Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rost zur Bildung von Laufmatten, Fußabstreifern oder dergleichen, bestehend aus einer Vielzahl von mit ihren Längsachsen parallel zueinander angeordneten Profilstäben, die durch Verbinderleisten auf Abstand voneinander miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Verbinderleisten mit hochragend angeformten sowie hinterschnitten profilierten, im Querschnitt im wesentlichen T-förmigen Nocken als Kupplungsglieder in angepaßt hinterschnitten gestaltete Längsnuten an der Unterseite der Profilstäbe eingreifen.The invention relates to a grate for the formation of running mats, Fußabstreifern or the like, consisting of a plurality of parallel to each other with their longitudinal axes profile bars, which are connected by connector strips at a distance from each other, wherein the connector strips profiled with towering and undercut profiled, in cross-section essential T-shaped cam as coupling members in adapted undercut shaped longitudinal grooves engage the underside of the profile bars.

Beim Zusammenbau der einzelnen, mit den Einsatzstreifen versehenen Profilstäbe zu einem Rost bzw. einer Laufmatte, Fußabstreifer oder dergleichen, werden die Verbinderleisten von den Stirnseiten der Profilstäbe her mit ihren Nocken formschlüssig in das hinterschnittene Nutprofil jedes einzelnen Profilstabes eingesetzt und durch Verschieben in den Nutprofilen in ihre Endposition gebracht, wo sie - um eine Lagesicherung zu erreichen - mit den Profilstäben verschraubt werden müssen. Die als voneinander unabhängige Bauteile hergestellten Profilstäbe und Verbinderleisten können durch extrudieren aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt werden, alternativ lassen sich die Profilstäbe beispielsweise auch durch Strangpressen aus Aluminium herstellen. Die Verbinderelemente können aus einem verhältnismäßig starren Material bestehen, so daß der fertig zusammengebaute Rost bzw. die Matte oder dergleichen relativ formstabil ist, auch wenn zwischen zwei benachbart zueinander parallel verlaufenden Verbinderleisten ein relativ großer Abstand besteht. Als vorteilhaft empfiehlt sich für die Verbinder ein dauerelastisches Material, z. B. Beim Zusammenbau des Rostes oder dergleichen ist damit von vornherein eine Lagefixierung der Verbinderleisten gewährleistet, ohne daß ein Messen und /oder Ausrichten der Verbinderleisten erforderlich ist, denn die Ausnehmungen geben das Rastermaß vor. Sobald eine Verbinderleiste am gewünschten Ort in die dort vorhandenen Ausnehmungen der Profilstäbe abgesenkt wird, wird sie von den Begrenzungskanten der Ausnehmungen lagesicher zentriert. Einer zusätzlichen Verschraubung der Verbinderleisten bedarf es nicht mehr.This object is achieved with the features stated in the characterizing part of the independent claim. Wenn die Vertikalsteg-Verlängerung zweckmäßig so ausgelegt ist, daß die mit ihren Nocken in die Ausnehmungen eingreifende Verbinderleiste nicht bündig mit der Ebene der Profilstab-Unterseite abschließt, sondern zumindest geringfügig über diese vorsteht, läßt sich ein gewünschter Schalldämmungseffekt ausnutzen.The longer vertical web allows this the necessary clearance, so that the first guided in the groove profiles of the profile bars connector strip can then lower when they reach the recesses in this. Auch hier stellen die einander zugewandt nach innen vorspringenden Nasen der Nutprofile sicher, daß die Verbinderleiste in ihrer Montageposition gehalten wird. Bei dieser Variante braucht der Vertikalsteg der Nocken nicht länger als üblich zu sein, da ein Einschieben von der Seite her über die Nutprofile entfällt.
