Claims (8)
- Innenhochdruckumformverfahren zur Herstellung insbesondere bauchiger geschlossener Hohlkörper, unter Anwendung mindestens zweier Werkstückteile (1, 2), von denen mindestens eines napfförmig vorgeformt ist und einen Flansch aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkstückteile (1, 2) im Bereich des Flansches (1.1, 1.2) druckmitteldicht im Umformwerkzeug verpreßt werden, daß die beiden Werkstückteile (1, 2) gemeinsam durch Innenhochdruckumformen verformt werden und nach dem Innenhochdruckumformen separat oder gemeinsam weiterbearbeitbar sind.
- Innenhochdruckumformverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehr als zwei Werkstückteile (1, 2) im Flanschbereich aneinander anliegend in das Umformwerkzeug eingelegt und im Flanschbereich miteinander druckmitteldicht verpreßt und umgeformt werden.
- Innenhochdruckumformverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkstückteile (1, 2) während des druckmitteldichten Verpressens im Flanschbereich (1.1, 2.1) eine Relativbewegung der Werkstückteile (1, 2) zueinander zulassen.
- Innenhochdruckumformverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim druckmitteldichten Verpressen der Werkstückteile (1, 2) im Bereich der Flansche (1.1, 2.1) ein Ausprägen erfolgt, um den Werkstofffluß zu beeinflussen und/oder das Abdichten zu unterstützen und/oder ein Lagefixieren zwischen den einzelnen Werkstückteilen (1, 2) zu erreichen.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung insbesondere bauchiger geschlossener Hohlkörper mit einer Druckmittelzuführung (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung entsprechend der zu erzeugenden Werkstückform und der Anzahl der Werkstückteile (1, 2) in Werkzeugbereiche (E1, E2, E3, E4) unterteilt ist, die in unterschiedlichen Ebenen liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bedarfsweise ein oder mehrere Werkzeugbereiche (E1, E2, E3, E4) entsprechend der Werkstückform in unterschiedliche Segmente (S, S1, S2, S3, S4) unterteilt und zur Entformung des Hohlkörpers (W) von diesem wegbewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im Bereich der Flansche (1.1, 2.1) Prägeelemente aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche von 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugbereiche (E1, E2, E3, E4) zum Einlegen des Werkstückes mit den Werkzeugebenen zum Entnehmen des Werkstückes übereinstimmen oder nicht übereinstimmen.
