Description

The invention relates to packaging with light insulation boards for construction purposes, these lightweight insulation panels are, in particular, EPS insulation panels acts.

In addition to mineral wool / stone wool panels, insulation panels made of much lighter material, such as EPS (expanded polystyrene), which have a density of about 15 kg / m 3 , are used for thermal insulation in the exterior of buildings. Traditionally, these lightweight insulation materials are transported by hand to the individual layers of the facade scaffolding and coated with adhesive from there and applied to the facade. The temporary storage of the insulation board stack on the scaffolding layers severely limits the work space for the construction workers, which is a hindrance when working. Passing individual insulation boards in order to apply them immediately to the facade requires a great deal of time and is relatively labor-intensive.

From DE 197 26 367 A1 packaging for light insulation boards are known, the can be attached to the facade scaffolding from the outside. With these known The insulation boards are stacked horizontally on top of each other in packs. The Plates are surrounded by a film and hanging elements on, for example, the Breast brigades attached to the facade scaffolding. The transportation of this known Lightweight insulation board packaging requires a certain skill and is not quite simply, since the smooth film that surrounds the insulation board stack is difficult to stick to Can be grasped by hand and the packaging can therefore easily slide out of your hands.

The transport of this basket-like frame is also cumbersome. In addition, it must be borne in mind that the basket for Loaded with new plates must always be brought down, be it because the baskets hanging on the scaffolding are filled with new plates that then have to be transported individually up the facade scaffolding.

From DE-U-91 17 210 it is known to use lightweight insulation panels by means of a film to wrap in areas. In US-A-3 997 943 there is a fastener tape for Sacks described.

The invention has for its object one with respect to the transport of Light insulation panels on the individual storey levels of a facade scaffold to create manageable packaging. Furthermore, the lightweight insulation board should also can be conveniently stored on the facade scaffolding.

To achieve this object, according to a first variant of the invention, packaging with lightweight insulation panels for building purposes, in particular with EPS insulation panels, is proposed, which is provided with
  • a film tube with a middle section and two opposite, free end face end sections for surrounding a plurality of end faces having light insulation panels, wherein
  • the end sections of the film tube protrude beyond the end faces of the lightweight insulation panels,
  • the end sections of the film tube are held together by means of a holding device and
  • the holding device for gripping the held-together, projecting ends forming regions of the end sections of the film tube are arranged within the relevant end sections of the film tube between the central section and the free ends.

The lightweight insulation panels are packaged according to this first variant of the Invention has a film tube, which with its central portion Surrounds insulation boards. On both sides of the middle section of the film tube extend its end portions, which over the narrow front ends of the Survive plates. Each of these end sections is with a holding device provided that radially constrict the end portions. This way the end sections starting from the circumferential or middle section of the film tube essentially along the narrow ends of the insulation panels and cover them to protrude from there from the stack of plates and gathered together to run like this. The holding devices are namely within the relevant end sections of the film tube between its Middle section and the free ends of the end sections arranged. With others Words the packaging according to the invention is like a candy packaging with which Difference that the double-sided protruding packaging material, the film tube, not necessarily twisted but only tied together or must be summarized.

This type of packaging has the advantage that it is packaged in this way Stack of light insulation boards now comfortably up on the facade scaffolding can be transported. The foil tube ends held together can can be comfortably gripped with your hands, so that the lightweight insulation panel stack easily passed vertically upwards from one person to another and in this way can be transported.

In an advantageous development of the first variant according to the invention, that the central portion of the film tube has a suspension device that it enables the film tube on a horizontal strut of scaffolding (e.g. parapet) with the vertical orientation of the Attach the film tube with its end sections at the top and bottom. The Light insulation boards do not store in a horizontal orientation but in vertical alignment on the outside of the scaffolding. It is preferably the Hanging device around a fastening strap with a fastening strap or a fastening cord. This is in particular designed as an adhesive flap, according to Fold around the horizontal strut of the scaffolding on the film tube is glued.

