Claims (6)
- Dispositif de triage spécialement pour imprimés retournés dans lequel les imprimés sont transportés par et sur des transporteurs (1-4) et les différents imprimés sont déplacés depuis les transporteurs (1-4) à des places déterminées pour le triage, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un convoyeur d'alimentation horizontale (2) sur lequel une pile (5) d'imprimés venant d'un dispositif de retenue est disposée sur une plaque codée (9), la pile (5) avec la plaque codée (1) étant en outre transportée à un convoyeur perforé inclinée (3) ayant un vide sous-jacent où la pile (5) avec les imprimés est forcée contre le convoyeur perforé incliné (3) et par conséquent est soulevée de sorte que la pile (5) est renversée pour faire en sorte que les imprimés soient placés les uns après les autres par chevauchement et la plaque (9) et ensuite chaque imprimé est tiré individuellement au-dessus du convoyeur incliné (3) par aspiration et inclinaison, le convoyeur incliné (3) ayant un angle par rapport au plan horizontal de 45° ou plus et en ce qu'à la suite de ça, les roues flexibles (6) forcent la plaque (9) et les imprimés contre le convoyeur incliné (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la zone supérieure du convoyeur incliné (3) présente une forme courbe de manière que la plaque (9) et les imprimés sont délivrés horizontalement à un convoyeur horizontal suivant de triage (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone inférieure sous le convoyeur incliné (3) a du vide.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les roues flexibles (6) sont disposées au-dessus de la partie supérieure de la zone inférieure sur le convoyeur incliné (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone du convoyeur incliné (3) avec du vide et la zone présentant les roues flexibles (6) se chevauchent mutuellement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les roues flexibles (6) sont fabriquées en caoutchouc cellulaire.
