Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Halterung für Heizkörper, insbesondere zur Wandbefestigung von Heizkörpern.
Als Halterungen für Heizkörper zur Wandbefestigung werden in der Regel mehrteilige, ineinander schieb- und schraubbare Konstruktionen, die durch Schrauben gesichert bzw. geklemmt werden, eingesetzt. Befestigungen für gerade- und für gebogene Heizkörper sind meist getrennt und sind deshalb nicht universell anwendbar. Bekannte Lösungen die für diesen Zweck ein Gelenk aufweisen sind im Wandabstand nicht variabel.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, eine Halterung für Heizkörper, insbesondere zur Wandbefestigung von Heizkörpern zu entwickeln, die die o. g. Nachteile des Stand der Technik überwindet.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Schutzanspruchs 1 gelöst. Die Merkmale der Ansprüche 2 bis 6 enthalten vorteilhafte Ausführungen der Erfindung.
Demnach beinhaltet die Erfindung eine Halterung für Heizkörper zur Wandbefestigung, die aus einem Trägerhalter und einem in den Trägerhalter einschiebbaren Träger besteht, wobei am Trägerhalter und am Träger, Mittel zur gegenseitigen Verrastung angeordnet sind und am Trägerhalter Mittel zur Wandbefestigung vorgesehen sind. Am Träger ist weiterhin ein Scharnier vorgesehen, an welchem sich muldenartige Mittel zur Auflage bzw. Befestigung des Heizkörpers anschließen.
Nach einem besonderen Merkmal der Erfindung ist am Träger der Halterung ein Raststift und am Trägerhalter eine Rasterung zur Einrastung des Raststiftes vorgesehen. Bei dieser Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung ist es nach einem weiteren Merkmal erforderlich, dass die Ober- und/oder Unterseiten des in den Trägerhalter einzuführenden Abschnittes des Trägers Rundungen und/oder Ausformungen aufweisen. Der Träger kann so durch Schrägstellen in den Trägerhalter eingeführt werden und bei Erreichen des erforderlichen Wandabstandes mit Hilfe des Raststiftes in die am Trägerhalter befindliche Rasterung eingerastet werden. Bei dieser Ausführungsvariante wirkt die Verrasterung gleichzeitig als Auszugssicherung.
Nach einem anderen bevorzugten Merkmal der Erfindung ist am Trägerhalter ein Rasthebel und am Träger eine Rasterung zur Einrastung des Rasthebels vorgesehen. Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist bei dieser Ausführungsvariante der Halterung am Trägerhalter mindestens eine Auszugssicherungsaufnahme vorgesehen, die mit der am Träger angeordneten Auszugssicherung zusammenwirkt.

Es können eingefärbte Kunststoffteile verwendet werden, so daß kein zusätzlicher Lackieraufwand entsteht. Durch die günstige Hebelanordnung an der Halterung zeichnet sich diese durch eine hohe Tragkraft aus. Durch Auswechseln des Trägers ist die Halterung auch für andere Typen einsetzbar. Die erfindungsgemäße Halterung ist mit einer Sicherung versehen, die sofort beim Einhängen gegen unbeabsichtigtes Aushängen oder Abziehen nach vorne wirkt. Am Heizkörper sind keinerlei Vorarbeiten bezüglich der Befestigung erforderlich und somit auch keine überstehenden, bei Verpackung und Transport störenden Bügel, Bolzen etc..
Die erfindungsgemäße Halterung ermöglicht eine leichte Montage an der Wand, da nur zwei Befestigungspunkte mit großer Bohrloch-Abstandstoleranz erforderlich sind. Schrauben für die Wandbefestigung sind nicht sichtbar. Mit Hilfe der integrierten Rastvorrichtungen kann ein universeller Wandabstand bei der Montage eingestellt werden.
