. 4 shows a top view of another

The means of
schmalen Zwischenraum aufweisen.
Each means of

Antriebsmittels 2 dienen. Die zweite Führungsschiene 7
definiert eine Förderrichtung F, in welcher das
Antriebsmittel 2 im dargestellten Querschnitt über einen
formschlüssig eingreifenden Zahnriemen 9 angetrieben
gefördert wird. An der zweiten Führungsschiene 7 ist
beidseitig ein Flussleitorgan 7b und dazwischen ein
Permanentmagnet 7d angeordnet. Die beiden Flussleitorgane

Führungsschiene 7 verbunden.The U-shaped
Das als Wagen ausgestaltete Antriebsmittel 2 weist einen
Grundkörper aus einem nicht ferromagnetischen Material,
beispielsweise aus Aluminium oder einem Kunststoff auf.
Auf diesem Grundkörper sind zwei L-förmige, gegenseitig
beabstandete, ferromagnetische Flussleitteile 2g
The drive means 2 designed as a carriage has one

Im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Fig. 5 ist der magnetische
Kreis 7e derart verlaufend angeordnet, dass die
Feldlinien im Luftspalt 7c senkrecht zur erzeugten
magnetischen Kraft Fm verlaufen.
Förderrichtung F parallel verlaufend ausgestaltet, so
her bewegt. Eine Mehrzahl von Magneten 7d können in
Förderrichtung F beabstandet an der zweiten
Führungsschiene 7 angeordnet sein, so dass in
Förderrichtung F ständig ein magnetischer Fluss 7e
vorhanden ist, um eine lasttragende Verbindung zwischen
dem Führungsteil 5 und dem Antriebsmittel 2 zu bewirken.5 is the magnetic one
Unterhalb der zweiten Führungsschiene 7 ist die erste
Führungsschiene 6 angeordnet, welche parallel zur zweiten
Führungsschiene 7 verlaufend ausgestaltet ist. Diese
erste Führungsschiene 6 umfasst zwei Schienenteile 6b mit
Seitenteilen 6a, wobei die erste Führungsschiene 6 fest
mit der zweiten Führungsschiene 7 verbunden ist. Das
Schienenteil 6b mit Seitenteil 6a ist aus einem nicht
ferromagnetischen Material, beispielsweise aus Aluminium
oder einem Kunststoff gefertigt. Below the
Antriebsmittel 2 anzukoppeln. Diese Ausführungsform ist
insbesondere zum Fördern leichter, flächiger
Druckereiprodukte geeignet.5 is the

Fig. 7a zeigt eine Seitenansicht zweier übereinander
angeordneter, in Förderrichtung F parallel verlaufender
Führungsschienen 6,7. Zwei in Förderrichtung F
in Förderrichtung F förderbar. Fig. 7b zeigt eine
Seitenansicht derselben Anordnung der Führungsschienen
6,7, wobei die Einzelwagen 2 sich gegenseitig berührend
ein Antriebsmittel 2 ausbilden. Jedes Führungsteil 5 ist
mit einem einzelnen Einzelwagen 2 verbunden. Fig. 7c
zeigt wie Fig. 7b sich gegenseitig berührende Einzelwagen

berührenden Führungsteilen 5 angekoppelt ist. Fig. 7c
zeigt die höchst mögliche Förderdichte von
Druckereiprodukten 13 in Förderrichtung F. Die
Fig. 7d zeigt wie Fig. 7b und Fig. 7c, sich
gegenseitig berührende Einzelwagen 2, welche ein
Antriebsmittel 2 ausbilden. Im Vergleich zur Förderung
gemäss den Fig. 7a,7b,7c sind die Halter 8 um 90 Grad
verschwenkt angeordnet, so dass die Druckereiprodukte 13
mit einer parallel zur Förderrichtung F verlaufenden
Fläche gefördert werden.7a shows a side view of two superimposed

Fig. 8 zeigt die unten in Fig. 1 dargestellte
Eingriff. Die Einzelwagen 2 werden in der Umlenkung, wie
in Fig. 1 beschrieben, gegenseitig berührungslos
umgelenkt.
Antriebsmittel 2 gekoppelt. Die Ankoppelung an das
Antriebsmittel 2 geschieht am Ende des Schienenabschittes
12c, wo die Führungsteile 5 wieder an das Antriebsmittel
2 angekoppelt werden und vom Antriebsmittel 2 in
Förderabschitt 12g nach oben gefördert werden. Ein Motor
12i treibt eine Umlenkrolle 12k und gegenseitig
synchronisiert die Zahnriemen 12e, 12h an.Fig. 8 shows that shown below in Fig. 1
Die Figuren 9a, 9b, 9c zeigen eine Übergabestelle 15, an
welcher zwei parallel nebeneinander verlaufende zweite
Führungsschienen 7 angeordnet sind. Die Förderrichtung F
des Führungsteils 5 erfolgt senkrecht in Richtung der
Betrachtungsebene. Die erste Führungsschiene 6 verläuft
in Fig. 9a unterhalb der rechts angeordneten zweiten
Führungsschiene 7, wobei die erste Führungsscheine 6 in
Förderrichtung F einen S-förmigen Verlauf aufweist. Fig.

Führungsschiene 7 gefördert wird.FIGS. 9a, 9b, 9c show a

Antriebsmittel 2 zum links angeordneten Antriebsmittel 2
verschoben. Die Übergabestelle 15 könnte auch als eine
Verzweigung bzw. eine Weiche ausgestaltet sein, welche
die erste Führungsschiene 6 insbesondere ansteuerbar in
zwei getrennte Richtungen verzweigt.10 shows a