With the storage of the packaging described above on the outside of the scaffolding, it is useful if the plates over the upper end portion of the Foil tube can be removed from this. For this purpose according to a first alternative provided that the holding device as Tape, in particular as an adhesive tape, as a cord, as a clip or the like. is trained. A such a design of the holding device enables it Reusability after loosening and thus opening the film tube on upper end section. As a further alternative, it is conceivable that the film tube on its central portion adjacent to the upper end portion preferably not has a completely circumferential perforation line along which the film tube can be torn open. The end section with the adjoining one The narrow area of the central section can then be made like a cover open up, causing the front upper ends of the in the film tube to be vertical exposed plates are exposed. For example, not all in the rain To be able to cover the empty film tube again, the "lid" can again to be closed.

So that water possibly accumulating in the film tube (rainwater, Condensation or the like) can drain from the film tube, it is advantageous if the lower end portion has holes in that area of the lower End section are arranged in which this is due to its cohesion by the Holding device at the lower narrow front ends of the plates runs. This part of the end section is, so to speak, the bottom of the bag-shaped film tube.

In a second variant according to the invention, the packaging is provided with
  • a film tube with a middle section and two opposite, free end face end sections for surrounding a plurality of end faces having light insulation panels, wherein
  • the end sections of the film tube protrude beyond the end faces of the lightweight insulation panels,
  • a first end section is folded together and
  • the other second end section is held together by a holding device, wherein
  • the holding device for gripping the region of the second end section which is held together and forms a protruding end is arranged within this end section between the central section of the film tube and the free end.

In contrast to the first-mentioned variant, the film tube according to the second Variant a folded first end section and one with a Holding device held together second end portion. The first End section is thus designed to lie flat against the plate stack, since the film in this area is merged, while the second end portion of the protrudes narrow front ends of the plates and thus a "pack end" for Transporting the packaging forms. Such packaging can also be used up from the floor level to the floor level of the facade scaffold transport.

The packaging according to this second variant is preferably one Hanging device for hanging the film tube under essentially vertical alignment of the same provided on the outside of the scaffolding. This Hanging device is particularly as a fastening tape or fastening cord or fastening tab, in particular an adhesive tab or a Adhesive tape is used.

If the film tube is arranged on the outside of the facade scaffolding, the first is located folded end section below, while the second protruding end section is arranged above. The first instructs the drainage of rainwater or condensation folded section preferably holes. Training the Foil tube with a preferably not completely circumferential Perforation line near the top end portion is preferably loosened as well described above in connection with the first variant of the invention.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the two previously mentioned Variants according to the invention can be used, it is provided that the (only) holding device or, in the case of two holding devices, one the two near an edge of the through the end faces of the lightweight insulation panels formed end face of the entire arrangement of lightweight insulation panels arranged is. In other words, this one holding device is eccentric arranged. This has the advantage that at the end portion held together Foil tube the hanging device for hanging the packaging on Scaffolding can be arranged. This suspension device is especially around a tape, a string, an adhesive tape, a clip or the like. At Edge-side arrangement of a holding device, the packaging with that of its outer sides, towards the edge of which the Holding device is arranged comfortably on the outside of the scaffolding be hung up. The edge arrangement of this holding device is expediently such that the panels with their broad sides to the scaffolding point. This has the advantage that the plate removal is easier since the plates are now after simply slitting the film tube in the area of the front of the Plate arrangement can be easily removed from the film tube upwards can. In addition, with an eccentric arrangement at the edge Holding device the light insulation panels substantially vertically aligned, which also facilitates removal. The marginal arrangement of the A holding device has the advantage of the entire packaging to be able to be attached vertically to the scaffolding in a stable position.

It is expedient to implement the edge arrangement Holding device and the suspension device a common band used that on the one hand the cohesion of the film tube and on the other hand the Attachment of the film tube to a strut of the scaffolding is used. At this Otherwise it can strive regardless of the training of the Suspension device and the edge-side holding device both by one horizontal as well as vertical strut. The common bond can be so to speak as a double loop, one loop tying the film tube encloses and the second loop for laying around a strut of the scaffolding is provided. To prevent the two loops from being automatically unwanted not open or widen, the band may be knotted accordingly. Alternatively it is advantageous as a band known from a variety of applications To use plastic locking clips that have at least one eyelet Eyelet arrangement and an adjoining band or cord section with has a plurality of locking projections. The band section is covered by the Pulled through the eyelet assembly and can be attached to or in this, so that the width of the loop formed when the band section is pulled through is set. The eyelet arrangement expediently has a second eyelet, through that part of the band section which is passed through the first eyelet, can be pulled through to this second eyelet also as a result of Locking tabs to be set.

