Claims (9)

  1. Zu öffnende Gießvorrichtung für Lebensmittelbehälter mit einem unteren Abschnitt (13), der an einer Außenseite (14) eines Behälters (12) angeordnet werden kann, um einen Gießauslass (16) zu bilden, der mit einer in der Außenseite des darunter liegenden Behälters vorgesehenen Öffnung (17) ausgerichtet werden kann, und mit einem oberen Deckelabschnitt (20), der über einen dazwischen liegenden Gelenkbereich (19) mit dem unteren Abschnitt (13) verbunden ist, wobei der dazwischen liegende Gelenkbereich (19) vorgesehen ist zum Positionieren in der Nähe einer Kante (27) des Behälters (12) und der obere Deckelabschnitt (20) zu einem Gießelement (bei 21) geformt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem unteren Abschnitt (13) und dem oberen Abschnitt (20), wobei der eine auf dem anderen geschlossen ist, einige Bruchschließelemente (24) vorgesehen sind.
  2. Zu öffnende Gießvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Abschnitt (13) eine ringförmige Basisplatte (15) aufweist, die an mindestens drei Seiten von einem aufwärts gerichteten Wandelement (18) umgeben ist.
  3. Zu öffnende Gießvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkbereich (18) gegenüber der vierten Seite der Basisplatte (15) angeordnet ist,
  4. Zu öffnende Gießvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Abschnitt (20) der Vorrichtung eine Vertiefung (21) aufweist, die an einem ihrer freien Enden mit einer gerade abgeschnittenen Kante (26) endet.
  5. Zu öffnende Gießvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (21) unter die Ebene des unteren Abschnitts kommt, wenn der obere Abschnitt (20) um 180° bezüglich des unteren Abschnitts (13) umgeklappt wird.
  6. Zu öffnende Gießvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Abschnitt (20) mit einer Greiflasche (25) versehen ist.
  7. Zu öffnende Gießvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Abschnitt (13) mit dem oberen Abschnitt (20) bei Verschlusslage des einen auf dem anderen über eine Schnappwirkung in Eingriff ist.
  8. Behälter mit einer zu öffnenden Gießvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu öffnende Gießvorrichtung am Behälter (12) durch Verkleben befestigt ist.
  9. Zu öffnende Gießvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Formen aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist.
