Description
- un avancement pas à pas d'une affiche dans un plan suivant une direction,
- un découpage de l'affiche en bandes parallèles, transversalement à la direction d'avancement,
- un déroulement d'un ruban adhérent, et
- un enroulement des bandes d'affiche découpées, sur une face desquelles adhère ledit ruban, ainsi qu'à un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre d'un tel procédé.
- après chaque découpage d'une bande, un transfert de celle-ci à distance du plan d'avancement de l'affiche, et
- une adhésion entre le ruban adhérent et la bande découpée, en vue dudit enroulement,
- ledit avancement de l'affiche d'un pas pour découper une bande suivante ayant lieu pendant le transfert susdit de la bande qui vient d'être découpée, et éventuellement pendant l'adhésion susdite.

les moyens d'avance de l'affiche faisant avancer celle-ci d'un pas pour découper une bande pendant que les moyens de transfert transfèrent une bande précédemment découpée, et éventuellement pendant que les moyens d'adhésion font adhérer le ruban adhérent et cette bande précédemment découpée.
Claims (14)
- Procédé de découpage d'affiches en bandes, comprenantun avancement pas à pas d'une affiche dans un plan suivant une direction,un découpage de l'affiche en bandes parallèles, transversalement à la direction d'avancement,un déroulement d'un ruban adhérent, etun enroulement des bandes d'affiche découpées, sur une face desquelles adhère ledit ruban,après chaque découpage d'une bande, un transfert de celle-ci à distance du plan d'avancement de l'affiche, etune adhésion entre le ruban adhérent et la bande découpée, en vue dudit enroulement,ledit avancement de l'affiche d'un pas pour découper une bande suivante ayant lieu pendant le transfert susdit, et éventuellement pendant l'adhésion susdite.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le transfert comprend un abaissement de la bande découpée dans un plan parallèle au plan d'avancement de l'affiche, et un déplacement de la bande ainsi abaissée, transversalement à la direction d'avancement de l'affiche.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésion entre le ruban adhérent déroulé et la bande découpée a lieu pendant le déplacement transversal à la direction d'avancement de l'affiche.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésion entre le ruban adhérent déroulé et la bande découpée a lieu dans ledit plan parallèle dans lequel la bande découpée est abaissée, avant ledit déplacement transversal.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésion comprend une application de la bande découpée en cours d'abaissement sur le ruban adhérent alimenté à plat dans le plan parallèle susdit.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un maintien de la bande à découper dans le plan d'avancement de l'affiche avant et pendant le découpage.
- Dispositif de découpage d'affiches, pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant
des moyens d'avance pas à pas (1, 3) d'une affiche (2) dans un plan, suivant une direction (F),
des moyens de découpage (5) de l'affiche en bandes parallèles, transversalement à la direction d'avancement,
des moyens de déroulement (11, 38) d'un ruban adhérent (12,37),
des moyens d'enroulement (29, 44) des bandes d'affiche découpées (31, 48), sur une face desquelles adhère ledit ruban, dispositif caractérisé par:
des moyens de transfert (23, 27, 28; 11, 29; 38, 42-44) de chaque bande découpée à distance du plan d'avancement de l'affiche,
des moyens d'adhésion (6, 23; 42, 43) pour faire adhérer le ruban adhérent et la bande découpée, transférée, en vue dudit enroulement,
les moyens d'avance (1, 3) de l'affiche faisant avancer celle-ci d'un pas pour découper une bande pendant que les moyens de transfert (11, 29; 38, 42-44) transfèrent une bande précédemment découpée, et éventuellement pendant que les moyens d'adhésion (42, 43) font adhérer le ruban adhérent et cette bande précédemment découpée. - Dispositif de découpage suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transfert comprennent des moyens d'abaissement (23, 27, 28) de la bande découpée dans un plan parallèle (7, 33) au plan d'avancement de l'affiche (2) et des moyens de déplacement (11, 29; 38, 42-44) capables de déplacer la bande abaissée transversalement à la direction d'avancement (F) de l'affiche.
- Dispositif suivant la evendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'abaissement comprennent un boítier à vide (23) capable de se déplacer entre une position haute et une position basse et comportant une paroi plane (26) située au-dessus de la bande à découper (22), en position haute du boítier et sensiblement dans ledit plan parallèle, en position basse, ainsi que des moyens de commande (25, 27, 28) qui entraínent le boítier à vide dans son déplacement et qui commandent un vide dans une cavité (24) du boítier où débouchent des perforations prévues dans la paroi plane (26), dans sa position haute et pendant son déplacement vers le bas, et interrompent ce vide dans la position basse du boítier, et en ce que les moyens d'avance (1, 3) de l'affiche avancent celle-ci d'un pas, dès que le boítier (23) est en position haute.
- Dispositif suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de déplacement transversal comprennent au moins une bande transporteuse (47) présentent un brin supérieur agencé dans ledit plan parallèle (33), et des moyens d'entraínement de ladite au moins une bande transporteuse, qui mettent celle-ci en marche dès que le boítier à vide (23) a quitté sa position basse et qui l'arrêtent lorsque la bande découpée a été déplacée d'une distance au moins supérieure à sa longueur.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'adhésion susdits comprennent deux rouleaux rotatifs (42, 43) appliqués l'un sur l'autre, dont l'un reçoit sur sa périphérie le ruban adhérent (37) déroulé par les moyens de déroulement (38), et entre lesquels chaque bande découpée (47), guidée par les moyens de transfert, est appliquée sur le ruban adhérent (37).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'adhésion comprennent des moyens de placement (6, 13', 30') du ruban adhérent déroulé (12) dans ledit plan parallèle au plan d'avancement de l'affiche et en ce que les moyens d'abaissement (23) appliquent la bande découpée sur le ruban adhérent ainsi placé.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de placement susdits comprennent une table de réception (6) en forme de boítier à vide qui est en permanence sous dépression et qui présente une paroi supérieure perforée (7) dans ledit plan parallèle, sur laquelle est aspirée à plat le ruban adhésif provenant des moyens de déroulement (11).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'avance de l'affiche comprennent au moins une bande transporteuse (1) qui supporte l'affiche à découper (2) dans ledit plan d'avancement et l'avance pas à pas vers les moyens de découpage (5), la bande à découper (22) n'étant plus supportée par la bande transporteuse pendant le pas d'avancement, et en ce que le dispositif comprend un élément de guidage (14) qui guide la bande à découper, pendant son pas d'avancement, sous la paroi perforée (26) du boítier à vide (23) et qui est escamotable à la fin du pas d'avancement pour permettre le déplacement du boítier à vide (23) entre sa position haute et sa position basse et réciproquement:
