Claims (5)

  1. Waschmaschine, umfassend ein Waschbehälter, in dem Wasserdampf zu Beginn einer Trocknungsphase der im selben Behälter beherbergten Waschladungsgegenstände vorhanden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ferner Kompressormittel (5) umfaßt, die eine Kammer (12) mit wenigstens einem Einlaß (6) und wenigstens einem Auslaß (7) aufweisen, welche mit einer Öffnung (8) des Waschbehälters (1) beziehungsweise mit einer Auslaßleitung (11) verbunden sind, wobei die Kompressormittel angepaßt ist, um Wasserdampf vom Behälter durch den Einlaß (6) anzusaugen, um den so angesaugten Wasserdampf zu komprimieren, um ihn zu veranlassen, in ausreichendem Maße zu kondensieren und in Richtung der Auslaßleitung (11) zu befördern.
  2. Waschmaschine nach Ansprüchen 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßleitung (11) mit einer weiteren Öffnung (9) des Behälters verbunden ist, so daß der Behälter (1), die Kompressormittel (5) und die Leitungen (10, 11) ein Trocknungssystem mit geschlossenem Kreislauf bilden, längs dessen der Wasserdampf zirkuliert werden kann, wobei sich das resultierende Kondensat in dem Behälter ansammelt.
  3. Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlaß (6) und der Auslaß (7) der Kompressormittel (5) mit entsprechenden Rückschlagventilen (14, 15) versehen sind, so daß der Wasserdampf in dem geschlossenen Kreislauf nur in einer einzigen Richtung zirkuliert wird.
  4. Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlaß (6) der Kammer (12) der Kompressormittel (5) eine größere Querschnittsfläche hat als der Auslaß (7) derselben Kammer.
  5. Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (12) der Kompressormittel (5) sich wenigstens teilweise in einer Wärmeaustauschbeziehung mit der Umgebung außerhalb des Waschbehälters befindet, um die Kondensation des Wasserdampfes, der innerhalb derselben Kammer komprimiert wird, zu fördern.