The aforementioned closure clips can have different configurations exhibit. So it is conceivable, for example, that the closure clips one in Cross section of substantially rectangular band section with a toothed Outer surface on one side and a substantially rectangular bracket trained eyelet arrangement. Closure clips of this type become in part tightened using special tools. An alternative embodiment of the Closure clips provide a band section which is essentially round in cross section, which has radially projecting projections and, so to speak, from a Line up of conically widening locking projections. The Eyelet arrangement of such a closure clip has at least one eyelet, the Cross section is larger than the largest cross section of the band section, whereby there is a narrowed edge cutout inside the eyelet, into which the locking projection band section is pressed in laterally at one of its narrow points. With others Words has the at least one eyelet of the eyelet arrangement of this closure clip keyhole-like opening.

The use of a common closure element, for example in the form of a Tape, a cord, a clip or the like. both arranged on the edge Has holding device as well as a hanging device for the packaging the advantage that the entire packaging from a reduced number of individual parts exists, which brings logistical and packaging advantages. As Holding device combined with the hanging device is next to the previously described tapes in which the cohesion of the tape mechanically takes place (namely by knotting, latching or the like), it is also possible to To use tape that is on the one hand around the end section of the film tube is laid around and on the other hand after laying around a strut of scaffolding can be glued to itself or with the film tube.

As a hanging device, both for holding the film tube together whose upper end in the suspended state as well as for the suspension of the Foil tube is used on the scaffold, a tape can also be used, the under Forming protruding ends around the film tube (for example fastened by knotting) and with each other at its projecting ends interacting locking elements (push-button principle, various clip versions or the like.)

For the band forming the loops, the general rule is that for the formation of the first and / or the second loop or loops connectable regions of the Ribbon are releasably connectable, especially knotable, can be locked, glued and / or hooked.

Generally speaking about the suspension device in the packaged lightweight insulation panels described here still said that with these hangers the packaging both hang on a horizontal strut as well as on a vertical strut of the facade scaffold leaves.

In Fig. 1 is a first embodiment of a package 10 with Light insulation panels 12 shown in perspective. The packaging 10 has one Foil tube 14, which has a central portion 16, in the area of the Foil tube 14 surrounds the stack of plates 12 on four sides. On both sides of the Middle section 16 extends end sections 18, 20, which are dash-dotted in FIG. 1 as are shown extending in the middle section 16. This situation arises before the end sections 18, 20 for closing at the upper or lower Be tied up at the end of 22:24.

After the plates 12 have been inserted into the film tube 14 via one of the ends 22, 24 are inserted or the film tube 14 with its central portion 16 around the Stack of plates 12 is laid around, the end portions 18, 20 through Constrictions summarized. For this purpose, a holding device 26 for provided each end section 18, 20. The holding device 26 is in the Simplest case designed as a tape and in particular as an adhesive tape 28 with which the End sections 18, 20 of the film tube 14 are permanently combined or can be tied together. In this way the end sections extend 18, 20 in their areas adjoining the central section 16 on the upper or lower ends of the plates 12 to start from the holding devices 26 protrude upwards or downwards from the plate stack. These protruding ends 30, 32 can be comfortably gripped by hand, so that the packaging 10 is simple Way from floor level to floor level on the outside of a facade scaffold can be transported up. This process is shown graphically in Fig. 6, at which is a front view of a facade scaffold 34, the several Floor floors 36 with breast bridges 38 and vertical stands 40. On Foil tube 14 is at its upper "pack end" 30 from one to a lower Floor 36 detects standing person who the film tube 14 by 180 ° pivots upward, then gripping the film tube 14 at the end of the pack 30 to be transported at the top, where one stands on the next upper floor 36 Person detects the end of the pack 32 now lying above. By repeating this The process can be conveniently up to the amount of the tubular film packaging 10 Transport the top floors.

As can also be seen from FIG. 1, the film tube 14 has a Suspension device 42, which in this case is designed as an adhesive tab 44. The Glue tab 44 is fixed at one end 46 to the central portion 16 of the Foil tube 14 attached while its free other end 48 of the foil tube 14 is removable. When the free end 48 of the adhesive flap 44 is detached in this way lay them around the parapet 38 of the facade scaffold 34, in order to then glued to an adhesive surface 50 previously covered by the adhesive tab 44 become. This type of suspension device 42 is a simple possibility of Attachment of the film tube packaging 10 given outside on the facade scaffold 34.

