Abstract
Description
The invention enters a touring ski binding with double-joint mechanism, one with frame-like frame connectable to the shoe via a joint with an intermediate part is connected, which in turn is connected to the ski via a fixed joint.
Known solutions are more (WO 87/01296) or less (AT 404.799) complicated, but all have the disadvantage that the two pivot points are very wide apart. This results in an inhomogeneous movement, in which the Transition from the first movement phase (pivot point on the bale) to the second Movement phase (pivot point at the toe) is perceived as bothersome and ultimately requires more effort for walking.
The present invention aims to provide a simple construction Realize kinematics that better match the ergonomics of natural walking and is felt as homogeneous and soft at the same time.
This is achieved in that the joint (A) between frame-like Frame (1) and intermediate part (2) below the ball of the foot and the shifter-fixed joint (B) is located below the area of the last phalange.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the intermediate part (2) opposite the binding frame (1) has a stop (4), so that both in downhill and in Ascent position swiveling the binding frame (1) towards the toe is prevented at the top, but can be swiveled downwards towards the toe is.
As a further embodiment, the invention provides that the rotation of the Binding frame (1) around the intermediate part (2) and the rotation of the intermediate part (2) around the schifesten bearing block (3) are so loaded with springs that the binding in unloaded state under pretension assumes a rest position in which the intermediate part (2) rests on the ski surface and the binding frame (1) is in contact with the ski surface parallel position.
The first movement phase is at an angle of around 15 degrees Schio surface ended by a stop, and the movement of the shoe is stopped by a Rotation continued around the second joint (A). Fig. 3 shows the position of the binding in this phase of the movement. The position of the articulation points also enables stiffness Ski boots have a pleasant movement that is harmonious and not least is energy saving.
It is also provided that a stop of the intermediate part (2) on the binding frame (1), tip the shoe tip over the horizontal position as it caused, for example, by shifting the center of gravity back could be prevented. Fig. 1 shows an embodiment in which a tab (4) of the Intermediate part (2) in position parallel to the binding frame on the binding frame (1) strikes. The binding frame can only move in this way with its front part move down towards the ski surface, but not upwards. By this stop is also a movement in the front joint (B) so that the tip of the shoe moves upwards, prevented.
Furthermore, it is expedient that the rotational movement of the binding frame (1) is opposite the intermediate part (2) is acted upon with a spring torque such that the Binding frame under pretension against the stop (4) has its rest position. More like that According to the invention it is provided that the movement of the intermediate part (2) around the schifesten bearing block (3) is acted upon by a spring torque such that the Intermediate part in the closed position to the ski surface under pretension Has. The two springs ensure that the binding is a occupies a defined position and that when walking, the ski ends even when the ski is under load not hanging down by snow.
