Claims (14)
- Treibkäfig für Munitionen des Typs, die einen Treibkäfig (1) umfassen, der einem Unterkalibergeschoss (5) zugeordnet ist, an das er sich anpassen kann, enthaltend ein oder mehrere voneinander trennbare Elemente und zumindest eine Dichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Dichtung (16, 17, 20) vorgesehen ist, die die Außenfläche und die Innenfläche eines jeden Elements gurtartig umschließt.
- Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand eines jeden Elements von einer oder mehreren Perforationen (15, 19, 22) durchsetzt ist, die das einstückige Anbinden der Dichtung gewährleisten.
- Treibkäfig nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zumindest zwei voneinander trennbare Elemente umfasst.
- Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung zumindest teilweise die Innenfläche, die Außenfläche und die Kante der Zusammenfügungsebene eines jeden Elements des Treibkäfigs bedeckt.
- Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung über die Außenfläche, die Innenfläche und die Zusammenfügungsebene um eine Distanz hinausgeht, die zwischen 0 und 1 mm liegt.
- Treibkäfig nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung durch Formung aus einem elastischen Material gebildet ist, das aus Natur- oder Kunstkautschuken ausgewählt ist.
- Treibkäfig nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem hinteren Abschnitt des Treibkäfigelements angeordnete Dichtung (16) ein quergerichtetes Innenhütchen (23) umfasst, das den Raum zwischen dem Treibkäfig und der Innenwand der Hülse verschließt, wodurch eine ringförmige Außenkammer in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft der Ladung begrenzt wird.
- Treibkäfig nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Element eine Dichtung (20) umfasst, die auf seinem vorderen Abschnitt angeordnet ist.
- Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (24) die Vorderseite des Treibkäfigs umhüllt.
- Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er auf seiner Vorderfläche quergerichtete bogenförmige Aussparungen (26, 27, 28) aufweist.
- Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem einzigen Element besteht, das eine Dichtung im vorderen Abschnitt umfasst.
- Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus zwei identischen Elementen besteht, die symmetrisch in Bezug auf die Längsachse angeordnet sind.
- Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung aus thermoplastischem Elastomer oder aus vulkanisierbarem Kautschuk besteht und dass der Treibkäfig aus Polyamid besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Treibkäfigs für Munitionen nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Aufformen durch Aufspritzen von thermoplastischem Elastomer oder vulkanisierbarem Kautschuk direkt auf jedes Element des Treibkäfigs auf einem Teil der Wand des Treibkäfigs durchgeführt wird, der von den Perforationen durchsetzt ist.