As further shown in FIG. 1, at the upper end of the middle section 16 runs close to that upper end section 18 of the film tube 14 a line with perforations 52, along which the film tube 14 can be torn open. The perforations inie 52 does not extend along the entire circumference, so that when the Foil tube 14 between the upper end portion 18 and the rest of the Foil tube 14 remains a hinge-like connection. In this way it is upper end section 18 in the manner of a lid from the remaining part of the film tube 14 foldable. By folding down this upper end section 18, the plates 12 lie free at their upper end faces and can be removed from the film tube 14 become. This situation is also shown in FIG. 5.

Furthermore, the lower end portion 20, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 shown with Provide holes 54, these holes 54 in that area of the lower End portion 20 of the film tube 14 are arranged, in which this lower End section 20 runs along the lower end faces of the plates 12. By these holes 54 can escape moisture from the film tube 14.

Finally, with reference to FIG. 2, an alternative configuration of the packaging is intended 10 according to FIGS. 1 and 3 to 6 are entered. In Fig. 2 are all of those Parts of this alternative packaging 10 ′ which correspond to the parts of the packaging 10 or are the same with these, provided with the same reference numerals.

The only difference between the two packages 10 and 10 'is that the 2, the lower end section 20 of the film tube 14 is folded or folded so that there is a flat bottom of the Foil tube packaging 10 'results. Otherwise, the packaging 10 'has the same Properties and characteristics like the packaging 10.

In Figs. 7 and 8 show a further exemplary embodiment of a package 10 ″. As far as the parts of this packaging 10 "of the packaging 10 shown in the drawing according to FIGS. 1 to 6 correspond, they are provided with the same reference numerals.

The difference between the two packages 10 "and 10 is particularly in the Arrangement of the upper holding device 26 ″ in the suspended state see. This upper holding device 26 "is arranged on the edge, so that the upper film tube end 30 is arranged eccentrically. The lower one Holding device 26, however, is arranged centrally and as in the Embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 6 trained.

The edge-side arrangement of the holding device 26 ″ results in particular also from Fig. 8. From this figure it can be seen that the holding device 26 "in one of the two outer sides to the outer broad side 60 Light insulation panels 12 facing edge region 62 is arranged. That has how 4, the advantage that the packaging is essentially can be attached to the facade scaffolding 34 with vertical alignment, if the suspension device 42 in the region of the upper film end section 30 is arranged. Furthermore, when the upper holding device 26 " in the edge region 62 of the package 10 ", it is advantageous that the light insulation panels 12 essentially parallel to the extension of the horizontal spar 38 of the facade scaffold 34 are aligned in the suspended state of the packaging 10 ″ the plates can be easily removed from the film tube 14 when this 64 in Fig. 7 in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. This can on the perforation 52 of the packaging according to FIGS. 1 to 6 can be dispensed with. Such a perforation is less advantageous in the case of the packaging 10 ″ since the Package 10 ", so to speak, on the formation of the perforation 52 provided Lid of the packaging 10 or 10 'is suspended.

As can be seen in particular from FIG. 8, the upper one is used to implement edge holding device 26 "and the suspension device 42 uses a ribbon-shaped locking clip 66, which at one end Has eyelet arrangement 68 with two eyelets 70 and with one of the Eyelet assembly 68 is provided from extending band portion 72 which is a Has a plurality of conical locking projections 74 with stop surfaces 76. The Band section 72 is used to form a first eyelet 78 through one of the two eyelets 70 passed through after being folded around the scaffold post 38 through the second of the to be passed through both eyes 70. This forms a second loop 80 around the scaffold post 38. Both eyelets 70 have essentially Keyhole shape, are therefore provided with a constriction 82 in which the Band section pressed in its areas located in the eyelets 70 laterally becomes. An expansion of the two eyelets is no longer possible because of the stop surfaces 76 of the relevant conical locking projections 74 on the edge of the eyelet constrictions 82 rest and a moving back of the band section 72 and thus an expansion the loops 78 and 80 as well as an unwanted loosening of the band section 72 prevent.
