Description

The invention relates to dishwashing detergent which, when used in a concentrated manner, has an antibacterial effect Show effect, i. undiluted use inhibition of bacterial Cause growth and beyond a number of bacteria in significant Kill the circumference; At the same time, these funds are also against the kitchen hygiene relevant herpes viruses are effective.

One of the most underestimated health hazards are the hygienic conditions in the kitchen. Pathogenic bacteria can - especially after processing of eggs, raw meat and raw fish - on work surfaces and kitchen appliances, such as e.g. Increase cutting boards and pose a serious danger.

Tried with conventional dishwashing agents to a bacteriostatic effect achieve rapid results when testing antibacterial efficacy, that a number of hand dishwashing detergents even with concentrated use no cause sufficient growth inhibition or even killing germs.

The application of concentrated product on wet work surfaces or kitchen appliances with the help of moist rinse sponges, towels or brushes leads also inevitably to a dilution of the hand dishwashing detergent and thus to a further reduced antibacterial effect.

A review of the antibacterial effect of hand dishwashing detergent formulations after the "quantitative suspension test" recognized in the disinfectant test the DGHM (German society for hygiene and microbiology), with which the number Surviving germs after expiration of a defined, practice-relevant exposure time in dependence has been determined by the use concentration has now shown that already at Use of a 50% detergent dilution a range of preservative-containing Formulations have no sufficient bacteriostatic effect. The object of the invention was now to formulate a hand dishwashing detergent, which also at 50% dilution still a significant inhibition of bacterial growth and also causes a high degree of germ killing.

In addition, a modern hand dishwashing detergent must also have a special property spectrum excellent cleaning, skin compatibility, temperature and storage stability and ecological compatibility.

Antibacterial rinsing agents are known in the art. As a bacteriostatic Component are u.a. Triclosan (2,4,4'-trichloro-2'-hydroxydiphenyl ether), natural or nature-identical extracts, such as e.g. Extracts from the orange peel, pine oil, geraniol, Nerol etc. used.

A use of ecologically and economically acceptable triclosan amounts leads to it a sufficient antibacterial effect at 100% application concentration, when testing the antibacterial properties at a use concentration of 50% but no sufficient inhibitory effect on bacterial growth is given more.

If one works relatively high amounts of natural or nature-identical extracts, then yield - besides problems with the homogeneous incorporation of the active ingredients - also Perfuming problems, since the odorous extracts are difficult or impossible in the can be over-perfumed by the developer desired fragrance direction.

At low levels, the bacteriostatic effect is not enough, too a sufficient inhibition of bacterial growth when using the hand dishwashing detergent using damp dish cloths, sponges or brushes.

Andere Wirkstoffe, wie z.B. Chloramin-T (Toluolsulfonsäurechloramid-Natriumsalz), Germall® 115 (Imidazolidinyl-Harnstoff), Natriumformiat, 2-Phenoxyethanol, 1-Phenoxy-2-propanol, 2-Phenoxy-1-propanol zeigten insbesondere bei 50 %iger Einsatzkonzentration keine ausreichende antibakterielle Wirkung.Other agents, e.g. Chloramine-T (toluenesulphonylchloramide-sodium salt), Germall® 115 (imidazolidinyl urea), sodium formate, 2-phenoxyethanol, 1-phenoxy-2-propanol, 2-Phenoxy-1-propanol showed in particular at 50% use concentration no adequate antibacterial effect.

Salicylat. For an antiperspirant cleaning product for Surfaces WO-A-95/35364 describes a Synergy between amphoteric surfactants, nonionic alkoxylated alcohols and some aromatic carboxylic acids, e.g. Salicylate.

Benzoesäurederivate, Dicarbonsäuren, C1-C6 Alkohole.WO-A-96/17918 describes a synergy between nonionic surfactant and carboxylic acid for a disinfecting detergent product comprising the combination of nonionic ethoxylated alcohol surfactant, anionic surfactant, amphoteric surfactant and an antimicrobial such as benzoic acid derivatives, dicarboxylic acids, C 1 -C 6 alcohols.

Accordingly, no compositions proposed in the prior art are suitable as any perfumable, excellent cleansing, hypoallergenic, temperaturund storage-stable and ecologically particularly compatible hand dishwashing detergent with specific antibacterial Efficacy with concentrated application on wet work surfaces, Kitchen utensils using damp dishcloths. Sponges and brushes.

Easily perfumable, excellent cleansing, hypoallergenic, temperature and storage-stable and environmentally friendly products with good antibacterial properties Efficacy in concentrated use is obtained when a mixture of Fatty alcohol ether sulfate, optionally fatty alcohol sulfate, alkyl polyglycoside and betaine together with a carboxylic acid or salts thereof provides.

These agents surprisingly have a good antiviral activity against the kitchen hygiene relevant herpes viruses, with which cutlery and glasses in the Use by infectious persons can be easily contaminated.
